Decent, cheap apartments. Don’t expect too much.Pros:- Affordable place for college students- Recently renovated- Located just a few miles from the university and in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of town- Relatively safeCons:- Laundry room is dirty, smelly, and half of the washers are broken- Utilities are allocated and vary greatly month to month. Management will also start charging you for additional utilities without warning.- Management is in Lubbock and is difficult to get ahold of- You likely won’t get your deposit back- Walls are thin and neighbors are noisy- Maintenance guys barely speak English and only offer bandaid fixes. They will also charge you for maintenance without warning.- Site is poorly maintained. There are multiple broken down cars in the parking lot that have been there for years.
