I had many questions and even though my service was very cheap, they took the time to explain the options and pricing. Chris has done 3 cars for us over the years, Two of which very recently and its always an easy transaction. The higher end films hes using for vehicle tints now have excellent heat reflection and my car is very noticeably cooler in the hot summer months even being completely black exterior and interior vehicle.Quick turnarounds with good pricing for the high quality of work.

The gentleman that serviced us at Cherokee Animal Hospital was very professional and efficient at tinting our front door. He was very polite and on time. I called told lady who answered phone I was with a collision facility & was in bad need to get a windshield strip installed for out of town customer . She was very nice went spoke someone who said bring on up be there within 10 minutes and they would accomodare my needs . I pulled away from body tech drove the 10 miles or so to them . Pulled up called as the lady had asked from moment the man answered the phone he was Snead & hateful very unprofessional man . . I suggest you take your business elsewhere . I sure will.

All pro did the windows in the upstairs and the downstairs bedroom of our house. Now I dont feel like my brain is being stabbed with shards of sunlight in the morning. Less expensive and cleaner than light filtering curtains.

All Pro gave me a quote 18 mo ago to put UV protection on some transom windows in my living room that were letting too much sunlight on my furniture. When I finally decided to have it done they honored the original quote. Chris came and did the installation and it looks great. He came back today to do an add-on and for both appointments he was right on time, did the work quickly and left no mess behind. Would highly recommend their services!

I had an appointment for Friday the 4th of July. The receptionist had been rude from the very beginning, I had started calling a month ahead of time...I explained that I didnt get off work until 3.She said they would be open until 5, as usual. I got a call around 2 saying my car was ready & they were trying to close early because it was a holiday weekend. (Shouldnt have scheduled me in if you cant stick to your word)She then said I needed to come get my car by 4 or so, because they were trying to close early.I again explained i didnt get off work until 3 & had to have a ride because obviously cant drive 2 cars.. and I was waiting on the other person to get off, but we would be there asap. When we got there, I was the only car in parking lot, but they still wouldnt come out and talk to us when we asked if we could talk about the job done. The rude receptionist transferred me to one of the guys that does the tinting. He was also very rude, said he was too busy to come out & talk, & that they werent really doing face to face talking because of Covid, which I understand, but we were Outside. No one Else there... AND we had out masks on. I had to hand the phone to my father because he was. ring so rude I didnt want to snap on him. My father also said he was rude.Makes no sense, if they said they were getting off early that day, then why was he working:We could see through the window of the office & I saw a man & the receptionist and they didnt look busy at all. So we had to get our keys through a slot in the door which she handed us but at the same time they didnt want us to come in but she was touching the paperwork that she handed us through the slot... how do we know if that was sanitized & how do we know if the inside of my car was sanitized so my dad gave his credit card number over the phone but then she gave us the keys & paperwork through the door...it made no sense.I would not recommend them, they seem to be rude, pushy, in a hurry & dont stick to their word.

All Pro Tint has a great selection of high performance tint. We paid $1554 to have my entire Porsche Macan Turbo tinted with Prestige Spectra PhotoSync.My advice is to take several pictures of your car before you drop it off with them and be prepared to make several return trips. Maybe Chris, the owner, really believes my leather dashboard had water damage on it before his shop manager installed the tint on my windshield, but I know this wasnt the case. Pictures would have helped me show them that their attempt to protect my dash with towels was insufficient.This shop worked on various installation imperfections on three different occasions before it was acceptable. In the end, they did a great job. The return trips wouldnt have been that big of a deal if we didnt live over 2 hours away... so for people that live closer this would probably be a small issue.The worst part of this experience was the way we were treated as customers. The owner lied to us, cancelled prearranged plans, pawned us off on the front desk lady, and then finally just ignored my emails. Overall, this was stressful and frustrating for my husband and me. Luckily, we ended up with a quality tint job and our dashboard was replaced under CPO warranty... so we didnt have to find out how this was going to play out and we can finally put this behind us.

I have had over 30 cars in my lifetime and a majority of those have had windows tinted. All Pro is one of the best there is they offer only quality tint films. If youre driving a hunk of junk and dont want to pay over $150 for window tint then dont come here. They do quality work and very efficiently. Theres no dust or dirt particles trapped in the film. No blisters or bubbles even just after two days of curing. Highly recommend for tinting.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff did not answer the door when I knocked and they were in clear sight working on the computer at the front desk. Staff walked around from garage to confront me. He was extremely rude and annoyed I was there to ask questions about the products. I have never experienced a business interaction as bad as this one. I usually do not write reviews, but I just had to share how truly bad this customer service was.

Chris, the owner came out to my house to give me an estimate on a large window in front of my house and to address an issue with some small arch windows that some had tint and some did not. Only to find out that my large window currently had a tint on it. Chris said he hated to take my money to redo only for the same result even though his product would be newer and better. Very honest!!! And, he discovered that he could just scrape the old tint off the arch windows so the front of my house would be uniform. At no charge I will add! He said because it was a small, quick fix. But he did this at the end of a long work day! He called the day before, and on his way to my appointment. He then educated me on the different levels of tint. Easy to see why he is five star rated! Highly recommend!

Just bought a used car that had window tint issues on the front windows and drivers hatch. They got me in when it was good for me. Took care of the issues and even went above and beyond taking care of issues I didn’t have. Best thing I can say is they care here. You’re not just another car and they genuinely want you happy. Excellent Customer service and expertise! Chris provided an estimate on high windows in my family room. He was prompt, courteous and the price for ceramic film matched the two other estimates I got from other companies using a lower quality film. He answered all my questions enthusiastically. The installation experience was just as flawless. He arrived 5 minutes early, brought a weird ladder that did not require leaning on the walls, was careful of our furniture, fast, cleaned up and explained the the process for curing and the warranty. I walked into the All Pro office with an odd request. I am a videographer and I needed a piece of glass that solved a particular visual problem I was having with my teleprompter. All Pro Window Tint has gone above and beyond every time we have used them. We had used them a couple of years ago for tint on our cars and loved them so when we got new cars this year, we promptly called up All Pro and scheduled new services. My Tahoe got tint one week and the truck got tint the next. Just a week after this, the drivers side window on the truck got destroyed and when we were working to get it repaired we called All Pro and they were more than willing to help us in any way to get our tint reapplied on the new glass. They worked with my husband diligently to get him scheduled and seen while working with the glass company time window. They are amazing,friendly, and helpful and we will not use anyone else for our window tint.

Helpful information over the phone. Positive atmosphere and honest advice. The lounge area was large and comfortable. After much research, they carry the best products on the market. We needed a product that protects sensitive skin (auto application). The two biggest factors in selecting their product were TSER (Total Solar Energy Rejection) and UV blocking. They also reminded about me the IR blocking properties. Quality and quick work. Worth the drive.

He came by my office and instead of selling me something I wanted, he told me that I would be better off with a different solution and referred me elsewhere. Chris and Jason were both awesome. They added solar control films in our apartment in midtown Atlanta. The living room faces west and has floor to ceiling windows. Its great in the winter, but brutally hot in the summer. The afternoon sun was so hot my A/C wouldnt quit running, and the temp still couldnt get lower than 79 degrees inside.After All Pro installed the films, were already noticing 7degrees difference, which is honestly more than we ever expected! Havent gotten our first power bill since having films, but Im sure well see a difference there as well.They showed up on-time, and were quick to finish. The work is perfect.

We just had our Lexus front window tinted and was very pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this company.

In September of 2015 I got my entire E350 wagon tinted including windshield & panoramic sunroof. I called tons of window tint shops throughout the southeast seeking a specific look and All Pro was the ONLY shop that said if I wasnt happy with the films they offer than they would just have to locate a film that would make me happy. In the end I ended up choosing what the owner recommended and 16 months later I am extremely pleased. I also had ClearPlex installed on the exterior of the windshield, and it without a doubt saved me at least twice from having a cracked windshield. Even though I did remove it after 14 months because it wasnt as clear as it once was, I would recommend it. Overall I highly recommend All Pro Tinting.

My red C7 Corvette is on the web page, I had clear plex installed on the windshield when car had less than 100 miles, it has been 2 years now, and I can say it has saved my windshield from being replaced, I cruse with my Corvette Club and had a piece of tire tread slung up and hit my car. I had 3 companies come quote our store front in Buckhead. Chris with All Pro was easily the most knowledgable and professional of the 3 without a significant price difference. The other 2 companies had good reviews as well, but I can only imagine whoever gave the testiominal didnt have All Pro give a quote before making a decision. The difference in customer service was night and day. As I had suspected everything that was promised during my consultation was delivered. The installation was on time, the quality is superb, and everything was done with great profesionallism. All Pro exceeded my expectations with great customer service and follow up making sure I knew all of my options before making a decision and that I was completely satisfied upon completion. The window film installed has made a tremendous impact on heat and glare reduction in our showroom, and I would refer them to anyone considering window film of any kind.

Finding a good window tinting company was a lot harder than I thought. When I first did a Google search, All Pro came up first along with about 14 others in my area. Being first in a Google search doesnt always mean they are the best. Almost anyone can give Google a bunch of money to be first in a search. After about 30 minutes of comparing various vendors, I decided All Pro was the first company I should call. In this day and age, its critical to have a professional looking and polished web site. Almost every other vendor I browsed either had dead links on their site or a site that looked dated and drab. All Pros site was clean, informative, simple to navigate and lead me to read about other services they offer even though I was not interested in anything other than tinting my vehicle. If a company represents itself like this on the web, I was very curious to get someone on the phone to see if a live interaction was consistent with their web presence. It was late, so I sent an online inquiry. I got a call the very next morning from Chris. He was very upbeat, appreciative and answered all of my questions while recommending I consider other options I didnt mention. Although it was a 30 minute drive for me, I agreed to meet at the shop the same week so he could show me different tinting products. When I arrived, I was greeted by smiling faces and an authentic how can we help you?. Thats rare these days. Chris took me for a tour around and the everything I saw was just as neat, polished and professional looking as their website. Consistency is big for me. Chris demonstrated the advantages of the Wincos product because I noted my daughter complains of the brightness and heat in the back seat. After the demo, I was convinced the Wincos was the right choice for me. Nobody I met that day seemed salesy at all and were very genuine, up beat and easy to talk to. I walked away that day not buying anything, but Chris didnt seem to mind and encouraged to call him if I had anymore questions.I didnt call back for over 4 months.When I finally called back, I received the expected up beat and genuine greeting. I asked for Chris and when he got on the phone I said Hi Chris, my name is Gene, I spoke to you months ago about tinting my 2011 M37s. Chris said, Yeah I remember you. Youve got a young daughter that doesnt like the brightness and heat she gets in the back seat. His response blew me away. There were many things that impressed me about All Pro up to that point, but that kind of personal attention to customers is why Ill recommend All Pro every time I can. Needless to say, I booked an appointment for their next available slot.The end result was exactly what I needed. My daughter can sit in the back seat without having to wear her Barbie sunglasses or have the A/C blowing directly on her at all times. It was money well spent.
