I called Advance to troubleshoot a problem with my Xerox C405 printer that Copy Lady misdiagnosed yesterday. Shawn came out and literally took the entire machine apart and discovered the problem. He didnt have the part with him but sent another technician to replace the part at NO additional charge! Copy Lady would not resend their technician without recharging me for an entirely new service call!! I will definitely use Advanced Forms & Printing for all future copy needs. Great Service!!

I started using Advanced forms Forms for a few of my printing needs to test out their level of service, and products. I now will use them exclusively for all my printing and technology needs. It’s very hard to find good local businesses that are reliable with great service, and yet have competitive pricing. I’d recommend Advanced to anyone. Again thank you.
