They showed up early set everything up! The bounce house/slide was huge and the kids loved it! I highly recommend using Paul and his crew for your party. Cant beat the quality you get for the price. Adorable and so much fun all weekend!

My friend has been using this company for years and recommended them, it turned out great. They sent me a text to confirm that they would be here on Friday to set up, they came right on time. The crew had everything else set up in about 20 minutes we were ready to go. They made sure they had everything for a nice easy setup and were super polite and friendly. I picked a bounce/slide combo which was perfect for the mix of kids we had. It was made very sturdy and was very clean inside and out when it was dropped off. We had a blast on it both the kids and adults. The next day the Crew was here right on time again to pick everything up. They cleaned and folded it up in about a half an hour it was all in all a great experience. Ive been recommending this company since Ive used them.

Found this company when another bounce house company no called no showed on me. They saved the day and my sons birthday. Don’t take a chance with non reputable bounce house companies this company was professional and on time easy online booking.

I had such a tough time finding a great deal for the summer and then I saw bounce houses of swfl on fb. They had an amazing deal buy one day get 3 days. Tuesday - Thursday. I was one happy mama and my kids were excited to have a water bounce house for 3 days. Well today is Thursday and they have already picked up the bounce house at 9am? I called the office and asked why did it state 3 days when it was dropped off Tuesday at 830am and picked up Thursday at 9am? I could understand it being picked up Thursday evening so the kids have a full day to play but She said they pick up all deliveries Thursday morning. Im upset because that should have been mentioned. It said three days for the price of one. My kids were looking forward to the last day on this amazing dual waterslide. 3 stars for dishonesty had they fulfilled there promise of 3 days it would have gotten 5 stars. Just a heads up for those renting the 3 days special its only two! They should change the wording to Tuesday-Wednesday. Please let the kiddos know because now I have a sad 3 year old.

We have rented from this company 3x now and each time they have been a delight. The unit we selected at booking became unavailable, so they allowed us to choose an upgraded inflatable at no extra cost. Then, we were given an extra TWO days.. also at no cost. Their customer service is beyond exceptional and we will continue to support and refer them to anyone who inquires!

I rented a slide that was too big for my little one originally so I called a week before the party and they were more than happy to work with me for a smaller one and provide a refund for the extra I paid. They also left it an extra day which was awesome! Will use them again for future parties.

They use to be awesome!!! Ive rented from Paul 3 times but the last time rented with him he was very unprofessional with my husband, argued with him. I made my husband apologize for the incident and no response from Paul. My husband tipped the guys and no thanks were given... I have 3 boys and 80 dollars in my pocket so I wrote to Paul today and asked if he had anything to keep my.kids busy for 80 dollars... He read my message, no response... I wrote him and he read it at 12pm. I wrote back at 6pm and said Thanks for the response! Still read... Nothing said back from him.... Very unprofessional and like I said I use to share his page all the time and recommend him to everyone... Very disappointed....

We rented the dinosaur bounce house with a water slide connected and it was a big hit at my son’s birthday party! We were only supposed to have it for Saturday but they dropped it off Thursday and picked it up Monday. So much fun!!

We booked a bounce house over the phone and gave us a scheduled time of when they would deliver the bounce house the next day. They also told us they would call us right before they arrived at our house. Nobody ever showed up. We tried calling, texting, and emailing this company and no one ever responded back to us. Horrible customer service do not use.
