We have been looking for a new car for awhile but couldnt find one, we drove out to Greg Lair yesterday and Chris Perez met us on the lot and said he just got 8 new cars today. I was traveling between Las Vegas and Tulsa when my 2020 GMC went to limp mode due to the exhaust filter. I was really in a bind because it’s hauling horses I need to get on the road. Quick. Done when I was told, even though we added tire rotation to the oil change after I got there. Friendly, personable, even a little entertaining! Comfortable waiting area with a stocked drinks fridge, coffee, and tv. They even made room for my service in a busy schedule because I was scheduled to leave town later that afternoon. Highly dissatisfied with getting my vehicle serviced here. honestly for what I asked for they are crooks for what they charged! Look at the receipt! Then I had someone from the company confront me in public about my review. Told him we can settle this like men in the parking lot and JP decided to follow me outside! The whole restaurant heard about this crooked endeavor! Over 50 people have heard JP tell me to never buy a GM product ever again!

Switched to GMC from Ford two vehicles ago. GL has been perfect every time I go which is usually for standard mx, but this time I needed front shocks replaced. A shame they are so expensive but when repaired, the “no noise” ride was better. Even my granddaughters noticed it when they rode in the car the next day.One aggravation I have is company’s calling me once a week to sell me insurance! I’ve pushed the “never call again” button repeatedly to no avail. And now, every time they call it’s, “We’ve called you and mailed you but have not heard from you. This is your LAST CHANCE to renew your policy!”I’m not sure how many of those “last chance” opportunities I’ve been offered but it seems there’s nothing I can do to get them to quit calling! Now... why am I mentioning this to you, here and now? Because I bought the policy in your office, sitting across the desk from one of your sales persons so it seems you could take some ownership and help us (I know I’m not the only one) with this issue!Ok. I’m climbing dow off my soapbox now.Bottom line; I have Zero complaint about the service and or the personnel at Greg Lair’s.An aside; When I bought my first car there, some of my friends saw the Lair decal and wanted to know why I traded with a Liar!We all laughed.
