Recently, Hector with Flamingo Appliance visited to resolve issues with our dishwasher. He completed the service in a timely manner. He wore a mask and provided tips how best to operate the dishwasher. I highly recommended him for appliance repairs. Excellent customer service, great job Hector!

Recently Flamingo Appliance Service sent technician, Miguel, to work on my oven. A email confirmation with a picture of my technician was sent prior to the appointment. Miguel was pleasant, knowledgeable and adhered to COVID requirements upon entering the house. Miguel is truly an asset to the company!

My Maytag dryer that is less than a year old quit working. I called Maytag to have it serviced under warranty. They told me to call Flamingo, which I did. We scheduled the tech. Then it was delayed because he got sick. He finally arrived over a week & a half later & said the breaker was bad. I changed it out. The dryer still didnt work. I called Flamingo to let them know that it still isnt working, they scheduled him again for another week later. He arrived & said the dryer cord was bad. The tech was very condescending and arrogant. I asked what if a new dryer cord doesnt do the trick. He said that they would charge me for another trip. I replaced the dryer cord and the dryer still isnt working. I called Flamingo to let them know it still isnt working. They said to call Maytag. This has been going on now for over 4 weeks and Im still without a working dryer that is covered by warranty as it was under a year old when it stopped working. Ive now spent over $300.00 to repair what the tech mis diagnosed causing my dryer not to work. He was wrong! And Flamingo isnt stepping up. My patience has run out...

Bought a new fridge. For it home and unloaded and opened to find out door was damaged. Called the company to get it handled. Flamingo called. We ordered the door from manufacturer. Doors are made to order. Waited several weeks. Got door. Called Flamingo and set appointment. Michael came out. After close inspection of new door it too was damaged. So Michael ordered a new one and we wait. Several weeks later new door arrives and I reschedule Michael from Flamingo. A few more weeks go by and he is back. Took old doors off installed new door. Timely, quick, friendly, personable. He was done in like 30 minutes. A thank you and have a good day and off to his next appointment. As I got all my things back into order in my fridge I noticed the freezer door was slightly out of place causing cold air to seep out. Texted Michael immediately he hustled back before heading to his next appointment and got her all adjusted. Well done. Thank you.

Showed up on the appointment day and in the time frame. Polite, friendly and efficient. Explained the problem and the solution. Promptly replace the part. Checked it out. Very pleased with the service and the repairmen.

Our repair tech, Joe, was fantastic. He came right on time, was incredibly supportive and listened to our concerns. Joe then went right to work, figured out the issue, and made a quick repair. We recently purchased a Whirlpool Impeller Washing machine from Home Depot, which has not worked properly since date of purchase. I called Whirlpool (after trying every detergent, softener, sanitizer, etc.) as our clothes were still dirty after being washed. They then put me in contact with Flamingo Appliance Service and scheduled our service appointment. I received a reminder call and email about my appointment today with a 3 hour time frame that the technician will be arriving. I then received a call from Russell, only 30 minutes into the estimated time frame, advising he was on his way and 10-15 minutes out. Russell arrived and was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He confirmed the issue, informed me thoroughly as to why it was occurring, and fixed it within 20 minutes. Hector came at the exact time scheduled and very quickly repaired the dishwasher. In addition he took care to level the unit so the door could close more easily and clarified why we should be using Jet Dry. Last, when I pointed it out, he also graciously leveled the refrigerator and put the doors into proper alignment.

Very professional and gave some good advice for maintaining proper working appliance! I am not a big fan of the new washer and dryer but now that I have them it is great to know who to call for service!

Replacement crisper drawers still do not glide properly. This was discussed with technician. His written response for file purposes should have stated that this is a Kitchenaide engineering defect and that Whirlpool should contact me directly with a solution. This was not done. Stating that there was nothing else to be done on this issue is unacceptable for me as a customer. Repairs are not complete as far as I am concerned.

Russell was very polite and responsive. He diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher within 2 minutes but unfortunately the part is backordered 2-4 weeks and will cost over $500. Otherwise would definitely use Flamingo Appliance Service again.

The circulation pump in my 8 month old Kutchenaide dishwasher failed. I called and Joe came out after 5 days to do the diagnosis. He said there was no replacement in the shop. It would take a month to get it and install it. I am not happy that it would take a month but I was away for two weeks and decided not to pressure them to get it sooner. I discussed this with Flamingo and they agreed to install it the day after I returned. It took Joe about 30 min. Its now repaired.

Ariel was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly to make the needed repairs and left everything clean. I was highly satisfied with Ariel’s service!

Our fridge died after 2.1 years. Flamingo inspected it and had to order some parts. They were flexible with scheduling and were prompt. We had to reschedule and the communication was easy and solid. They sent email reminders and a voicemail. Thank you for the solid communication, and promt service.

DO NOT recommend this company to fix your stuff. It’s been 3 weeks and 3 different parts and my washer is still not fixed. They don’t even take their time to see what’s going on and they have horrible customer service on the phone and they don’t care about you!

2 times they cancel the service for more than a week each, my refrigerator doesnt work since 20 days ago. No food, no fresh water. I paid an extended warranty with kitchenaid but the service with this people is a DISASTER

Mike was great. This issue was it took 3 trips/appointments for the correct and undamaged part to be available for the repair.

The technician was on time, very courteous .Called allowing me time to be ready. Assess the problem, recalibrated the machine and explained what to do, to get the full satisfaction from the product.

I have a 6 month old Dryer that has stopped working. When I called Whirlpool to have it fixed they directed me to Flamingo to have it repaired. My appointment was yesterday between 2PM and 5PM. At 5 when I heard nothing from the tech that should have already been to my house they said that he still had one job ahead of me. I get it things run behind and stuff happens. A hour later I do get a phone call from the tech and he said that he was finishing up the job and he would call when he got close by. I was sitting in my living room when I saw a shadow go pasted my door. I opened the door to find that the tech had walked up to the door and put a tag on it saying that he was sorry that he missed me and to call back to reschedule. I called the tech and he said that he knocked on my door (first lie) and waited for 10 minutes for me (2nd lie) Then tried again before leaving. (3rd lie) I called to find out the Flamingo was closed and I had to call back the next day. I waited until the next morning and called back. I had to leave a message because no one answered the phone. They did call back 30 minutes later and told me that they would try to get me in today. 3 hours later I called back to find out that dispatch was not in on Saturday and that I would never have had someone come out today. Now I have to wait until Monday to call in and hope to get someone to come out. If it was not the fact that this is a warranty job I would go somewhere else. The warranty work must be the only thing that keeps them from closing the doors. They only good thing that I can say about them is that they seem nice over the phone, even if they are lying to you the whole time.

This is a good one. Called them out for an oven repair. Good response. Nice service tech. The oven provided information as to what the problem. Next, need to order a part. That was in October. We have called multiple times to see what the status of our part is and were assured each time that the part was coming soon. Maytag product. Called Maytag within the last 6 weeks. Told us the part is available . Called Flamingo and more lies. It has almost been 5 months and they are suppose to call us again in 5 days. Said that they would refund our payment less the service call. Unacceptable. I am sure that a judge would not accept this kind of service and you can be sure that I will not either.

My apt was sch to changed thecontact on the doar and the panel.Two guys came in to do the job, because the microwave need it to beremoved, in order to replaced the panel.They only replaced the contacts.A wasteof the company money to sent two technician,after all the approvals, and they had the panel ,They dint changed the panel.He told me the panel never brake....Well, I was not espected to haveall this problems on a microwave, less that one year old and almost $600.00.Maybe they wanted to go home early,It was a Friday afternoon but, Im veryDisappointed they dint completed the job.

The same problem as last time. Why they dont make the rubber piece around the freezer permanent is beyond me. Its a waste of my time and yours to keep having someone come out for such a stupid thing. Maytag needs to make better products

Jason was very neat and cleaned up when the job was completed. He also showed me the faulty switches so I could see why they were no longer working. Jason also reminded me that the door switches were covered by a one year warranty. I would definitely recommend Flamingo Appliance Service again.

They did very good fixing my washer annd they were right on time and the tech was very kind. I would use this company again very pleased with them.

The service tech was nice but still was unable to fix the problem. I have a induction range and when it is in bridged mode there is a 75 degree difference in temperature between the two cooking elements. This is a $32000 unit and that not expectable. Kitchenaid induction range.

He was super professional and explained what he was doing while he diagnosed the problem. This is his second visit to us for different issues and we were highly satisfied on both occasions.

I used Flamingo because they are the only Kitchenaid authorized factory service company in my area. In retrospect, it felt like they had no intention of repairing my high end ($1250) microwave/convection built-in unit, they showed up and, without any diagnostics, said it would cost more to repair than it was worth and left. I might as well have burned the money I spent of the service call fee.

I have as side by side kitchenaid refrigerator. The doors arent aligned properly. The tech tried to align doors. When he pushed refrigerator back into its spot, the doors got misaligned again. I now need another service call. This is the 3rd time techs have tried to align the doors. Thach came again yesterday and insisted my floor was crooked! I forced him to align the doors. Showing him it was not the floor that was the problem. Terrible service!

This company was beyond the worst I’ve ever worked with. They came out to look at my dryer that I had only had for 6 months. They said that one part needed to be replaced and they did not have that on their truck. They would have to order it. That was February 2021. A month goes by I don’t hear from them. I contact them and ask them what’s going on. They said the part was delayed due to Covid. They said that it would be in in a few weeks. I waited another month. Contacted them. They did not reach out to me until I reached out to them. They said they still were waiting on the part. Then April comes around. They said the part was still delayed due to Covid. I called Maytag directly and they said the part was not on backorder and that the part was available. I contacted the repair service center they said that it was due in and they would call me to schedule an appointment... another month goes by. It is now May and I contact them and I said that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau. My dryer was under a warranty and if they could not replace the part they needed to replace the dryer.And if they didn’t respond right back and said that the part just got in and they would schedule the appointment. And they scheduled the appointment for two weeks out. So it is now the middle of June. They just came out to repair the part. The repair man was VERY rude. The dryer still sounds terrible. And he even forgot to connect the dryer vent when he left.It’s beyond comprehension that these people are in business.

Very experienced - saw problem immediately as an improper installation if ice maker and corrected the problem.

My washer never worked from the first day I had it installed. The technician fixed it quickly and was very helpful in explaining what the issue was. Was a nice gentleman to deal with professional 👍

We couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable and sympathetic refrigerator repair professional than Mike Tomas. This was his third visit to repair our Kitchenaid refrigerator, trying everything possible to repair our unit. Finally, he determined that he had done everything possible to fix the refrigerator but it was beyond repair. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with Kitchenaid, going through every possible diagnostic protocol until finally Kitchenaid agreed that the fridge was beyond repair. Thanks, Mike, for convincing Kitchenaid that we had a lemon. We are now waiting for our new fridge and look forward to no more daily trips to Publix for ice. Thanks, Gordon and Penny Riddick

Through no fault of his Tony had to come back numerous times to repair the ice maker and freezer door on our Whirlpool refrigerator. He did not give up, and we our happy with the job he did for us.

Arrived on time, quickly repaired Kitchen Aid Dish Washer. We used this service because Kitchen Aid sent their authorized repair service.The price was outrageous at $135 service call, but he provided parts that were covered under a 5 yr warranty (we thought our expired 1 yr warranty was all we had, thus did not expect more) with an additional labor cost total was $229 OUCH! But now my $1K DW works, so worth it in the end!I do feel gouged & think this problem should have been recalled by KA.Wish I had bought a Bosch!! Dang!!

Horrible service! I will warn you even the manager that trains new employees doesn’t know what he’s doing. They left my house without checking to see if my refrigerator operated properly. I had to fix the issue my self after they replaced the door it wouldn’t shut correctly, an easy fix that they didn’t catch and then had them back out and had no clue how to correct. They also hit my mailbox and left without mentioning the accident. Not a company you want to have at your house!!!
