Because we brought our chainsaw along the man running the counter replaced the chain for us with purchase, and that is 5 star customer service. He set us up in the system, so if we did not have the chainsaw with us next time he would know exactly what chain to choose. Great service.

My mom took her line mower in because of trouble starting. They recommend replacing the carburetor and cable, also said they couldnt get parts. They suggested just buying a new line mower. Took it home, cleaned the carburetor, which they had never removed, changed the filter and spark plug. 2 pulls and it starts and runs no problems. I thought that was why my mom took it in? Seems no one wants to do simple service anymore.

Very friendly and helpful. I really liked how they have a pick up service. My dad is elderly and couldnt get under to fix his riding lawnmower. They picked it up the next day and fixed the issue. Had it back to my dad in probably a week but i think they were a bit backed up

Just needed a new primer bulb for my saw, and the oil adjusted. I was a little busy and didnt have the time to do it myself. They said they only have one service they do for chainsaws and it costs $190. Will never do business with them for anything. Had to stop another job to spend the time to fix the saw.

Andys has done great work for me in the past and I have absolutely no reason to suspect anything has changed. Just dropped off my riding mower with Sherman and have no doubt theyll get it running the way is is supposed run with quick a turn-around time and most importantly, for a reasonable price.I highly recommend Andys for any and all of your small engine repairs!

Was needing an ignition switch.. Sherman assisted with great urgency... They did not have it in stock.. But did at his other property in new braunfels did.. I made the payment there and I offer to go pick it up there.. Great price, service and clean store.. Recommending to my friends.

Great Place - Great Service. They can fix you up, they can sell you products, but their face to face service is spectacular. Service and products are pretty good to boot.

Bought a stihl electric chainsaw from them, thoroughly happy with the sales experience and product. Also, brought it back into the shop, turns out I had the chain too tight. Lol. They were informative and helpful. I will return. Works fantastic.

Sherman came out to the house to diagnose my whole house backup generator problem. Within an hour, he had found and repaired the purely mechanical issue and had the generator up and running. The authorized (K) repair guys who came out for the same problem three weeks ago charged a lot more and didnt find the basic problem.

They didnt listen to what I was telling them. They took forever to get the work done. They forgot to put on 2 bolts and caused damage to my mower. Thankfully it was under warranty and the warranty company let me take it to another place to get things fixed right. Reminded me of Ron Whites story about Sears ruining his vehicle because someone was absent on lug nut day. If you get done putting something back together and there are extra parts you did something wrong. Phone a friend and figure it out. This is definitely not rocket science

The old man that works on equipment is very nice and knowledgeable. New sales guy is very friendly and helpful.

Nice show room and clean shop

Did business with Andys for many years. But hv had to stop. Now seem to hv a policy of geting as much ($s) as possible , instead of a fair price for the fix. Bought sm parts from him and when I tried to return them, unused they would only give a shop credit. Took in a chain saw and was quoted a repair cost of 2/3s the price of a new saw ( on the spot without even knowing what was wrong w the saw.) Turned out to be a split fuel line ( $1 part, 1 minute fix). Unfortunately Andys has a monopoly in Comal. I now go to Wimberley for service, and pay a flat shop rate plus parts. And I dont need to worry Im being hijacked.
