Takes days for anything important to get fixed. Staff is too busy trying to focus on leasing new apartments then caring about residents that already exist in the community. Valet trash is hit or miss sometimes they pick up most times they don’t(But you have to pay for it regardless) Or you can sit on your balcony and hear them cuss out loud about how much they dislike their job. Pool area is always dirty and littered with trash because some residents don’t seem to care to pick up after themselves. Speeding is a serious problem. Walking to your car or apartment at night is dangerous! Watch out you might get hit by someone going 35+mph. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Personally love this place! I moved inside here a little over a month ago. The overpricing is wonderful and addition to the overpricing, you as well get a wonderful service of bugs around the complex! From ants climbing out of the door cracks and throughout poorly caulked wall cracks, to centipedes crawling on the walls and the floors, to crickets hopping in and out the complex, to even spiders in the pantry(another bonus I love!). Thankful to know that extra $4 for pest service is going somewhere for GREAT service 😊! Look at one of the many cute little guys I find crawling inside my apartment complex. My daughter who has a severe ant allergy absolutely loves playing with them, can’t say the same for my husband😂!

Living at the Springs at Cape Coral is the best! Leyla, Taylor and Megan have made my moving to the Springs so enjoyable. The grounds are so beautiful and everyone living here is so friendly. Such a great little community. I would highly recommend any one searching for a great place live to Come to the Springs of Cape Coral!

Beyond disappointed of the Springs Cape Coral, I dont mind paying for quality and luxury but this is far from it.1: Thin walls- i can hear my neighbors dog barking for hours at a time, currently it has been an hour and a half of barking at 9pm.2: Bugs (Centipedes everywhere)3: Cheap appliances- the dishwasher sounds and feels like its going to break every time i use it, i had to go buy new shower heads, the list can go on but you get the gist of it.

Very impressed with this complex, and I have to give a HUGE shout out to Meghan one of the only staff that has showed excellent customer service skills. Me and my fiancé appreciate everything she has done. Highly recommend this place.

I am not satisfied with the very RUDE customer service of the girl named TAYLOR.She needs to know the word RESPECT.Being a new resident here, she should treat residents with respect.I was humiliated and discriminated! Very terrible customer service for this lady and to think she is the manager.LEARN TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY.

I cannot say enough about this terrific staff..I came upon this complex by pure accident ..Was in the process of selling my house ..When I came upon this beautiful apartment complex..So I decided to go in...Taylor was absolutely a delight...Leyla ...Well I cannot say enough about Layla ..She helped me out tremendously..and was extremely patient with a senior citizen who is not tech savy😉Not sure how I would have gotten through this without her help..To my surprise once I moved in that friendly service did not end ..Meghan at the front desk what a joy and sweetheart ..Val and Dan...Well absolutely great peeps..They make me feel like I am part of the family..The apartments are beautiful as are all the employees who work here ..If you are looking for a great place.to live ..Well this is it...💞💫

Current resident. Very unhappy. Pay for pest control, but still have bugs. I understand this place is pet friendly but why someone would rent a small one bedroom apartment to someone with two large dogs is unbelievable. The tenant above us is up all night stomping bake and forth. Her two large dogs run back and forth all night long dropping a ball. Then at 6:30 am every morning the barking starts till 1 or 2 pm. It’s maddening, You would think management would have enough since to not put two large dogs in such a small place and be considered of the tenants below.

My husband and I recently sold are house and waiting on are new one to be built so we had to find a temporary place to call home and The Springs at Cape Coral has made this new transition so comfortable and as for the staff Layla and Megan are the most accommodating and always their to answer and help with all matters,I highly recommend The Springs at Cape Coral if your needing a temporary or long term community this is definitely one of the finest.Teresa D.#105

If you are looking for a place to live Springs at Cape Coral is it. I called up their office and spoke to Leyla about wanting to come for a tour of their units. We agreed on a certain time and I ended up being almost 40 minutes late they were getting ready to close. This was 100% my fault I got caught in traffic, held over at work, dog ate my homework you name the excuse and it happened.I finally arrived at their club house and I was greeted by the beautiful smiles of Leyla and Taylor. I was then amazed at the modern open design of the club house. Leyla gave me different options to meet my needs and we went to check the units out. Leyla answered all my questions and she was so pleasant I was pretty much sold.I ended up with a one bedroom unit on the second floor with a huge screened in porch. The apartment has stainless steel appliances, electronic key pad lock. It has smart home features such as an alarm system. The ability to control lights from a panel in the living room as well as my smart phone.The entire process to get into my unit was a little time consuming and they want a lot of information. If you have a pet no problem they allow them. Dont you dare not clean up after your dog though. They DNA the dog with a non-invasive cheek swab. If you dont pick up the dogs poop they will send it to the FBI headquarters in West Virginia, and you will get stuck with a hefty fine (They wont really send to FBI but the DNA part is true).The entire process went very smooth and the ladies at the office were very responsive to phone calls and emails.Yes, as other posts have indicated it is a little more expensive to live here. However, you are going to be hard pressed to find great customer service and state of the art homes for a lesser value. Not mention the awesome staff that works there.I have a two year old French Bulldog named Truffles so if you see us walking around be sure to say Hi!

The staff here is wonderful but the apartments are a far cry from luxury. Paying 1800 a month, through these thin paper walls, You can hear every conversation from your neighbor to your left as well as the neighbor to your right. Today someone moved above me and it sounds like the apartment is going to collapse with every step anyone takes up stairs. ridiculous how loud the noise from the unit above me makes lol. Im writing this on the very first day people moved into the unit above me. Every single step is loud as hell and shakes my apartment. Lol literally If someone walks it will wake you up out of your sleep. Can’t wait to move out.

My fiancé and I video toured the complex last April 2020. We needed to relocate from Denver, CO because of a job offer he got in Fort Myers. The lady who helped us video tour (I forgot her name) was newer, and was very nice and helpful throughout the entire tour. We really liked what we saw, and decided to fill out the application to apply. We got accepted and a welcome letter a few days after. Two days before we were scheduled to make our 3 day drive to move in, we received a letter of denial. It stated the reason of denial was because of bad rental history. This was very concerning, considering we’ve been homeowners for 4+ years in Colorado, and haven’t rented in 4+ years, and never defaulted on payments as renters either. We did a little more research and spoke to residents in the Fort Myers area to try and get an idea of why this could have happened. To our surprise, there were a couple of people we spoke to who had gone through similar situations from the Cape Coral area. I am Chinese American, and my fiancé is Black American. He has a very respectable job, and as I stated before, never defaulted on payments in the past. We believe this company has discriminated against us for simply being minorities. This was a major move for us, so we had everything timed out accordingly with our move, and with his start date at his new job. This company put us in the worst situation possible. We called to ask why we got denied after being accepted and all they could tell us was, “I cannot over ride or change anything on my end.” Thank you Springs at Cape Coral for causing us so much devastation and stress for our move. At the end of the day, it was probably best for us to not be apart of that community anyway, but I wanted to share our experience with others incase you may be a minority as well. I would look else where, and don’t waste your $160 application fee as well.

I cannot wait to get my mother in this BEAUTIFUL Apartment Complex. I was so excited to see this being built, and it is just perfect for my her. Taylor has been a great help with paperwork and helping us find the right apartment. I just want to say Thank you for making me feel safe where my mother will be living.
