I have upgraded and purchased numerous phones in the past month. Each time Annette has been extremely patient and efficient, taking care of all of my needs and explaining things clearly on the way. She got me the best deal that was possible each time. My experience was just excellent and I recommend this store and Annette completely.

Absolutely horrid. Walk in with a broken phone, and covered every option for me to spend more money instead of help a loyal customer of two years. Spent 7 hours on the phone since trying to figure out that Verizon doesnt actually care about their consumers once theyre in the door. I cant wait to rid myself of Verizon.

The staff at this store were absolutely perfect to deal with. They were knowledgeable and professional and did not rush you out of the store. I left the corporate store to go to this store for that reason.

If there was an option for zero stars that is what I would give to this mismanaged retailer. Stopped by yesterday to buy two new iPhones, plus to switch from AT&T to Verizon. In other words, Im standing at their door with money falling out of my pockets just looking for the opportunity to give it to them. The door was locked. I noticed the sign that said to check in online then go wait in the car until someone comes out to get me. I peered through the window to see several employees inside available to do business. Just then, one of the employees returning from lunch lets himself into the store, but didnt invite us in. He said we had to check in online. I asked him why we had to jump through those Covid-19 hoops when the CDC had lessened the mask mandate two days prior. His response: Above my pay grade. We hopped in the car and drove to the Verizon store on Santa Barbara at Veterans Pkwy. Walked right in, no mask required, completely professional, and above all else, customer service was paramount. A note to the manager at the Nicholas Pkwy Verizon retail store. Use your lunch hour to visit the store on Santa Barbara. See how it is done.

Both Wes and Annette were amazing. First, when I called the store to make an appointment, my call was accidentally dropped and Wes checked caller ID and called me right back. That really impressed me. At our store visit, Annette took care of us. She and Wes were extremely knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. They treated us very well, explained the details we needed, and answered all our questions. I wholeheartedly recommended this Verizon store on Nicholas Pkwy (corner of Pine Island Rd). A better than 10 out of 10 !!!!!

We went to 2 other Verizon stores trying to get some help for a phone. No help at all and no customer service. This Verizon store was different. Cameron was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and provided us with what we needed. Would definitely recommend this store!

Great service, great care and great source of product knowledge. Im grateful to have found this place. Annette took care of everything; answered all my questions, provided thoughts and insight, then did all the transfer legwork on the spot. She even helped with getting information from my previous carrier also on the spot. How cool is that! I rely on my phone for business. Its crucial. I now have a great team on my side if or when I need support with my new phone and my new service. I went in with an inadequate phone and service plan from another provider. I left 1 hr later with a great phone, a great plan, all my apps and contacts safely transferred. Thanks again!

The service given today at the Verizon store on the corner of Nicolas and Pine Island was exceptional. Demetrius was helpful, gave me choices on best plans for me, and set my new phone up so I was ready to go. There was zero wait time and the store was safe as far as the CDC guidelines.

Great customer service! Best to make an appointment ahead of time. I came in at the time of my appointment and was back in my car, with my new phone, 15 minutes later. I loved how quick, yet thorough, the appointment was.

Demetric was BEYOND amazing and very informative. I came in to switch my whole family from sprint, mind you we have 4 lines (so it took some time, but he made it very fun and engaging) so he went over EVERY SINGLE phone plan that best suit our needs as well as what phones would be the most affordable for us. He made the whole process simple and easy, answered our extensive list of questions, and had a great customer centric attitude. If you’re looking for the best Verizon to go to this is your place. Wish there was an option for no no stars! I dropped over 2,000 on new Apple phone , watch and accessories. 8 days later the Phone did an update and froze up for over three hours. Verizon tech support via phone was wonderful and tried everything possible to get the phone working. After an hour I was told by VERIZON to take the phone back where it was purchased and issued a new phone. The only suggestion the very young un knowledgeable lady gave was to take the phone to Apple which is 1.5 hours away from me. I explained what I was told by Verizon, she stated again to go to Apple. I will never go back to this location.I would like to add that Amanda is the store manager and is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job however, it is clear that she is the only one there that knows what they are doing.

Going into any type of phone store is always a hassle. This specific Verizon location has by far been the easiest and most helpful. Great customer service and knowledgeable! They actually try to help you out, I went in to open an account because my existing account with Verizon had been disconnected and they didn’t mind staying after hours, and resolving my issue. Thank you so much for putting in the time and help!

This is going to sound nuts but we got to this location at 5:45 on Saturday and Demetric S. was on duty. He was already assisting a customer with their purchase and we waited until he was done at almost 7:30 because we let someone go in front of us as we thought it was going to be a simple situation but it turned out to be complicated. The reason why we waited instead of hightailing it out of there was because of Demetric. The store is intimate and sound travels so I couldn’t help but eavesdrop on how he was with his customers and that’s why we stayed. He’s direct, courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. My fiancé bought a phone because that’s why we were there and because I enjoyed working with Demetric I ended up buying one myself even though I really didn’t *NEED* one. Needless to say I suggest this location and to ask for Demetric for your phone needs.

I also wish there was option for 0 stars. Came in and denied service because the store was closing in more than 30 minutes but they had another customer and wouldnt help us. Unacceptable and so unprofessional.

My 84 year old mother was told she had to go all the way to the Estero Apple store to get her less than 2 month old i-phone taken care of. That is a 1.5 hour drive from her house. I was ready to drop Verizon right then and there because she just cant be doing that every time there is a problem with her phone. Luckily, I called the Verizon store on Santa Barbara in Cape Coral and after a short discussion I sent her there and they took care of everything. She will have a new phone delivered to her tomorrow.
