Absolutely amazing window cleaning company! I didnt know my windows could look so clean!!

I’m not one to leave a poor review but I feel the workmanship of Devine Shine warrants my time to do so.I recently purchased a house in Canton with a lot of dirty windows. I decided to have professionals come and help me out. I had Devine Shine out yesterday 8/6/20 and am left very dissatisfied with their workmanship. They told me they’d be here around 2 ish but time may vary based on how the the day may play out, which I completely understand. When I called a little after 2 to understand what time I could expect them Eric sounded caught off guard. As if he completely forgot about my appointment. He said “oh we’re heading to a job right now shouldn’t take to long there but let me call you right back to and I’ll let you know a time” I feel as if he had hang up to figure out how he was going to fit me in. He called back and said “yeah should be about and hour and a half before we’re that way maybe around 4”. They showed up about 45 minutes later (so either the other job only have 5 windows and they were only 5 mikes away or well he just said that) When Eric and his 2 guys arrived they got to work right away as if they were rushing because they had to squeeze me in. I’ll give one of his workers credit though, he did try to fix one of my windows while he was cleaning it. The windows were left with all kinds of streaks and smudges. On almost every window the border of the glass by the wood was left very dirty. On One window there was left a few big puddles of dirty water on the window stool, that had I noticed And brought to their attention would have never been cleaned up. I spent most of the morning today cleaning all the hardwood in the house after finding dried up puddles of water everywhere. At one time I heard a very loud bang like something fell on the ground upstairs. I ran up the stairs to check and one of the guys said “loud sound? I didn’t hear anything!” While avoiding eye contact with me. The straw that broke the camels back for me tho was noticing about 10 windows had the screens barely put in with only about 1 or 2 of the screen clamps engaged. I spent about a total of 3 hours today re-cleaning windows, washing my floors, and putting my screens back in correctly. I personally feel I did not receive the quality of workmanship $400 should have gotten me.Overall just very disappointed.P.s. they forgot to clean 3 windows completely.
