I had the worst experience with this Sam’s club. There was not one employee who have me any kind of customer serivice at all. But Stephen was the worst. On top of not speaking with me or making any eye contact he was really rude and this is how he threw my groceries into my buggies. So bad that my first double pack of pine sol fell over and burst all over the place. If STEPHEN doesn’t like his job he needs to find one that better suits his rude unpleasant personality. Never will I be back here

Just got my membership today, was told to come inside for card, lady at CS doesnt greet me EVEN AFTER I say hello how are you first, then she is saying there are no cards and prints me off the temp paper one. IF that is all you were going to give me I could have STAYED at HOME. So I get a cart to go find my two free gifts and see in general what they have I DONT SHOP THERE SO DONT KNOW. Get to the place with the rotissarie chicken and not a single one set out, no one at the counter to tell me when the ones roasting will be done (this is at 4:30 pm on a Monday) cant find the cupcakes either Im suppose to get I walked out with one item annoyed and disappointed I had to leave my house for that, no wonder folks like costco better

No lines. Well stocked and clean store. Helpful staff and provided disinfectant wipes for carts.

I had a scan in app get 10 dollars off. It didnt work. The management took care of me and this was appreciated.

The scan to buy thing is really nice, its a pretty good store to get drinks, food, and more!

Not well stocked at all. Many empty pallets where product should have been. Cafe barely open, only hot dogs and pop. 😢 not at all what is was. Meat department had very little stocked. Many meat cases were empty

Great selections. The produce is fresh and much better priced than at the regular grocery stores. Customers are usually nice as well.

I love Sams Club. You can scan the groceries and check out on your phone and skip the line! Its awesome!

Tony at the food court always makes our day! We always stop in for snacks and drinks, he is so friendly and sweet with our kids. No matter how busy he provides service with a smile!!

This is a VERY busy Sams club. Hard to find a parking spot and very crowded inside. They offer everything you would expect from Sams. Just be prepared for lots of people and no parking.

Today there were no trays of cookies I ask if they were going to make some and i believe she said her name was Christy said ill make you one right now.. i said i can come back going to be there another 1/2 hour she said give me couple minutes that was so Kool she did that for me. I know a lot of places are short handed now to find people like that who would go out of her way for me. I was so thankful.

I went in there b4 closing which i normally try not to do. They were polite and signed me up for a membership and received a $45 gift card which made the membership free. They have great brands. Easy to shop and great member services dept.

Sharing experience, I enjoyed shopping in the club, because everything is conveniently put in its place and the employees nice and courteous.

Love the Scan and Go abilities. I can come in, scan as I shop, and then leave with a quick check at the door. No waiting in line to checkout.

I am obsessed with scan, pay and go.. the best tool ever. I absolutely love pulling in to get gas by just scanning my phone.

Always clean and well stocked. Love their scan and go contactless option. Pick up is sweet, too! Usually, their orders are ready hours ahead of what your time slot originally was. Masks required, love going earlier as its not as crowded. Definitely worth the membership fee.

They have a great selection and great prices. I do a lot of my shopping here.

This Canton location is always clean,customer service is always so friendly, and above all the shelves are usually stocked well.

I do not know what is happening there spots are empty things that we use alot there is not anymore. Whats going on? BJs shelves seam to be full. Third time I have noticed this.

I had a great time until I left the store in a power scooter. An associate threatened to call the police because I took the scooter outside. Then the associate took my phone in which my husband and friend saw him take it,I didnt know that taking the scooter across the sidewalk to the other store was any harm my husband was going to pick me up at Walmart side walk and bring the scooter back to sams club so I didnt have to walk super far to the car iam on oxygen and didnt have any oxygen with me so that is why I rode the scooter across to Walmart parking lot to the curb but when youre employee took my phone out of the scooter threatened to call the authoritys on me I just took rode the scooter back in the Sams club exit door and walked across the busy parking lot could not breathe.but that employee took my phone which was wrong of him I apologize for taking the scooter across the sidewalk to Walmart I did return it to sams club.

The Sams club in Canton has so many more choices of things than the one in Southfield. Guess the longer drive was worth it

Decent prices on dry goods. Produce can be pricey. In-stocks have been an issue for a few months.

Nor enough help at the jewelry. Other than that. Always a pleasure in and out.

Anyone who knows Sams Club knows they have big quantities and not bad prices but its really for bigger families or people that just like quantities of certain things as far as condiments or drinks or waters or yogurts but just know when you go to Sams Club youre going to spend over $50 possibly or you may see something and it will be even higher but love Sams Club overall been shopping here since my son was a baby which was 2013 and Ive kept a membership ever since

The Bakery only does colored Buttercream frosting, way to sweet for kids cupcakes. Whipped topping only comes in Vanilla (white) or Chocolate(brown). The bakery isnt equipped with any food dye to meet the needs of colored Whipped topping. Very Disappointing. I took my order for Purple Cupcakes with Whipped topping to Kroger. Easily met my very minimal request! Sams club needs to step it up.

Ive never had to check my products to make sure the seals were still there. One of my products were already opened I went to go exchange it couldnt find my receipt. They told me they couldnt do anything for me I said but you could look this up all I want to do is exchange it that was it they wouldnt do it.I wasnt trying to get my money back. Sad people cant keep their hands out of stuff that theyre not buying my money is already tight as it is

I like the application scan & go. However, some items prices are not correct. I talked to one of associate and she mentioned to correct the price at the cashier. Which it beats the purpose of the application

It has been 18-months since my membership expired; I renewed today and did my first shopping. WOW!! I was pleasantly surprised at the remodel and the great selection. I look forward to renewing for many years to come.

The whole problem is the MASK MANDATE ,for masks that DO NOT PROTECT ANYONE!!! IT is really too bad that you big companies dont start standing up and STOP THIS MANDATE IN YOUR STORES!!

Great place for bulk buy. Its very rush on weekends but on weekdays you can have a relaxed shopping.

People were awesome, got in and out quickly, premade items and produce were fresh and delicious, it was clean and tidy. Only complaint was there needed to be more meat out and some meat was not in stock.

Canton, MI Sams Club is my second favorite. Southgate Sams Club appears to be larger with more variety of stock. The Canton staff is typically watching the lengths of checkout lines. The open new lanes if the lines move too slow. Great Job.

Doing their best,considering the circumstances, wish they would keep items in stock that sell frequently, and on sale items,I was looking at a shed,it was out of stock,couldnt get a rain checkor order it while it was still on sale.
