Miloff Aubuchon has been managing my 2 properties in Ft Myers for several years. I have found them to be responsive to both me and to the tenants. It is hard to be a 1000 miles away from a rental but they make it seamless.

Leslie is amazing as a property management company. Im out of state owner and my residential rental was vacant and the pipes burst! There was water damage but Leslie caught it within 24 hours and it was repaired immediately! Without Miloff Aubuchon my house would have been destroyed and it would have cost me a fortune and too much time to repair on my own. I highly recommend them!

From start to finish dealing with Tara Rose was an absolute pleasure. She was responsive, informative and very professional. She helped make this transition very smooth.

Miloff Aubuchon was my property manager for 14 years and made nearly $30,000 from managing my property during that time.- In February I asked the property manager to hold off on renewing the lease. He wrote back: I will hold off until I hear from you. That seemed pretty clear.- In April I informed them that I was changing property managers. So what did they do? They renewed the lease. They did not discuss this with me or inform me that they had done this.- In May as part of the exit I asked what my house should be renting for and he said it could probably go up $100. I didnt learn that there was a new lease until the new property manager told me.- They didnt respond to other email that I sent. I asked to speak to someone about this, but neither Miloff nor Aubuchon would return my call (14 years as a customer and $30,000 is small fries), and Bob Guziak left a message, promised to call back, and never did. I called a second time and didnt hear back. The property manager said that they dont lose many owners (Ive heard of other owners who have left).So to summarize, they dont follow directions, dont communicate, and rent your house and below market rent by their own admission.

After checking a number of area real estate companies, I found Miloff Aubuchons vacation rental team member, Tara Rose. She guided me to the website where I could look at available properties.Tara helped us find the perfect unit for us, and we are staying in the unit as I write this. She has been more than helpful, very responsive and I feel as though we have known each other for a long time! She helped us with the paperwork and making our deposit and payment(s). Her office is nearby, and she has helped us whenever we call, day or night. We will be sure to check with Tara when we are ready to look for future vacation rental units. I do not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else looking to rent -- or even buy -- Florida properties.

I did not have a great rental experience with this company. I had a laundry list of punch items on my move-in condition form that needed addressed after I moved in, and on average, maintenance requests routinely took a long time to resolve, sometimes 30+ days. Upon move-out, I left the property in what I considered to be pristine condition, better than what I received it in honestly, but still got charged over $200 for repairs, and they couldn’t provide me an itemized invoice showing what the charges were for. All this after I did my final walkthrough in person and was told by Jerry everything was fine. No transparency and super unethical if you ask me, the PM side of this organization engages in shady practices, the kind that give all landlords and property management firms a bad name. Save yourself time and money by looking elsewhere, there are better rental experiences to be had.Response below is a gross mischaracterization of events. To any future renters out there, take my word for it.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Gerald and his team for four years. They were professional, responsive and effective at addressing all concerns and repairs at all times. We would not have changed a thing with the experience. Only due to relocation did we need to end our affairs with Gerald and Miloff Aubuchon Realty Group however we would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. If we ever return to the area they would be our first call.

We had a great experience renting property managed by Miloff Aubuchon. They were very thorough and quick to deal with any Maintenance issues that naturally arise in any home. I have been an investor in Fort Myers area since 2009, my 1st call was to Miloff Aubuchon for my 1st property rental, was nervous because I was a new landlord from out of state but Miloff Aubuchon made the process very smooth and rented my home within a week with excellent tenants. I purchased multiple rental properties over the years with ease knowing Miloff Aubuchon would rent them quickly with excellent tenants.My realtor, Tara Rose has been my savior on multiple occasions. At times its difficult finding a service person at a moment’s notice, especially the same day your new tenants are moving in. Shes always been to there for me even answered my call while on vacation with her family.

Very disappointed in our annual leasing experience. Had used them in the past without issue. This time was a total debacle. Slow response to issues throughout. Totally mismanaged our lease and essentially let the homeowner change terms of a set agreement and force quality tenants such as us out with barely a notice. There appears to be a new manager, Bob that at least responded and showed some concern. I wish the scrutinized and vetted owners as much as they did the tenants.

Hold on to your wallet!!! I had placed a non-refundable deposit and additional monies prior to having the plans submitted for appraisal. After the appraisal came back 130k less than the proposed plan, the deal fell through. When I attempted to recover my monies, except the 5k non-refundable deposit, I was informed formed by Justin Einstein that they were going to add additional charges. This was in direct opposition to what had been discussed in prior meetings. It was only after threatened legal action when they finally gave the monies due. The entire time they were extremely worried about the appraisal and I now know why, as they are the most or at least one of the most expensive builders in town. Unfortunately, it was only after this debacle that I found out many others have had similar issues.

As long as nothing needs to be repaired at your rental they are fine. If you do need things repaired then get ready for a ton of bs. I had a fence falling down for 4 years and they never did anything about it. Btw they would not allow me to fix it, but should I have had to?
