Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Wow. What a life saver!! Our condo was hit with an electrical surge and my motherboard was completely fried. Carl was able to fully restore my hard drive for only $75, which includes free pick up and delivery. As a reference, Best Buy told me it could cost several hundred dollars and that they would not know until they already started. In addition to fully restoring my hard drive, Carl wrote a letter that I could provide to the homeowners insurance company stating there were clear signs of a surge, and also patiently answered all of my questions about buying a new computer. He even told me that I’m free to call him when I’m buying a new computer so I could run through the specs with him. 5 stars for the computer service, 10 stars for the customer service. Thanks again!

Truly Truly I say unto you that Fast Teks is THE choice (the only choice) for your computer maintenance and repairs. One of the great things (besides the low cost) is that their daily upkeep of your system means that you will hardly ever need a repair. But if you do need a on site repair they are quick to get to you resulting in very little down time.
