They were able to come out same day and was even earlier than expected. Did great work. Unclogged the tub drain and replaced some old galvanized pipes from tub to the trap. Replaced the trap and small piece of pipe from trap. This will make it easier for me for any future clogs to access myself and snake out if necessary. They were very polite and professional, up front with costs that was spot on and reasonable. I would highly recommend them. They didnt leave any mess. Im overall a very satisfied customer. Will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing problems.

My water heater went out on Friday afternoon. I called FlowPros Saturday morning and Thomas was here by 10a.m. took a little while, but the job was done and done well! Jesse has been in our home to fix a drain pipe and install a new water line and he has done a fantastic job both times. Highly recommend this business and Jesse in particular. Only complaint is that his helper left one of our outside spigots on and it took us a while to find out what was running but it happens. Very pleased!

My basement drain backed up every time I showered or washed clothes, so I thought the main drain might be clogged from recent rain. I called and they were able to come out the next day while at least 4 other companies could not come out for at least a week if not a few weeks. Manny arrived in time and took a few minutes to speak with my father about the issues. They checked the septic and it was full and the leech well had nothing in it. Stated the septic needs pumped before sewage backs up into house and leech well might be clogged from previous trees being in the area. No service charge!! Will definitely use them in the future. I contacted FLOWPROS at around 8 am and they said they could help me but would not likely arrive until 1 to 3pm which was fine. I received a text message and an email confirming my newly scheduled appointment shortly thereafter. About an hour later I received a text that they could arrive much sooner than planned and that was also ok. The plumbers left a mess in my basement, it took them nearly 2 weeks to come back and put my steps on, so I couldnt even get to my basement. They broke a smoke alarm, (by hitting it with a hammer) and didnt replace it, because the concrete dust got in it and it kept going off. I have concrete dust all over my gym equipment, I cant workout down there without breathing it in. It was over 6000 to get our plumbing fixed, they dug up my yard, cracked the sidewalk, left piles of dirt outside and a mess of concrete dust in my basement.My sewer is fixed, 6000.00 later, but the mess left behind was unprofessional. I reached out via email to complain but never got a response.

An otherwise stressful situation was quickly rectified via the use of this company. A leak had been discovered in our basement. After calling a few plumbers to only be told that the situation was likely resolved or not wanting to deal w/ the situation altogether I called FlowPros. They came out the next morning, assessed the issue (which turned out to be a major problem - not minor), they got a clean up crew on the job that day and began replacing defective pipes and systems thereafter. It was a big job, but they got it done within a reasonable amount of time. These guys were not afraid to tackle even the most difficult / dirty parts of the job. They also assessed a few simpler issues within our home while they were out. We will be using them again.

Im so glad I chose to go to the Pros. I just moved into my first house and had my drains back up. After the pros showed up, they quickly opened up my cleanouts and had me up and flowing in no time. Not only did they unclog my drains but they put a camera down my pipes because they were concerned there may be a further issue. Long story short. These guys got me flowing again and also gave me OPTIONS, as to what I could do, to prevent this from happening in the future. Save yourself some time and just go to the pros. FlowPros that is.

I was driving down 77 this morning and some guy in a Flow Pros van cut in front of me to get off at the onramp for 30. He mustve been going 20 mph over the speed limit. When I flashed my lights at him he gave me the finger! If you want to know how to keep me from calling your company ever, you knew just what to do!

Ivan Gravely was our plumber. He was very professional! We had a clog to the kitchen sink that run down to the pipes in the basement. Ivan took the time to explain the problem after unsuccessfully snaking the lines. Long story short he replaced the pipes under the sink and in the basement replacing galvanized pipes with PVC. Ivan also took the time to clean up and scrub his work areas. I highly recommended Flow Pro!

We had a little difficulty making our schedules click at first but Rodney went the extra mile and worked around our needs. Jesse was very friendly and professional and got the drain taken care of in a timely manner.

We have what we think might be a sewer smell in the house. FlowPros recommended a smoke test to determine if and where a leak might exist. They would then fix it. They arrived on time and conducted the test three times and found nothing wrong. They were very professional.It took them a half hour to complete the tests, but they charged an excessive amount of monies for this simple test using a vacuum cleaner with blow port and smoke bombs. Should I need this test done again, I will do it myself and save a few hundred dollars.

Had slight difficulty connecting our schedules at first but Rodney made the extra effort and went the extra mile to make it right. Jesse was super and got the problem cleared up right away.

First of all, they were the only company to answer the phone at 5:15 pm when our emergency happened. Secondly, they came the next day, and got things working enough to get us through the weekend. Early Monday morning they came out and worked all day replacing my broken pipes. Also, we discovered a broken toilet so they were able schedule us for the following afternoon to replace that. Finally, the man were very helpful and respectful. They answered all questions to the best of their ability. Jesse And Manny even helped me with something not related to the job at hand, and I really appreciated it.All the work we needed done was expensive, sure. But plumbing is expensive. I feel their rates were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company!!

Went to help a friend deal with 3 rooms flooding due to upstairs tenants putting their food down the kitchen drain. The condo management company phoned FlowPros. The fellow came under 45 minutes. He was very patient and understanding when my friend was freaking out. He did a very detailed unplugging and thankfully was there when the landlord showed up to confirm it was not my friends fault. Have kept the business card for any problems I (hopefully wont) have.

They couldnt get me on the schedule for two day, claimed they were busy. They booked my call, then reschedduled me twice. I think because I only had a clogged toilet they figure I dont matter. I wound up fixing it myself. Wont call them again

Rodney was supposed to meet me last Friday at noon at a property I just purchased. I drove all the way out there and at 11:57am he calls and says he got tied up at a job and needs to postpone it until later. I asked if 5:00pm would work and he said yes and apologized profusely. I figured, stuff happens. I get it and wasn’t upset at all. Well 5:00pm rolls around..I drive back out there and I’m sitting there...no Rodney...5:15 I call, no answer. At 6pm I realized he wasn’t coming and left. Here we are 5 days later and he never called. I get that stuff comes up, but to cancel once and not even call or accept my call the second time was extremely unprofessional. He sounded like a knowledgeable, nice guy on the phone and the reviews lead me to believe I could trust him. I’m a very busy person also and to have someone waste my time twice lead me to fill out a review I wouldn’t normally to hopefully save someone else from wasting their time as well.

Extremely helpful! They were able to come the same day (within a couple hours) that I called. They cleared the obstruction quickly with no mess.Due to a problem on my end, with a bad sewer line, I had to call them out again about a six weeks later. They came the same day and fixed my issue. After 3 months, all is still flowing well (knock on wood!!!).
