Very nice staff...took extra time to mount my tire and put spare neatly back in proper section of car. Waiting room was comfortable and prices were reasonable. Due to some construction going on it was a little difficult to find. Its right behind what looks like a closed down gas station. Would do business again!

Honestly the first review I have ever written, but the impeccable costumer service provided by nate and his team prompted this. I have been dealing with them for a few years now, and they have been dealing with my pesky car for the same amount of time. Although I have needed many repairs and much maintenance Williams Family Auto Care has always done so in a very professional and timely manner. They will go above and beyond to make the costumer happy and always do a great job, at the most reasonable price. Williams Family Auto Care is the place to go. Its a little hidden behind the Gas Station but well worth the search. Nate is honest with reasonable prices and will give you the information needed to make a decision that is right for you. I take all my vehicles to Nate and have been completely satisfied. One of the toughest things to find is a quality dependable mechanic. this is one you will want to hold onto for life.

The gentlemen here are knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. They were upfront about what my car needed and even helped me find a recall form for a repair that my car would need. Their prices are competitive, the service quick, and for all of these reasons, I will make them my go-to for repairing our cars.

Reasonable prices, very friendly staff! They are very helpful and welcoming, explaining the work before its done. I was new to the area and didnt know who to trust. Went in for an oil change to gauge the quality of work and trust-ability and was completely at ease and confident I made the right choice. They are tucked away behind a gas station that recently closed so keep an eye out for the place… its worth it!

We had a flat from a box cutter blade. On a Saturday, we met Pat at the front desk and he was very helpful and accommodating. Ricky in the garage helped us get the tire out of the van. After a look at the tire told us that he would try and fix the cut in the tire. We went out for a bite to eat and we received a call that the tire was repaired. Upon our return, Ricky told us that he had repaired the tire from the inside as well as put a plug from the outside. I had some concerns about the repair as the blade had cut the tread. Ricky put the repaired tire back on the van, checked the air pressure on all the tires and helped put the spare back into the van. Now almost 2 weeks later we have had no issues including driving the van at highway speeds. Thanks Ricky and Pat for your great service for us travellers.

I had the rear wheel bearing replaced on my 4Runner here, price was excellent, good parts with great warranty. Finished the work when they said it would be done, highly recommend.

Unethical and unprofessional- stay away. Not only did they mis-diagnose my vehicle (and I highly doubt there was much diagnostic done besides plugging in the computer to read OBD codes, which Id already done and knew myself), but the quote for the work I was given exceeded even the dealer prices for parts (I did previously obtain one from the dealer) ! And about 4-5 times the prices for the same OEM parts available online. All the while, Pat was trying to convince me they dont make much money on the parts as they wouldve liked to.The issue for which they quoted a $600+ repair, was resolved with a $5 bottle of Lucas injector cleaner and about 20 miles of driving.Needless to say, Pat refused to refund the diagnostic fee and was rather very rude and agitated on the phone when I brought it to his attention- getting offended at my supposedly telling him how to run his business. He said the fee ($55) was for the mechanics time alone, not for the accurate diagnostic per se, yet they call it a diagnostic fee... These guys are just crooks, stay away

I had an oil pump go out in my 2010 Chevy Camaro SS. Nate at Williams Family Auto and his team are the most honest and dependable mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER AUTO SHOP PERIOD. If youre in the Cape Coral area or the Fort Myers area, you wont find guys more HONEST, knowledgeable, friendly, and a fair price! From out of town and had a nail in the tire. Called in during the Christmas holidays and dropped off the tire. Tire was fixed properly and the repair was good even after 100s of miles.

Nate and the guys have done quality work on our cars for a few years now. They even informed us that we needed a repair done that was under Chyslers warranty and encouraged us to take it back to the dealership. They have always been honest with us.

Nate and his employees are the best! Fast dependable, HONEST service and always with a smile. The office is spotless and the customer lounge is very nice. A+++++++

Diamond in the rough, true honesty. Hard to share but, Nathan was a super honest guy I went in to the gas station because of the tires sign, they directed me to the shop. I ended up talking with Nathan and getting a tune up+ a new tire for next to used price, cant say enough good things about this place but you will not find it if you dont look. If you want an honest mechanic and live in fort myers or cape coral you NEED to look.
