Excellent MMA/BJJ gym in Cape Coral that teaches REAL and practical martial arts. Justin and the other coaches are excellent instructors who make you feel welcome from the get-go. All the the fighters are family and overall its a great place to learn and workout.

Ive been training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu for the last few months with these killers at Cali Style MMA, and I just want to say this place is awesome! I start training here a little over 7 months ago. When I started I was out of shape and 350. The team was very welcoming and non judgmental. They were open and worked with me till I got better. Since then I have lost about 60 pounds and am in better shape now. The professors are dedicated to making sure that you have an awesome experience and enjoy the journey.
