I used carriage cleaners for 4 + years for work and they always have done an amazing job.

A little pricey, but worth it! My clothes looked great and didnt have the usual chemical smell you get from most dry cleaners. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was going out of town and they had my dresses done the next day! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Had a jacket cleaned, noticed a damaged zipper. Spoke with the owner (Eric), he had it replaced, went out of his way to ensure I was pleased, Very customer oriented, easy to do business with. Highly recommend!

Carriage Cleaners has been and is a wonderful, helpful, personable company. In 1999 I had a house fire - they handled all my fabric items, removing smoke smell in their ozone chamber. Last spring, they were very helpful when I had a bed bug issue. This week, I was looking for my winter coat and realized, after contacting them, I had not picked it up last August. It was still at their store! They have kindly cared for all my items. I recommend them to anyone needing their services. Bravo!

Recently I had to travel to Lee county on a business trip. I took my wife so she could enjoy some nice weather. I had a couple of expensive suits, 3 dress shirts, 2 trousers, and a couple of dresses, 2 blouses and a pair of linen shorts of my wives that were in need of cleaning. When I arrived the clerk was very prompt, polite and attentive. She asked me if I had any concerns or special requests. So I pointed out 4 stains on various items, two of which my cleaners in Niagara Falls, Canada, tried but could not remove. She noted my concerns and told me they had all state of the art cleaning and spotting procedures. My garments were promised when I needed them and I felt content when I left. By the way, the decor was very up to date and clean. Some cleaners Ive been to I wouldnt ask to use the washroom, let alone leave my clothes in their care. When I arrived the next day to pick up my cleaning I was again greeted politely and promptly by a different clerk, and I might add they were busy at the time. I dont know how he knew, but he showed and explained some technical information about how they were able to remove a stain on my wifes dress. This was one of the two stains that my home cleaners could not remove. I then went to check the other problem stain on my blue suit jacket and it surprisingly wasnt there either. WOW, I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED, AND MY WIFE WAS ECSTATIC.She could hardly wait to tell the cleaners at home. Ive read some of the other reviews and I see that some have raised concern about price. I thought they were within reason and I use dry cleaners all over Canada and the States as my business requires extensive travel. Go to a fine dining restaurant or fill your tank with gas, this is not the 80s or the 90s any more folks. Inflation is a reality. THUMBS UP TO CARRIAGE CLASS CLEANERS!!!!!! I only have one one objection and concern,and that is please open a store in Niagara Falls, Canada. Thank you so much for your professional and superb service. I will most definitely be back and look forward to it.

I dropped off dry cleaning and repairs this past Saturday. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday - when I asked what time, I was asked when do I need it. I indicated I needed as early as possible as I was leaving on a business trip Wednesday AM. On Monday AM, I received a call that my cleaning and repairs were ready!! What wonderful service!! I picked all up prior to noon and appreciate that they wanted to meet my schedule!! Thank you!

I want to give a huge shout out to Carriage Cleaners here in The Cape, who is going above and beyond for our Firefighters/EMT. I took my daughter’s Class A’s in, and so have several other firefighter and EMT today. They are accommodating them with a 24 hour turnaround, so they are ready for Firefighter, Michael Camelo, Jr.’s funeral on Thursday. I will never forget what you have done. Carriage Cleaners, you are beyond awesome! This is what community is about.

Be sure to NOT cancel your appointments for alterations. The attitude was more punishment than understanding even though I gave more than 24 hour notice. I had only made the appointment the afternoon before.

Beware anyone looking to have a formal dress altered. I took in a new formal to have it hemmed, should have been an easy fix right-not so. My dress had two layers- I informed the alterations person that I only wanted a 1/2 to 1 inch separation in the layers. I was TOLD that it is standard that their be a 2 plus inch separation, I thought that I had convinced the staffing of my desire for the 1/2 to 1 inch. When I went to pick up the dress I found that the under layer was hanging below the top layer on one side. I was informed No problem we can fix it. On my next trip the whole under layer was a good 2 plus inches shorter than the top layer and visibly uneven. At that point I asked for the manager, we spoke over the phone and he informed me that 2 inches was industry standard ( funny that the manufactures only use 1 inch) , but because I was upset he would try to correct the problem. Now my 4th visit to the shop and I learn that the hem had been rolled three times so they were able to let it down. Again the under layer is shorter than I wanted and still somewhat uneven. When I voiced my concerns I was informed by the manager THAT IF I INSISTED ON NIT PICKING I COULD ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING WRONG AND THAT THIS WAS THE BEST THEY COULD DO. At this point I took a deep breath and realized that I was fighting a loosing battle. I informed the manager that I was not satisfied but I was done with him. I suggest if you have something that you want altered correctly not to use this location- find a true tailor. I know I will.

Tried to drop off shirts to be cleaned but the delivery guy would not stop honking his horn until I moved my car this place has no customer service if you are going to use their service be sure and call and see if it is ok with their delivery driver will never go back

Very good service. All work done in house. Your clothes dont travel all over Lee County to get cleaned.

Very rude. Broke down with kids in my car. Wasnt even in the parking lot 2 min and the owner came out telling me he was going to have me towed. I wad in the phone with a tow company at the time who was appalled at how rude this man was. I managed to move my vehicle next door where they were much nicer. I would never use them for anything.

You have to love a place when you walk in, they know you by name, they immediately go and bring up your clean clothes that are very nicely done AND when they find something in your pocket that you accidentally left in the pocket such as a 10 dollar bill they bag it in a plastic baggie and return it to you. Now top that for service!

Carriage Class Cleaners is a better than average Dry Cleaners but very over priced. If you have a difficult stain, anything silk or an expensive evening dress then the price is worth paying but for run-of-the-mill clothes that are DRY CLEAN ONLY there are much better deals in Ft. Myers/Cape Coral for the same quality service.

Nicest owner and staff cery professional never had an issue with them

Very disappointed. We had a problem with a few different things but we let it go. Keeping in mind things happen and the items werent new. For the most part we were satisfied until we sent in a new fishing shirt. It came back with dye that must have been transferred from something else and it was clearly melted. When we asked the owner what happened he quickly got very defensive and assured us he wasnt responsible for that. Now the way we see it is. Weather he wants to take ownership of this well, thats clear. But he definitely is responsible for loosing a very good customer. I dont know, $30.00 store credit for a $300.00 month customer. Seems pretty easy to me. Cest la vie.

Came in with items other cleaners had ruined, they fixed all the problems and I took the ruined items back to the original cleaners and showed them how Carriage Cleaners fixed the problems. They were amazed. All my experiences with them have been second to none,

Went in and dropped off some dress shirts and asked the price per shirt was giving a price of $2.78 per shirt and when I came back to pick them up , 3 of the shirts jumped up to $7.95 what a bait and switch shirts were all the same quality. And three of the shirts were all wrapped together and two were wrapped together. Ill never use them again they all should be individually wrapped for that price . Watch out Cape Coral

For those looking for a cleaner, I would stay clear of Carriage Class Cleaners. Today I called in as a follow up to an email I sent in about a month ago requesting service. The owner Eric was extremely rude, spoke to me about an issue with someone else account not affiliated with me, and simply blew the opportunity to earn business.
