This is going to sound ridiculous but Grout Magnificent was magnificent!!! They cleaned & color sealed all of the floor tile in our house & it looks brand new. I had my grout color changed in the entire home, approximately 2200 square feet. They steam cleaned the floor. Then they added the acrylic color including a sealant with a 5 year warrant. I was given a sample bottle of the color, for any touch-ups necessary in the future, since I choose not to move the washer, dryer and refrigerator. They were finished in less than 6 hours. The difference is drastic and beautiful. Crew was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, tidy and careful with my furnishings.

Grout Magnificent was indeed magnificent, as was the owner, Ron Sorenson. They did a color seal on our grout, which had been a problem from the very beginning. The grout had gotten very dark, was constantly getting stained, and was not uniform in color.. No amount of scrubbing could get it clean. Ron suggested the color stain which solved the problem. We just moved into a brand new condo with lots of tile and grout. In other homes we’ve lived in, we’ve had trouble keeping grout clean so our family highly recommended Grout Magnificent. Oh, my gosh! Where do I begin? We had new porcelain tile installed in January. We had no idea that the grout hadn’t been sealed. Over the next few months, some of that grout had turned from white to dirty and black. I was just sick! I read a lot of the reviews about Grout Magnificent, which were excellent. I felt confident enough to give them a call. Ron came out, looked at our grout, explained what needed to be done, and what it would cost. Two days later, Michael and his partner came out. They spent time discussing the process and selecting the appropriate color sealer. We left for a few hours. Upon returning, we saw the most beautiful flooring!!! I loved the new grout color even more than the original!!! Michael and his partner worked so hard!!! They carefully moved and put back all of our big furniture. They worked diligently and did a fabulous job!!! Our experience has been top-notch. We plan on having Grout Magnificent return on a yearly basis to help us maintain our beautiful floors. MAGIC happened at our house at 8am this morning. Thats when Chris & David showed up from Grout Magnificent and did their thing. They were punctual, professional and proficient. Grout Magnificent cleaned our tiles in 5 rooms. They also painted/sealed all the grout lines. We decided to re-grout the master shower as well as clean and reseal the grout in several bathrooms as well as the laundry room floors. Their office was very good at communication. A text reminder the day before, a text the morning of the work to say the technician was actually on the way. I hate sitting around wondered if the workman are going to show up and if so when. I really liked that they communicated so well.
