Remodeled entire first floor of the house and converted two stall garage into a family room. Kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room, laundry area, etc completely redone. Exceptional results! Outstanding contractor, Mark was totally involved in every aspect of the remodel from start to finish. He was always available ensuring the work was completed to his high standards. Answered all questions, very easily to work with. Would definitely use this company again.

Brothers Remodel and Design was great to work with. Don was very knowledgeable and efficient regarding the design of our new kitchen. Mark remodeled our kitchen exactly how we envisioned, with extras here and there. He communicated every step of the way with us, excellent craftsmanship, prompt, we really enjoyed working with this company. Were about to hire Brothers Remodel for our next project.

Mark and his crew did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. They were very professional, easy to work with, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend this firm.

We had a kitchen island that needed a new electrical line to it to accommodate the new induction stovetop so they had to remove tile, trench concrete, lay the new line, go into the drywall and then put the new circuit breaker in and then repair everything they did and I cannot think of anything bad to say about them.They walled off the work area perfectly and did clean up each day as needed. The two that did the job were efficient, courteous and listened to our needs and finished two days ahead of schedule. I cant think of one bad thing to say about them.I highly recommend them!

This company got half way through my bath remodel, had problems with their employees, so they decided to quit in the middle of our remodel. Of course that was after we had paid them 17 thousand dollars. The owner is now not returning our calls or text or emails forcing us to take legal action.In the response to my review the only true statement is that we asked them to take over the paint that we had planned on doing and we agreed on 750 dollars to paint a small bathroom. Seems more than fair to me. As for the rest of the comments Im not going to get into all the details but he took a small portion of truth and twisted it to his advantage like con artistists do.

I used to be a sub contractor for this company but they stiffed me for the last job they did in Midland, TX. They moved their operations to Spring Branch, TX. I was good friends with the owner but he wont return calls/texts. If he would have said something to the numerous messages I wouldnt be here leaving a poor review. Stay away from Brothers R &D and Mark Caples

Stay away from this company. They ripped us off for almost $20K. I have pictures and documentation proving it. We will be keeping an eye out for a new start up business so we can continue to warn people about Mark Caples and the way he does business.

Brothers Remodeling and Design did an outstanding job to my Home. The scope of work included major remodeling including pool hot tub, master bedroom, laundry room, sun room, interior leveling of slab and new floors as well as installing an elevator for an upstairs master. I changed many of the upgrades as we went and all change orders and pricing was discussed up front. Not once did I feel these changes were taken advantage of. Mark and his men were on time left the home clean every day and most importantly I trusted them in my home. Mark discussed all options for the remodel many times bringing cheaper yet better ideas. Marks expertise in design saved me the expense of out side designers. The finished product was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them for all design and building needs.

These guys did great work remodeling our master bathroom. Timely, profession and reasonable rates.

Mark ran into a number of problems with the way the house was originally built. Walls werent square or straight, large voids under the foundation where the whirlpool tub sat that had to be filled, part of the cement foundation under the tub was missing (Mark Payne was the builder). The granite company sent a guy out that didnt install the granite how he was told, but Mark got them back out the next day to fix it. I was on the phone quiet a lot with Mark telling him things I wanted changed or didnt like. He was more than happy to make the changes. I am happy very with the remodel. I have them coming back to tile the other 2 bathrooms.

Left us with a demoed bathroom with no explanation. Ghosted on us with $17,000 of our money. Con artist. Buyer beware!!!!!
