If you are lucky enough to arrive on a day they are serving their fresh in-house smoked brisket or roast beef, consider yourself blessed! If not, any fresh sliced deli sandwich will do. Along with their grab and go items, soups and absolute unmatched chip selection, the place is a bustling lunch treasure. Of course it’s also a small grocery, and accepts food stamps. Don’t forget to tip the staff! Thank you, Canaveral Meats, y’all are the best.

Meat section is 2nd to none in terms of quality and pricing. Sandwiches are less expensive than most but quality and amount reflect price. Service is excellent the most part with an occasional Im too busy to help you attitude. Their soups are phenomenal and the online ordering menu is a great addition since call aheads during peak times never seemed to be a good idea!!

The quality of meat is excellent. However, filet pricing went from $19.99 to $24.99 in just one week. I can understand an increase, but $5.00??That’s just crazy!!

Sandwiches are somewhat cheap but not worth it considering you only get 2 slices of meat on sub. Sub was more expensive than Wawa and 1/4 the meat.

This store has been around for a very long time, they have the best meats I have ever tasted, variety is awesome, value of the meat packages they have is great. If you havent been you really should try them out because you will never want to buy another steak at Wal-Mart I can tell you that.

First time here. Very good sandwiches at very reasonable prices. The name says it all. Its a meat market with a small but excellent deli. Had a large Reuben sub and small tuna sub, excellent mustard potato salad and the cost was less than $13. Most important the food was excellent.

There is NO better place than this to get your fresh meat!!! Everyone that works there is beyond helpful and my family insists on their steak

I get their BLT here and it is great along with their side selections.

I live in the neighborhood so I come to this place often. The food then cooking package is delicious every time. The butcher is extremely knowledgeable and they have a nice selection of meats. The staff is always friendly. Whether you live in Cape Canaveral or just visiting I strongly suggest trying Canaveral Meats.

Canaveral Meats & Deli reminds me of one of the reasons that I love about living in Cape Canaveral. Its the perfect little grocery store that has the things you need when you dont want to go to a big grocery store.They also have subs that are out of this world! My personal favorite thing is the Shepards Pie servings that they sell. The people are always so helpful and happy too. Thanks guys!

I come here for the hand cut, thick bacon and New York Strips and Del Monicos for the weekends. Great prices and great selection and be prepared to shop the store, they have all kinds of interesting things in the store for every type of chef!

Great cuts of meat. Very friendly helpful staff. They also make sandwiches and have desert options for on the run. They are a small market with a few odds and ends you can pick up. There are coolers there so the do have perishables, such as milk, butter, and cheese. (And a cold drink if you are picking up a quick meal on the go.) There are some can goods, box items, and snacks.

Women are not to friendly they have one lady that wears so much makeup and it looks horrible exspecially with a frown I dont go there anymore

The BEST deli ever! In fact, it might be the last deli in Brevard to serve customers with that, Small hometown flavour.. Once youre a customer, you wont want to buy meats from anywhere else. Personalized service and quality goods.

Their meats are fine but i wouldnt reccomend getting a sub from there. They have messed up our simple orders so many times that i refuse to get sandwiches anymore.

If you are on a budget this is a great place to get a sub sandwich for cheap. Subs are under five dollars and they are pretty meaty. They have a full meat counter for reasonable (much cheaper than Publix) prices. Butcher is also available for special requests and not standard meat cuts (I like my steaks two inches thick).

This is by far the best deli and meat market in our entire area!!! The subs and sandwiches are out of this world and the price cant be beat. Why ever go to a corporate sub shop where ya get hardly any meat and your order is over $8, when you get subs from Canaveral meats it is good and meaty with an Awesome price. We also buy their meat packages that are a steal. Not only are the prices of the packages awesome and the meat is high quality cuts; but they also will package it to your specifications!!! Besides all that the staff is the best anywhere! They are always smiling and remember you just like as if it was a small town deli! I LOVE THEM and anyone who hasnt gone yet is really missing out!! As a matter of fact I am ordering right now ;)

Great place to get meats. They have several different packages you can choose from or you can just buy the meats individually. They also sell subs, soups, salads, and also have a small grocery section. They accept EBT for everything food except hot prepared foods. Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to everyone.

I love all the people here. Their family meat packs are the way to go, the price is outstanding, and they will substitute if you dont like one of the selections. They have a little bit of everything with the small town feel, and excellent quality. I cant speak highly enough of this place!

Usually purchase meats but yesterday i went in and zero of 5 customers werent wearing masks as well as 2 employees. So i walked out..

UPDATE:On 8/1/19 I purchased their delicious ground meat and an already packed of leg&thighs. Upon arriving home I started unwrapping the chicken and it was heavily wrap sealing the smell or rotten meat. It stank my entire kitchen/ livingroom. The most upsetting part was that it was wrapped the same day. Owner wasnt there so I didnt bother calling the same day. However I did call later the same week and the phone had a busy tone for hrs. THIS IS THE 2nd TIME this happens. NEVER had a problem with their beef products.Fresh selections. Want a specific cut? Just ask. Dont know what you want? They will help you. Friendly staff, always ready to assist you.Call ahead and pick up or just walk in.Look for the monthly specials.

The best sub sandwiches in the area. Its a hidden local gym in a small strip mall. A 12-inch sandwich is only $4.99 no matter what kind of sandwich you get. Anything from Cheesesteak to a roast beef ham and cheese $4.99. And they even run a sandwich special a lot of times where they reduce it to $4 and $0.50

If you want the best deal on meat and deli items this is definitely the place to go to!

In addition to their great meat and side salads, they also have delicious subs, homemade soups, sandwiches, carry out meals, Limited by size, you can also find fresh produce, dairy, staples, frozen food, beer and wine.TIP: If you want to order at lunchtime, go early. The line often extends to the door between noon and 1 pm. My fav: their Club Sandwich on toasted rye or wheat - yum!

Since I moved here from CT years ago, I have been looking for a real italian deli. Sadly, I still havent found any like the delis up north.I accidentally found Canaveral Meats and Deli while randomly driving around. I stopped in and it had the look and feel of some delis back up north with the fresh butcher meats and sandwich counter.I went and ordered an Italian Combo sub expecting something liks i was used to.I was a bit disappointed.My sub had 2 thin slices of ham, 2 thin slices of capicolla, 2 thin slices of salami and 2 thin slices of provolone.....on what was barely considered a sub roll.I could only think of the old lady TV commercial...wheres the beef....It was a very skimpy sandwich.I get more meat from Publix deli samples.I guess Im just spoiled by the delis up north where subs, heros and hogies are packed with meat......The great Italian deli search continues.....

Subs are excellent, always $4.99 or less. Their meat is better than anything else in a 10 mile radius.
