BUYER BEWARE: I have power pack that was repaired by this company a few months ago and it is now broken down again. I have attempted to reach them by phone and email over the last month over a dozen times to see about a return and repair. No response from anyone. Their phone message says all their reps are helping other customers but this is obviously not the case. I submitted a complaint through the BBB and still no response from CLP. I believe they are no longer in business although they still have a website. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. They obviously don’t care about their customers if they are still in business!!I have read everyone’s reviews and complaints on BBB and they are a poor excuse for a business and need to shut down and quit stealing from people or clean house and act like a real business!!

I bought their Spa in the Box June 23 2019- in February April May and June I constantly called, emailed and filled out a ticket advising the spa stopped working. I got a hold of Sam at extension 201 in early March and trouble shooter. I advised the pump isn’t heating and the filter wheel isn’t turning there was nothing blocking it. Sam has me but a new o-ring still didn’t work. I called and emailed before lockdown begging for instructions on how to get a repair or replacement. I got zero response. I went through the BBB and they were given no help or response form [email protected]. I am now looking for a plaintiff attorney to file a class action suit Against CPL.Do not Buy anything from this company. You will be out your hard earned money.

Have had this spa since 2002. I have had to replace the heating/pump unit a number of times - usually a refurbished unit for $350. Heater quit working almost 2 months ago. Called 9 times. No answer. Got ahold of someone by email and after numerous emails they said they would repair it for $500 and guarantee it for 30 days. When I asked if I could get it refurbished instead, they cancelled (unpaid for) shipping label and refused to accept the return for repair or refurbishment. Told me to get it fixed locally which they know is not a possibility since its a unique product and ignored BBBureau. I explained the arthritis is much worse without the spa and they did not respond to this concern.

Great product, poor service. My pump broke (within warranty period) and nobody has called me back or responded to my emails in more than 3 weeks. If anyone from the company reads this.... please contact me.

Purchased Spa-n-Box, used 7 months when pump went bad but was out of warranty. Have called 4 times & sent 2 emails requesting purchase of replacement. NO RESPONSE! Im forced to buy new spa from another company. This is the second time Ive encountered poor customer service with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I hate to give them even one star!

I bough a Spa in May 2020. I am calling them for almost a week to ask questions about the product that I recently install. I left several voice messages and no one return my calls yet. I am planing to submid a complaing to BBB (BETTER Bussines Bureau). I paid more than $1,332.00 for the SpanN A Box and I still paying for in payment plan. But if they dont answer my several calls or if they shut down business I may stop paying.

Customer service is terrible no one returns my calls, I purchased a new motor in Sept 2020 and in April it stopped working they repaired it . My replacement motor I had repaired in April 2020 isnt working an no response to my calls or texts. Very disappointing. The company doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

These guys have a great small business. They set up a spa for us and gave us great advice. No pressure, but we ended up buying the spa-in-box 3 months ago and in is problem-free.

They do NOT return calls. charge you for repairs without consulting you on them. Don;t buy from them !!!!
