Rowdy was great to work with. I called on Friday and could have had an appointment on Saturday but had one on Monday. He was on time professional and extremely courteous. He explained his process in full detail and answered all of my questions, of which there were many :). We had our termite report email to us within 15 minutes from his car. He says he likes to do the reports right away while everything is fresh instead of waiting to get back to the office.Would highly recommend Rowdy and Truly Nolen for any of your pest-control needs as we will.

We purchased a home in 2020 and used the Nolen service based on a recommendation. We have had to have them back a few times due to spiders. A few days ago we arrived in our part time home only to find the lanai infested with spiders, Ive spent the better part of 2 days spraying and cleaning up. Why? Because when you call the Cape Coral FL. office you just get VM and no one calls you back?The service has been sketchy when we call although we were promised the world when we signed up. Inside service was not a priority to them and we have home watch that can admit them when we are away. All in all with this most recent lack of response, I would say they need to step up their game or we get a new company.

I needed an inspection for the VA fast. I tried another local company first at a quote of $140 but then they never called back to schedule. When I called Truly they got me an appointment for two days later and quote of $50. Rowdy Adams was right on time, very thorough, and surprised me that they were having a special so my total was only $25! As Mr Adams was leaving he told me I would have my inspection emailed by 6pm. He saw that I was hoping for sooner so he happily completed everything before his next appointment. He even called corporate to get the invoice expedited. I had all required documents in 10 minutes. I can not thank him enough for working so swiftly for me.

I called Truly Nolan because I had way too many roaches in my house. Only a few weeks after treatment I completely stopped seeing live roaches so Im happy with the results. Truly Nolen came to my house to do a termite inspection for a home I purchased. I declined to use their services, and they proceeded to harass me. A month later they invoiced me for a termite report, when they originally said that the inspection would be free. I spoke with manager Anna Wallace, who offered a terrible customer experience. She refused to take away the charge and seemed angry that I refused to use their termite treatment.

We moved into a rental (short term) and found several red ant mines and sand flea bevels. I called aTruly Nolen and was greeted with a great response and a very quick service. See my husband and daughter are deadly allergic to red ants, Truly Nolen really took concern to this and treated our lawn within 24 hours of my initial call. I highly recommend Truly Nolen. I’d like to especially thank Chuck for being very informative and responsive.

Unsure if theyre good at bugs.... but dont use for BEE REMOVAL. They came to the house, handed me a filthy bee suit with NO GLOVES and wanted $400 for me to get up a ladder, and pull down the gutters and facets on the house - come to find out this wasnt even the location where the bees hive was so we would have damaged a part of our home for nothing. Then they would spray the honey bees..... then I would need to remove all the honey (covered in the bees) or else another colony would take over. So basically $400 for chemicals only- do-it-yourself fee .... So unsafe and unprofessional.We hired a different company for $50 less who did all the work and removed the bees without killing them to be relocated to keep making honey.

The lawn looks better, but still have nut sedge and woody weeds. Also, when I singed up I was told they would remove all the spiders and spider webs in my lania are each time, to this day this has not been performed.My last review must not have gone through because I did not get any feed back what so ever.

Following a call by another resident in our complex, an inspection of the complete building and the grounds was conducted. Termites were found in one attic and in one tree on the property. Treatment of the building (all 10 units) and the area around the site of the infected tree was completed in two days within two weeks of when the termites were discovered. Truly Nolens employees were professional, hardworking, polite and thorough.

We had a problem with a rat and called them to help. They were more interested in selling us 1/4 inch mesh because our 1/2 inch mesh wasnt sufficient. We have had that mesh in place for over 2 years and no problem till recently. We were already trying to get ahead of the problem by placing a couple rat traps and when he saw that he said well it looks like you really dont want our help and with that he left. If you need mesh at crazy expensive price truly nolan is your guy. If you need help excluding pests...they are terrible.

Pest control service was very through and we were pleased with the over job.

We had a sudden infestation of small very small bugs. This company came out immediately and the service representative new immediately what it was and referred to it as “ghost ants”. He showed us around several areas of our house where they were entering and treated the areas. Within two days the problem completely disappeared. The representative was very polite, and we felt very comfortable with his presence in our home. We noticed a few degraded boards under our roof flashing that needed replaced before adding gutters. It didnt appear to be from termites but we werent for sure. Just to be safe we called Truly Nolen. Chuck arrived within an hour, assessed the boards and let us know it was not from termites. He explained their available services without a hard sell, gave me his card, and he was off to his next job. I appreciate honest companies and people like Truly Nolen and Chuck. After 1.5 years with TN, somehow they just dont care about customer service. They scheduled to do a yard treatment 3x and just couldnt find it prudent to arrive at ANY of them. I have ants all throughout my yard, Truly Nolan just isnt as good anymore.

TJ was very nice. My issue is that at the first visit he only treated the kitchen where my problem was and I asked what happens if they leave the kitchen and the rest of the house isn’t treated and he replied that he made a barrier. Well the Barrie did not work and they are moving into other rooms. I called and was told I would get a call back and never did. At the moment I am not happy with the service as my main worry is now happening.

My daughter fell off her bicycle and and hurt her arm, and your technician went above and beyond by bringing in the garbage can for her that she couldnt do it she fractured her arm I cant think through an anole and for having such a quality people as the technician we had our own thank you very much thats why Ive been with you guys for so many years.

After multiple attempts to speak with them about honoring their contract, they did not honor their contract or termite guarantee. Their technicians and manager admitted to not applying the termite treatment correctly. We ended up getting termites and they did not honor their contract . They are another heartless corporation that hires people to over promise and then they under deliver. they are happy to take your money but they will dare you to sue them to honor their promises ( contract). I am left with preventable termite damage due to their negligence that I am forced to fix it myself. Wish I could give them zero stars...

I think he does a good job for the most part. We hardly ever see any bugs inside and I know theres not a whole lot he can do on the outside, but we constantly have huge spider webs in our lanai and all around the house with some really nasty spiders. Including wolf spiders a handful of times. This keeps us from even ever sitting outside, which is a big bummer. I wish that we would have less spiders and webs.

Specifically asked for spider webs to be removed and they werent even though this is the 23+ time Ive asked them to come back over the years to take care of webs after they had sprayed; otherwise, it is a good service not sure why they they dont get the web thing

I would have to say that Truly Nolens customer service is very good. Anytime I call they are very courteous and kind and do take care of us, after we call. However, I have been doing my own lawn care for almost 40 years. Granted, Florida lawns are tricky but these guys should have it figured out. My lawn looked better last year than it does paying someone to do it. I guess my expectations are real high, but I work hard for my money too. I should have the most brilliant lawn on the block.

Bruce has been a fantastic technician over the last year we have had him. He is very professional, prompt and communicates well. He is great with explaining what is going on and is very patient when I ask a ton of questions. The customer service side of TN has also been a positive experience. I have been using Truly Nolan for almost 4 years, in Southwest Florida. Their service is excellent - if you see anything that bothers you, they are out within a day and dont leave until they believe that the problem has been fully addressed. Their staff is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I have a half acre yard and 3 dogs. In addition to taking care of the interior of our house, they treat our yard and exterior of the house (including areas around our dock). I will never stop using them - they are fantastic!!!!

I have purchased both services, pests and lawn care. I have been very pleased with the pest service. They took care of those right away. However, I am very disappointed in my lawn care. The service tech is great, but my lawn looks no different from when we originally started in February 2019. I would not recommend using their lawn service, but I would recommend their pest service to anyone.

The technician is very knowable about my roach problem. The last visit was only for exterior treatment. However, he didnt mind to take a look of new roach problem inside my house. He found out the problem and did the treatment. He also gave me some tips to prevent from roaches keep coming back. He even showed my 2 years old curious boy how he did the job. Steve Willis is my technician.After months of ant issues and our then pest control company just spraying we called Truly and Steve came out. He found an issue with the ants and how they were coming from under foundation. Needless to say we made the switch and within a few weeks the issue was gone, never any issues since. Steve is always nice, knowledgeable and super friendly. I wouldn’t recommend any other company or any other tech, plain and simple.

The guy who came out today was great. He listened to me, and the ant treatment he did in my house worked! I had been shopping around for a different pest control service I was so disappointed before now. But the new guy doing my service, beginning last quarter, is excellent. Give him a raise right now. Best pest protection around. Fair prices, prompt service, friendly staff. I couldnt be any happier. Considering I live in an older home I rent, there are lots of ways for pests to get in. Truly Nolan stops that from happening and is out immediately at first sign of a problem.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive had truly nolen for 2 months. And have called them back out 7 times with in those 2 months cause they are not getting my issue resolved. Writing invoices saying they are doing services that they are not. Im home all day so I know. They will come to my house be here 10 mins they leave and say thats all I have time for today. Then I go to cancel and they want you to pay even tho they have a money back guarantee if they cant fix the issue with in 30days of complaint. Truly the worst place of business Ive ever seen.

Unfortunately, found them to be unaccountable and sketchy with billing practices. My contract and an invoice that was received after the service was performed was inaccurate. When compared to the contract, the invoice stated a lesser amount by almost $200. My credit card was charged the higher amount and no one had any reliable answers to my question on the differential. Pretty much got the run around. The last spraying has also caused a sizeable portion of my newly sodded lawn to turn yellow. I am a sales professional and it really gets me when businesses refuse to be accountable for mistakes. Their billing and contracting is sketchy at best. Lesson learned; dont lock in and pay for a full year as you will be stuck with your mistake. Their satisfaction guarantee is false.
