Really keep your business down in Fort Myers where it belongs you come up to angle would and you make everything worse than it ever was. Im sure down there they dont Mine down there if youre days late but if you cannot Service area stay out

I hired Robert with Triple N Premium Pest Control for roof rats outside and in our attic on 2/17/17 in Cape Coral. Robert and Chelsea arrived the morning after I called for a free estimate/inspection. I was impressed with how quickly they were able to come out for the inspection and also how friendly they were (Thats the 1 star). I was told that there were signs of rats being in the attic, but it was most likely only one rat and that they would set traps in the attic and return a couple of times a week until the problem was fixed. There was also no indication around the house to where the rats were coming in and I was told they would inspect the roof for openings and seal them the next time they came out. They laid out repellent pellets in the yard the same day that they set the traps. 2 days later, Chelsea arrived, all the traps were still set. 3 days later there was one rat caught and she removed it. The scratching noises in the ceiling were getting worse, and Chelsea said she would return in a couple of days to check the roof and seal it and discuss a better option to pellets in the yard, because they were not working. From this point on, my husband and I removed 2 dead rats from the remaining traps in our attic on our own, we were told several times they would be back in a couple of days, then a week or 2 would go by and we would have to call them to see if they were still coming out. Its been 7 weeks since I hired this company and the roof still has not been inspected or sealed, no more traps were put out since the 1st day they were here, no other options were given for the rats outside and now I have to pay another pest company to do the job that I paid Robert for.

It was a very bad day to be a bee at our house when Robert came to solve our bee problem. Triple N also takes care of our pest problems and I never see any little critters running around our place. I highly recommend them to solve any pest problems that you may have.

Triple N identified my needs, and the different products for each need! I live on a fresh water canal and have concerns about water mocasins since my dog gets free reign of the back yard - Robert has to come back to reapply the product because just as he started, the skies opened and washed away the product. HIs return trip is FREE!
