Super great service along with super great people! Iβve worked customer service for over 10 years so I cant really appreciate the friendliness in others. As for as the Phone Service it does what i ask it to so yeah. ππ½ππ½

I was having some technical issues with my phone. I had gone through corporate, who helped as much as they could. I went through Apple and dealt with the manager, named Latoyia. She was amazing and helped me tremendously! However, the work that was provided by the two individuals located at the Canyon store, Damascus and Tyler, I canβt say how much I appreciate the time (over 2 hours) they spent helping resolve a problem! If I have additional issues, I guarantee I will contact them first to help work through any technical support that I may have with my new IPhone 11 Pro!!Thank you very much! I left very happy and went in quite frustrated.Appreciate great customer service that sadly you just donβt see very often anymore.
The store reps were very helpful on the phone to answer my questions and very patient in-person when I arrived. They resolved my problem quickly.

βI forgot to post about my visit on Friday. So I went that morning because of my new phone. It didnβt allow my calendar to be transferred. The gentleman Demarcus, gave me some information on what it could be. It was my Gmail and Samsung cloud account. I didnβt know my password. So he didnβt want to turn me away. So he asked me to come back before 7. So I made it back around 4, and he spent about 2 hours working on my phone. He wouldnβt allow me to leave. Until the problem was resolved. He got my calendar and reminders on my new phone. He also helped me change my passwords. It was the best experience, Iβve ever had with AT&T. He showed that really cares about helping customersβ.

What more can I say than excellent customer service I forgot the associate name but he was kind and told a lot of jokes we left with two new phones and cases with two screen protectors I definitely recommending this location

This store is the best
I was highly upset about my phone when I went into the store but the two Associates Brent and Demarcus were able to tell me what I needed to do with my phone to make it better and gave multiple options I could go with I left the store feeling way better than what I did when I came into the store
My family and I went into the store today for two upgrades and the associate Demarcus had so much knowledge on the phones we were interested in and even managed to step us up from the previous model to the new model it was a wonderful experience and Iβm definitely recommending this location and Demarcus
The best customer service experience ever I went into the store and Demarcus was excellent he answered all of my questions and met every need I even left Samsung for iPhone based on the details he gave me and Iβm so happy with the choice I made
It is very unfortunate that AT&T has hired employees that are unprofessional and uneducated at their job. I went in to the store today with an internet issue on my phone. Two gentlemen attempted to help me out with the problem. I explained to them the plan I had and that I should still be able to access the internet even with my high data usage. They told me several reasons why my internet was not working all of which were incorrect. These two employees simply laughed and questioned how I used so much data in one month and told me there was nothing they could do for me.So I called AT&T after I left the store and within 15 minutes my service was working again. I would not waste your time going into this store. It was pretty obvious these two arrogant employees are not trained and lied to make it seem like they knew what theyβre talking about when they clearly did not.
Would not recommend this store to anyone.
