Been coming here for over a year went today and got a new girl who was beyond slow first off, I Got cut on two fingers as she was shaping my nails which are not the shape I wanted.. polish left on my skin not cleaned up, shape is different they are super then that I can bend them.. but yet charged me full price. Would have been polite to take some money off being you cut me twice

Very clean and the person who did my nails was very nice. As you notice Im a fan of the dipping powder, its the natural and non-chemical way to do your nails. This is the 4th place that has done my nails so far and I had to say that they didnt do a great job. My nail is chipped already after 3 days. Quality isnt that good, but customer service wise theyre very nice. Now I overheard one of the nail technician there who informed every client that sat down how much its going to cost for him to do their nails. Kinda lame if you ask me but I guess he wants to make sure hes getting his fee before hand. Personal opinion, I wont go back there or recommend it to anyone.

Friendly employees but thats about all they had going for them. The place was dirty, the nail tech didnt really know how to do French dip powered. My smile line is horrible, and the nails are very bumpy. Not to mention he did not use sanitized tools. Ill look else where to spend my $90. (Pedi and a dip + a small tip for trying)

Paid $37 for a full set of acrylics with gel polish today. Technician was very nice and gentle on me. This was my first time getting acrylic nails and would recommend to a friend!

EDIT*its officially been 3 years since they cut my nail trying to rush taking off my acrylics and my nail is permanently damagedUse to love this place before the new management took over. I went to get a full set and my nails turned out crooked and the clear coat came off within 2 days. I went back to have them fix it and the manager said it was my fault and was rude. I dont recommend this place anymore...

Went here a couple days ago to get 1 nail fixed. The guy told me I needed to take all of them off. After arguing with him that I didn’t want to he insisted so I just let him. After he hacked half of my nails off by scraping them with a fake nail, which hurt and i told him, he left them and said he didn’t “have time” to do the rest. I am very disappointed and really upset. I walked out without giving them anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Very rude. I’ve posted my picture, too so you can see.

Lucky I even put 1 star, horrible place lazy people. Wanted mani pedi. The guy painted my toes first! Then I got in the bowl. Woman who did my mani, I could have done what she did for nothing at home! She cut my cuticles and painted my nails barely and that was her idea of manicure, no filing. I have never been so mad. Go somewhere else is my opinion.

They don’t worth 1 star! I have been a customer for over 7 years but there services is been horrible lately, my nail polish don’t last not even a 1 week “gel”!!. On January 28, 2020 I did my nail and I let them know about what is been happening lately, they got mad and rude at me because I expressed my concerns! When back 1 week later to show them how bad my nails were looking”to make my point “ and the answer was that “was no technical difficulties”!!! Seriously.!!! Went in as a walk-in, & was taken back immediately, no wait whatsoever. James did my full set. Considering, I had been doing the same, now boring styles for years, I was very eager to do something new. So, Id asked him to help me come up with something new. The end result was ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!!!! I will DEFINITELY without a doubt, come back & see him again. I also would absolutely recommend Nail Art to anyone wanting to try a new salon!!!

I used to go this place before and service / quality was ok, not great. But the past 2 times the service was poor quality and horrendous (1st for nails, 2nd for eyebrows). The guy that started to do my manicure cut my cuticles to the point of non stop bleeding, which then I had to get up and tell him to stop. I had to tell the owner I was not paying for my manicure and someone else had to finish it. I stopped going for 2 months, then decided to give the place another chance with my daughters eyebrows. The girl did not know what she was doing and mutilated my daughter’s eyebrows. I fell so bad!!! I’m done! With this place. The service is a hit and miss and quality went down from ok to poor. Does not even deserve 1 star.

The people were very nice and got the design I wanted perfectly, however, I asked for coffin and the shape was not coffin. I asked her to make it more narrow and she laughed and didn’t. I was charged $50 for acrylic and gel when I was charged $30-40 everywhere else I go. 4 days after, my nails started becoming loose and looked more like press on nails. A week later, 3 fell off. I also got the $35 basic pedicure. The guy didn’t do anything to my feet and the paint job was horrible. He didn’t paint my whole nail and it started chipping the same day! Mind you, I don’t do anything that could have done this. All I do is go to school. Very unhappy with this place. Spent $50 for what looks like press on nails.

Been going there for years. Recently there are new owners. I always get gel nails and after 3 days they were all lifting so I called and the new owner said come in and he would fix them for free. When I went in he asked who did them so I told him and he started filing them which did nothing. He said it was the top coat but it was coming up color and all from the nail. He did not fix them they look horrible. Will not go back there. One star because I wasnt able to post without.

I have been going here for over 10 years. I have always recommend them to family and friends. Well not anymore. There are new owners, and I am not a fan. I have given them several chances with different nail techs and never happy with my nails when I leave. The only nail tech there that is good is the young girl Tracy.The quality of work and the fact that they are not using a new package of pedicure equipment for each person, what I mean is reusing the same stuff! Gross!! I will not be back. So sad they are conviently located near me. The old owner used to make sure they had new colors all the time, new owner doesn’t care. I asked for a coffin shape this time and every nail is crooked and filed more on one side then the other. Polish job is terrible.

So i go in today for a manicure and the lady who always does my nails wasn’t there so I’m like okay so the manager does my nails everything was going okay until he makes my nails too short, then cuts me while he’s filing my nails and the nails were so bumpy and just not worth 42 dollars. The new management also sucks. I used to love this place but after this i might be going somewhere else 😒

Totally recommend it . They do a great job ! Tracy is great doing nail art ... they all any of the girls and the boys who do nails do a fantastic job and are very pleasant to talk to ! The quality of my gel manicure was the worst I have ever had. First, I saw a few men sitting outside of the building flossing their teeth. I didnt wait long, I was sat at a station to get my nails done and one of the guys that was flossing came to do my nails. I didnt see him wash his hands. Next, he took out a bag that was supposed to be sterilized and opened it. I work in the medical field and I know when the bag was never run through the sterilization machine because the packaging becomes another color. So, with his dirty hands he proceeded to do my manicure with instruments that were not sterilized. It has been one week since I had a gel manicure and the gel is peeling off to the point that I need it removed. Im not too pleased with this employee or service, and I will not be coming back.

Ive been using this Nail Salon for 2 years now. This week, I decided I could do better, much better. The salon itself is becoming extremely dirty and dusty. The staff is rude and uncaring. The establishment is now using inferior products that do not wear well and never end up as nice as the sample colors.Here is what I asked for and this is what I got. The man insisted that this is what you get with that color. ??????

I used to like coming here but I stopped. I just recently came here cause my sister wanted to get a pedicure. We go and they start making front of of her psoriasis. She goes and sits in the chair and the guy started laughing and said to another guy you do this and the lady and the other guy are all talking to each other and laughing as my sister and I thinking it’s not funny and we can walk out without paying. Like have respect just cause you taking in your language doesn’t mean we don’t understand as your LITERALLY ALL STARING AT HER LEGS!

This salon is AWFUL! I got my nails done a week ago and they all already came off! They use weak glue and don’t take precautions to make sure that their doing your nails safely. The man I had (tall, little heavier, glasses, I’m pretty sure was the owner) cut my thumb with the cuticle trimmer. Instead of taking 2 minutes to clean it up and apologize, painted over it so I wouldn’t notice it. But I did. After doing a bad job, not to mention that the nails were crooked, they then proceeded to ask if I was giving a tip and charged me $37 for just a set of plain colored acrylics. I’m NEVER coming back! This salon is terrible and I suggest you don’t go either!

A friend of my took me to this nail salon yesterday I was little nervous I’m picky about my nails . But they turned out amazing ! I don’t like my acrylic thick she made them natural looking they look exactly like the picture. I’ll be going back to same lady (Christine or long he only does my friends ) from what I seen the owners arnt the best

I have been coming here for about a year now and last Sunday went to get my nails done and the manager did my nails. Showed him a picture of a design of simple flower I wanted on my nails and he ended up doing his own thing. He was constantly stopping to take care if something else or answer calls which I felt was a bit disrespectful since i was paying for a service. I had to correct him twice on what he was doing and he was bothered by it. I use to love coming here but will not be back! Very disappointed my nails started coming off within 3 days! Was there for an hour and a half to get a fill

Been going to salons for many years always got the red itchy cuticles after getting fills. Came here and Christine picked up on it and tried something different. Dip it actually made a complete difference after just one appointment.This place is awesome

I absolutely love the customer service here. I brought my 3 year old daughter with me. Every two weeks we get our nails done together. Today was my first time here and this will definitely be my go to place. They were absolutely awesome with my daughter. The lady took her to pick a color for her toes and nais and made sure it was what she wanted. Accommodated her with no issue and made her feel comfortable, eventhough they were quite busy. I have not been able to find this elsewhere. Other places I have been to have brushed her off and made her and myself uncomfortable. My gel nails look amazing and her polish does too. Loved the experience her. I will be referring to friends.

I used to go to this nail place all the time but I quit going after new management took over. The nail techs did a bad job, they smelled like a walking ash tray. When I would have a certain man do my nails his buddy came over and stood next to him and they chatted through my whole nail appointment. Not paying attention to what he was doing. Dont bother going here, find someplace else.

Today was my birthday and I just had a baby don’t get to enjoy a pedicure often. Which the pedicure itself was great! The price however wasn’t and it wasn’t disclosed to me either. I chose the 40$ package and wanted gel. I wasn’t informed that gel is another 20$ on top of the 40$ and I got a design so of course they charged me another 5$. So I ended up with a 65$ pedi....This is a ridiculous price for a single pedi! I feel ripped off because I went there prior to this with my husband and we both had our feet done and mine with gel for 65$, so I’m just not sure if it depends on the person you get or if I was miss charged....💭💭

This place is absolutely awful! My bestfriend and I went in and asked for full sets or acrylics. Mine were $25 and came out good. The lady who did mine was pinkey. The man who did her nails however cut her nails too short. When she told him long. He then made them crooked and didn’t put the acrylic on the whole nail. The corners of her real nails were exposed. We told the manager and he was very rude. He said that he saw nothing wrong with the way he did her nails (of course not because he wanted to keep the money) they then refused to fix them. My mom had to make a scene in order for them to do so. When they had someone else do them the man who did them poorly before was laughing at her the entire time she was getting them fixed. Making her feel very uncomfortable. Do not go to this place!

It was cleaner than the last place I went. They were very friendly but not up to date with the new styles. My nails broke that same week which never happens with me. Paid more than I usually do so it didn’t reach my expectations.

As with most of the places that supposedly dont speak English they try and sell you everything under the sun on top of what youre getting done. They are relentless and that is probably the one thing that you were dates me. The other problem is they always want to cut your nails shorter than what you want them to be.

Always get an awesome pedicure and John is the bomb for nails!

Get my nails done there with my regular girl however owner very rude call to just get my eyebrows done with the same girl that does my nails told me I don’t need an appointment I can just walk in I indicated I want her to do my eyebrows he says she’s busy you can just walk in I told him I don’t want to wait he insisted again that I don’t need an appointment to get my eyebrows done I explained to him that if I just walk in and she’s busy I don’t want to waitso he goes on again and explain to me that if she’s busy then I need to wait how does that make sense if you have a business and you have customers to come to you all the time how do you spec them to come back to you if you’re being as rude as you are Mr. ??Explain to him that I still need an appointment with her so I did not have to wait I have a schedule I’m busy he just went ahead and explain to me that I needed to wait he couldn’t give me the appointment for my eyebrows so he just hung up on me !with that said I’m never going back to you guys take care of your customers so they can keep coming back !!!!

I have gone to this salon for years however the last three tries were messed up. Two appoints unable to get service caused they are overbooked and no one calls clients to let them know. Today I had an appointment at 1:00, 3 women waiting, another two came in with my appointment time. One nail tech.
