The service was very good. The attention of the man who made my nails was magnificent, in addition to doing a beautiful and professional job. The girl who fixed my feet was very attentive, kind, professional and dedicated. Arasay.. I think so..I cant say the same for the owner of the place. Who verbally abused two workers in front of the clients. He yelled and insulted them. He even locked himself in a room and started throwing things. I cannot say the same for the rest of the workers. All kind and friendly.

Very friendly staff. They were trying to offer me greatly reduced prices on services but I just didnt have the time to take them up on it.

First time here. Walked in at 4pm for a 50 minute pedicure and they close at 5pm. Not a problem. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend LISA. Sweet and damn good!

The man cut two of my fingers, and had to stop the bleeding. Filed my nails too hard, as I have purple marks on my nail bed. The paint application was not the greatest. Not satisfied with nails. Pedicure was great!Nice atmosphere though and very clean.

Nice environment, but the nail tech I had was kinda rude. I also notified him that I was diabetic and he said Okay, and? Ive only been here for 2 months, I dont get what that means. It doesnt matter.I had a design picked out which, I admit, I didnt realize was complicated. He made me feel guilty, and got really frustrated and was getting increasingly more and more rough with my hands and nails, they still ache a day later. I insisted on a different design to make it easier but he ignored me the first few times then decided to freehand 4 of my nails. Overall, Im kinda unhappy with the way they look; theyre sloppy and dont match. Ill go back to the salon but wont see that particular nail tech again. :(

Came in after 4pm on a Sunday when they close at 5pm and they welcomed me with a smile. I needed a full set and they were happy to help. I was having a rough day,and they made it all better!! The only reason I’m even giving a 1 star is because the lady doing my pedicure was sweet.My gel manicure & gel pedicure were probably the worst I’ve ever gotten.This place is super small inside and super crowded. You’re rushed in and out. For $75+tip, you can find a much better place to go to.

HORRIBLE place to go! They cut you up! BAD! Little guy with the glasses cut my feet up so horrifically it hurt to walk for 3 days!!! I had to yank my feet away to get him to stop! He was literally sawing into my skin! I was charged 75 dollars and left bleeding. NEVER AGAIN

Lisa, who helped me with my mani pedi... was awesome, easy to talk to and great at what she does. It was so busy when I was there so hard to tell exactly how tidy it was but definitely clean.

So I went in to get a gel manicure and regular color change on my toes with regular polish. I knew what design I wanted and showed the nail tech whom said she could. So I sit down and half way through no cuticles were trimmed. She just started painting. I asked for my middle finger to be a blended color that spilt in the middle. Well that did not happen, so I had them cancel the art work on my ring fingers. I can still see the brush strokes from the polish on my nails. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I will not be going back. No one can do designs or polish correctly. So, for reader this is your fair warning ⚠️

The lady that did my pedicure cut my heel so badly i had problem walking

Ive been coming here off and on to get my eyebrows waxed for a few years. Ive never gotten any other service done, but I have noticed on this most recent visit that their service menus prices have gone up by at least a few dollars on every service including waxing. I understand that prices fluctuate everywhere, but it doesnt make much sense to me as they seem to be overbooking themselves instead of improving service quality with the price rise. For my wax, I was taken into the same small room as always, but this time I was brought into this room while another client was already getting serviced. There was a curtain hung (shabbily might I add), but the waxing materials were on the other side of the curtain so, it didnt stay closed. It seemed a bit intrusive especially during the pandemic. Ill also add that in order to sit down on the table I had to practically walk on a tight rope so that I wasnt interfering with the other service. This use to be a very stylish and professional salon, it just seems like theyre spreading themselves too thin and may be losing loyal clients because of it.

I had the powder dip mani and full pedi and paid 89 dollars. 10/21/20.I left the next day for Indiana and on the plane the first nail chipped.Now today not even one week after I got them done another nail has chipped away and the under side of the nail has split. When I get back. I want my money back. This is ridiculous. I used to get my nails and toes done in Eustis for 65 dollars with a tip and they lasted great for 2 months and the pedicure was out of this world

My new favorite nail place!! I came in on Valentine’s Day morning and although they were pretty busy still got me seated within 10 minutes. Didn’t get that awkward feeling like you do in some salons. I got a full set with gel cat eye and they turned out AMAZING! I’ve been going to different nails places for the past year since I moved here and almost gave up thinking I wouldn’t find a good one, now this is the only place I will go. It was a bit expensive but 100% worth it.

Today I went to get my nails and feet done, it was absolutely AMAZING!! It was everything I asked for plus a couple extras that made me feel great!!! I got a Gel pedicure and honestly was shocked with the price of $38, most places are $45 even $50!!!!! Also LOVE the bags in the pedicure chairs!!😍😍😍Definitely coming back! Thank you!

Came in for a basic pedicure, it was super busy when I came in but they were able to get me right in. The place was clean and decorated well. Pedicure was good and they had a great selection of polish. Massage wasnt the best but it fit the price.

I went in to VY nails this evening around 630PM and surprisingly they took me when I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. Usually wanting service like that would take around 1.5 to 2 HR, and they closed at 7PM! Love the fact you made me happy by fulfilling my needs so last minute. I also noticed right when I walked in a young lady in the front doing incredible art work. This place is a definite recommendation for my family and friends!

Literally the worst place you could get your nails done. The lady who did my nails had her child pushing her and climbing on top of her WHILE she was doing my nails. It was cute at first but after 15 minutes of it and her completely stopping what she was doing to deal with him, it was ridiculous. Then I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails. Very simple, matte black coffin nails that were long. She made them way too short and narrow. Then after shaping she asked if I liked the shape and I said well theyre too narrow and dont look like the picture. Then she just smiled and said well thats the shape. Then continued as if nothing I said mattered. She then went on and cut my cuticles 5 different times with the little machine. She didnt apologize once. Then finally she started putting on the polishes and kept layering them without letting them dry. So the top matte coat dried but everything underneath was wet for HOURS. It ruined my nails. All this for 30 dollars. This was by far the WORST experience Ive had getting my nails done. Terrible, rude service. This girl had no clue what she was doing. A complete waste of time. Dont come here!

First time customer from out of town. I had a gentleman on the first station on the left. Absolute joy to have been served by him. Kind, great sense of humor and didnt even care that I was falling asleep whilst being pampered lol (i work 2 jobs, the break was relaxing). My nails and eyebrows look fabulous! Thank you so much!!!!

Vy is the only nail salon I visit when I am in Cape Coral. Entire staff is super nice, but Cassie is my favorite. Its a good location, open every day, lovely staff, good prices; what more could you ask for?

I recently moved to the area, and finding the right nail salon, hair salon and other service venues has been a bit difficult. I rely on the reviews that I am seeing from other people. Im quite pleased with the service that I received at v y Nails. I set up an appointment for myself and my son. My son is high-functioning autistic, so getting a manicure and pedicure can be a bit cumbersome. He did very well. It is a very busy Salon, but you do not feel rushed. I tried to other salons in Fort Myers, and was very disappointed in both of them. I am so happy with how my feet feel, how they look and how well of a gel manicure was done on my hands. I have set up my second appointment for 4 weeks, and Im looking forward to it. Excellent job v y nails

I came for a fill and replacement. It started off very good and once I paid (and yes I tipped), he became very rude and snapping at me. He did not finish filling. Nail polish is very bumpy. This place was recommend to me as I was looking for a place in the Cape but I would not use this place again.

I have been to several nail salons for years. But when I moved to cape coral I found this gem. Theyre so nice to me and always remember me. Tony is such a great nail tech. He goes over and above to do what I want as far as designing my nails. I always have some sort of pintrest design that isnt easy and he gets it every time.

Very unprofessional. My nail chipped the first time after a day. They gave me duck nails the second time. Third time the whole acrylic nail came off. They were rude when I confronted them and started to aggressively file my nails down. I will never go back here and will not recommend them to anyone. Ace nails around the corner does a good job but are usually busy.

WOW! Just left Vy nails on Santa Barbara and Hancock in Cape Coral and they do the best nails ever! I love how they have every color you can possibly think of in gel, their techs are very friendly and prices are great for the work performed! GOING BACK!

She did an awesome job and was very patient with me when choosing my nail polish as I wanted something I could wear to work without being too much. Friendly atmosphere and nice environment. Had such a terrible experience. Made an appointment for my sister and I and we had to wait over an hour for only one of us to be seen and while we were waiting they kept letting walk ins go before us. Both of our nails look horrible. They are super thick, uneven, and bumpy. When is told the guy doing my nails that the were uneven he kept saying I was wrong and that I don’t know what I’m talking about. Never ever going back

So last minute. I walked in to this nail shop on Hancock, asked for a gel manicure 💅 and I have never been to a nail shop that had so many colors oh my gosh, and every gel has the matching polish. Great nail shop I will be making that my regular place to go to.

I have been going here for 5yrs plus, after trying several other nail salons in Cape Coral . I love the fact that every time I go in, I get acknowledged and feel welcomed. I was one of the first customers in the door on Sunday. I had an older gentleman service me. I only came in for gel polish change on my hands and toes (just got a fill the weekend before) the guy rushed me with choosing a color. Then after he painted only 1 nail he asked if I liked it and I said no. It was a sparkly gel... it looked nothing like the nail for show. So instantly he gets irritated and frustrated. So I chose another color and hes breathing down my neck for me to hurry up (I am the paying customer) -and he proceeded to paint my nails and asked if I liked the color again... I said if you make it look like the nail thats for show and more than one coat...yes! he sarcastically said oh you want to choose another color again... like a smart ass and as if I had switched my color 20 times prior. Very rude service. Rushing the person in the chair to get to the next person which will end up getting rushed service as well. Wont be coming back!

Got a quick appointment with my girlfriend for pedicures and they did a great job. I like that everyone speaks English well so communication wasnt an issue.

Took my mom here and it was Honestly the best pedicure weve ever gotten. We got the deluxe with gel polish and the price was more than reasonable. We werent rushed and they were amazing. Definitely recommend.

My new fingers and toes are incredible! Ive been showing them to everyone for the past week. I work with my hands constantly and I needed the shellac treatment so my fingernails will stay strong while I work and play. If you need strong nails then you should go to Vy Nails and get shellac!

This place is terrible! I gave them multiple chances and today was the last straw. The first time I had my nails done by Tommy. He did such a poor job that my nails literally looked like they were two weeks grown out already. I had them redone by one of the owners, Paul, and he did a better job, so I decided to give them another chance. That was a mistake. I called a few days ahead and booked an appointment with Natasha (Paul was not available) and when I got there at the appointed time, she apparently didnt have time for me and was visibly irritated that an appointment was made for her at that time. Made me quite uncomfortable. They stuck me with someone else who also had trouble filling my nails to the cuticle. Today was the third strike. I had made an appointment with Paul again at 9:30am. I got there and the receptionist told me that nobody showed up for their shift and she was in the process of calling everyone. Paul, however, was there, and she informed him that his 9:30am was here. He seem visibly irritated. He eventually asked me to come and sit down. He said you made an appointment with me? I said yes, is that okay? He replied Im very busy. At this point I was pretty angry but kept my cool. He then passed me off to someone else because he had something more important to do involving his family.Apparently this place is highly resentful if you make an appointment and with a specific person. Clearly, loyalty is wasted on them. No problem! I am going back to Profiles, where you are treated much better and you get much higher quality for the price. Id much rather spend more money on my nails and be treated like a human being. Avoid this place at all costs!!

I didnt expect a spa like experience coming to a place like this, but I didnt expect to leave bleeding and in pain. I had the owner Vy do my nails. The first time I had her do pink and white acrylic. She cut my cuticles with the drill several times. She made me bleed so bad on one finger that she had to stop and apply pressure with a cotton ball and some green solution. The cuts were still painful days later. I decided to give her one more chance. I returned 3 weeks later and wanted to try dip powder. I had Vy once again and was hoping she wouldn’t be so rough again. To remove the acrylic, she would cut the edge of my nail and wedge a plastic nail under to lift the acrylic. That is the WRONG way to remove acrylics. That will ruin the nail bed. It was so uncomfortable and painful I took my hand away and told her to stop, to find another way to take it off. I had to soak my nails and have it drilled off. Not a pleasant experience. I studied how the dip powder process is done by professional nail technicians on YouTube. There are many steps! Vy did less than half of the steps and used UV light (which is not used to complete the dip powder process). I felt a sharp burning pain in my nail bed when I would put my hand in the UV light. Right then and there I decided never to come back again. Getting my nails done should be a pleasant experience, not painful. I instantly took off the dip powder when I got home because I scared how it burned my nail bed with UV light. I feel like I was being taken advantage of when she cut corners to complete the dip powder process. I will not be returning.

Me and my friend went for this first time, seemed good at first then my GEL NAIL chipped, I got it fixed and went again to get a benefit of the doubt but then 4 of my nails chipped.. I paid $32 for GEL and they chip.. AGAIN. I won’t waste my money there ever again.

I dont pamper myself as much as I used to, or should, haha... but when I do, this is where I go. Their polish selection is insane, they wear gloves and use liners in the pedicure tubs. I am not overwhelmed by fumes when I walk in, even so today while Im 8 months pregnant. I am always pleasantly greeted, seated quickly, out of there quickly and happily. Ive never had that awkward, snotty glare from other customers that happens at some places. Never had an issue here at all. Recommended!

The guys are very sweet, and they really know what they are doing. The place looks AMAZING, they are under new management for over a year. And I can say that everything here is immaculate, Im done searching, the owner Paul speaks really great English and Don who did my nails is a sweetheart, they have refreshments and did I mentioned how well decorated, and clean, and sanitized the instruments are. And their prices will not leave you broke, very reasonable. My search is over. Thank God. There is plenty of parking, and you wont be sorry. Thanks Paul, and Don and the rest of the team..
