Canyon Lake Auto Repair is officially my go-to shop!! I took my Jeep TJ in today, and they discovered a bad brake booster valve. They could have easily recommended a complete booster replacement @ $700, but they worked the problem and tracked down a hard find replacement part. They got me back on the road for a fraction of the cost. Professional, friendly and the work was complete the same day...this business is top-notch!!! Ask for Brandon!! :)

I have been consistently using this auto shop for a couple years, and there is a reason why. They do an outstanding job in a timely manner, all with great customer service.

I had them them repair one of my cars a while back which the service was just an okay job. I brought my mustang gt and asked them if they could help with modifications and they wouldnt! I also needed other work like bigger injectors and they wouldnt work on most of the other stuff because it wasnt from Ford which is BS. Totally rude to my face! Hey if they want to try and redeem their unprofessionalism please let me know. I. Going to take my 4 cars to a different place from now on. Hope your rudeness works for you. You wouldnt even talk or help me find a respectable place. Will never need your services again!

It is a busy place so be prepared to wait a bit. Take advantage of the picnic table seating to chill while your vehicle is being serviced inspected.

Today Canyon Lake Auto Repair performed major work on my Dads vehicle. Not only did they do excellent work but they charged considerably less than the original quote. Imagine my relief when my 78 year old father texted me a glowing report. My Dad is finicky about his vehicles!! If he is pleased, then I am definitely a happy camper. Great, they worked with me and helped me out when I needed some major maintenance done.Also, saved me from having to have my transmission redone or replaced. Most shops I talked with thought I needed to replace my transmission, but I asked Canyon lake Auto if we could try changing the fluid first. They agreed and that did the trick.

Brandon listened to me as I tried to explain what was happening with my van. He seemed to already know what I needed: a tow truck and a look under the body of my van that would likely get me on my way - same day. First, he recommended the BEST Tow Truck folks in Canyon Lake- Anastasi. Then, when they delivered my van and myself to CLAR, Brandon greeted us with a smile. He clearly saw the problem, and I drove away before the tow truck did! Loved it!

Charged over $300.00 to fix a Ford Expedition that they couldnt figure out how to fix after having it a full week. It was running poorly. They changed the spark plugs, and that didnt help. Then they just said, We cant figure out whats wrong. Have someone tow it out of here. Obviously, they dont have the knowledge or the equipment needed to fix a problem.
