They literally rip off the customers, especially on the weekends.We rented a jet ski for 1 hour last Sunday and were told the charge would be $212 including the taxes. We paid and a couple of days after, upon checking their website, realized the actual charge is $100 which they add a $44 damage waiver. First of all, we were never told anything about the damage waiver and if we knew, we would not want the ridiculous $44 fee. Second, when checking their website for renting a jet ski for the next Sunday, still the charge was shown as $100 which proves that the charge is not different on the weekends. However, when I called them and asked about the $212 charge, they said the price is different on the weekends which are busier and they said I had signed an agreement (a 6-page manuscript full of small details that no one reads when signing) in which it was explained that the $44 damage waiver was added.This is horrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Ill have to second the other review about customer service. I asked a question and the answer given was quick and distracted, and I didnt get an answer in relevance to the question asked.Not only that but he also hung up in my face before I finished talking.Probably should hire people who have more patience and are less rude to answer simple questions.

5star service and ran by truly good people which I feel is honestly worth the choice to choose this rental company. :-)My bf and I went out on our wave runner and it ate up the rope to our tube, so our jet ski couldn’t run.We called a different company and they said Th they didn’t offer towing service and didn’t know anyone who offered it out at Canyon lake. Also the local police don’t either.So we called Jet Ski rentals as a last hope,And man did they deliver!!!Zack was out on his boat picking us up within 10 minutes and had us back to our boat ramp within 30 minutes.Seriously a life saver!We appreciate you and this company!Please choose them for your rentals to support local and good people! :-)

Matt was awesome. This topped my bday weekend, icing on the cake!! We rented a jet ski and a speed boat for 2 hours. Pricing was awesome and they gave a cash discount of 10%. Wound definitely rate Matt a 10 if I could. The staff in the office was also really nice and informative. Thanks guys!! We plan to come back soon.

Poor customer service. Very rude people when asking about rental. I wouldn’t rent from people who are impatient and can’t take time to answer questions about a renting from them.

Mike was amazing at making this experience as fun and easy as possible. Great hospitality and customer service, I definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for great pricing on jet ski rentals.
