I worked for this company for 5 days until i was let go because i was told youre not catching on. Its hard to catch on when who is training you is trying to catch up from being out. I was there 2 days and yelled at by the owner because i stepped away from him. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I was told he does that a lot. I did not agree what was said in the office my last day there. They used the word loaded which means you will pay more.

These folks are pros! We bought a new house and were a little out of their service area, but the owner of the operation personally came to our home to assess the job. He was professional and courteous, he explained what theyd be doing in our house and broke down cost while he was there. No surprises! He also gave us optional quotes for HVAC cleaning, etc and gave us great confidence in using them for the job. We were quickly scheduled to fit our needs and his team did amazing work once they got started. We cant say enough positive things about this experience, highly recommend No Mold Atlanta!

They offer a 10 year warranty on their work but when you need to put in a work order they do not return your phone calls! Almost $4000 worth of work done on my crawlspace a year ago and they need to come back out to rectify some issues. I will consider changing my rating once I am in contact with the owner. I have called them many many times!

Had a vast mold problem that layered by home basement level. No Mold was recommended to me by my real estate agent as the preferred vendor to mitigate this concern. It was JD, the owner, that came to conduct the survey of my mold problem. JD was not only trustworthy and likeable, everything he said came to fruition. He shared with me the work timeline, costs to complete the work and how he and his staff would cue me with any updates or progress reports .... which they did often. The work crews were hard working, good at their trade and polite to me and my family. When the work was completed, JD came and inspected the work effort before closing out the remittance of the invoice. Problem solved to my satisfaction and I am delighted with the results; in fact, my basement never looked better!!!
