In the market for our first salt water boat. Stopped in for info and brochures. Spoke with sales, parts and service, even the kid pumping gas. Every single employee was courteous and helpful. Looking forward to a future customer experience.

I recently had Walkers Hideaway Marine perform a mechanical inspection, of site, for a boat I am purchasing. The mechanical services and scheduling were coordinated through Kim at the Cape Coral location. I could not be more pleased with Kims responsiveness to my request and the processing of necessary service paperwork. The mechanical inspection was completed as agreed and on time. Within an hour of the mechanical inspection Kim provide me with several reports, via email, containing the requested mechanical analysis and engine details. I seldom write reviews - but I was beyond impressed with the level of service offered by Kim and her associates.

Needed to buy some power steering fluid for the boat today so I could take the family for a ride. Bought the fluid but the advise I got from Rich about how to add it and eliminate the air in the lines was way beyond my expectations. Rich even made up a hose filler kit that worked perfectly. Thanks for doing more than your job.

I had a warranty issue with my New Yamaha outboard I purchased from another marina in Ft Myers. They lost their Yamaha dealership after I purchased my boat less than a year ago. I called Walker Marine and spoke with Kim DeGuerre their Service Manager and she was awesome ! She not only was able to get the outboard repaired under warranty at no cost and completed the work within a few hours of my boat arriving at Walkers Marine. She fit me in in spite of a full schedule. This occurred after the other Ft Myers marina had the boat for over a week with no solution. They are my new go to marina, they were great !Terry JensenCape Coral FL

Super friendly and professional staff. Greg and Adolf make sure your boat is ready to go before you get there. They take care of the people and the boats, very clean, I recommend 100%. If you can get in, the slip fees are very reasonable. Ive just hit my 1 year anniversary with them and there was zero hesitation renewing. Phenomenal service!

Before you consider storing your boat or servicing your boat here you need to fully read all reviews to see the chronic poor service and unprofessionalism of the service staff at Walkers. It is the absolute worst experience I have ever endured. From paying to have a hull inspection and then when boat purchased called to say there is two holes in hull they missed, smashing my boat in racks during storing and breaking glass/metal frame, paying for marine inspection and paying to have manifolds/risers done to have rusting/corroded manifolds at 16 months after replacement (see photos) then blaming rust on their theory of water pouring over I/O engine after two blown cylinders 16 months after marine inspection. See photos and make your own opinion if they are leaking.I put my trust in this company to inspect the boat prior to purchase and a little over a year I have a blown engine. When I tried to trade in the boat and they discovered the corroded engine, the tech. actually told me the service team at Walkers told him the prior owner of the boat stored at Walkers never took care of the boat. They must have known this when they inspected the boat. I will make sure every client and friend who stores their boat knows this story.Be sure to read all reviews and then google walkers hideaway BBBResponse to owner’s response:The manager and your company did nothing. You took no responsibility for clearly leaking new manifolds and risers and tried to blame rust corrosion on your story of leaking from hatch which per photos shows no sign of corrosion above manifolds. Your poor service recovery is evident in this and other review posts. You should have reimbursed me for the manifolds and risers as I wasn’t asking for a new engine as the manifolds obviously caused blown engine and cylinders. The only way corrosion happened this fast is your storing procedures were not followed and the boat was NOT flushed properly. This same complaint is duplicated in review responses at your other locations as well. I put 30 hours on that boat after manifolds replaced. Your service manager DID NOTHING.

Sean in Sales is a Great Guy and most helpful ! He went beyond what he was there to do for his customer by even coming to to our house months after selling us our boat and fixing our Garmin for us while he was on his lunch break ! I highly recommend Walkers Marina and Especially Sean Swart ! Since we purchased our boat from him , we have sent 3 boats there to be bottom painted and everyone was very satisfied with their work ! Just a great place to do business with ! Thank you Sean , and Walkers Marina ! I have another friend coming soon to have his bottom painted too ! 👍🏻

Worst experience ever! Beware! Brought my boat here for a simple 100 hour service. The tech failed to put the fuel line back in the proper groove causing the cowling latch to pinch the fuel line and causing the motor to surge. I was charged over $1600 inspect exhaust manifolds, replace fuel filter, hoses, sea trial ect... Still same issue! Finally a tech was brought in from Fort Myers who discovered the issue within 10 secs of looking at the motor. Larry at walkers offered me a small fuel credit and refuses to refund any money for their techs mistake and will not even return my calls or emails. They also used over 50 gallons of fuel running the boat. I will be disputing charges and filing a complaint with attorney general and BBB. Several other people have had similar experiences here since the new ownership.

The boat was in good condition. However there was no fm radio and the emergency radio was inoperable. The rental is specifically from 8:00am - 400pm. No leeway whatsoever. We picked up at 9.We arrrived back 15 minutes late and were charged a late fee. First time renting at this location. Plus is the condition of boat. The negative is customer service.

I would never have anything done there again. One star is already too much for the work done. The engine on my boat was changed. When I picked it up for the first time before leaving, I noticed that the hose from the engine ventilation is on top of the block and is not connected. The mechanic then allegedly attached it.But it didnt even work that way. So he just put it in the air filter and then just left it on the valve cover. But it wasnt bad, after 2 hours we were back anyway because all the engine oil had gathered down in the boat.Engine empty.Nobody took care of it for 9 days. Then it was found that the wrong crank position sensor had been installed.Another huge bill.Sea Trail was also on it but was not done. 168.4 hours upon delivery and also upon collection.$ 235 for the sensor and 600, - for assembly and cleaning of the mess in the boat for which the mechanic is responsible. We have now driven it for 20 hours and the engine compartment is completely dirty. Why? Because the mechanic did not put the engine ventilation hose into the valve cover this time either. There are manyScrews loose or simply left out, after 15 hours we had a ring in the engine compartment, screw from the riser loose and rattled around in the hole. The Sea Water Pump was mounted 1/4 inch from the center the first time. That’s how I was told. At the second pick up it sat well. Unfortunately only for a short time, because the screws were not tight here either.Battery loose, battery terminal loose, stainless steel screws from the engine cover were new and were flexed off during dismantling. Allegedly bogged down. The screws were new, but M6 metric. Probably nobody there has a 5mm Allen key and a 10mm socket.New screws were put in but they were still loose when I picked it up the second time.I can go on with this now, but that doesnt make any sense.Mails are ignored by the Service Department and not answered. The engine change cost over $ 3000. I delivered the engine.I dont even know how to describe it here, but actually this is a case for the lawyer.
