My dumpster didnt get dumped today. Cause my truck was in the way (my truck hasnt moved in a month) theyve been dumping since it was parked there till today was told the driver must have not been confident enough to back up to the dumpster. Again truck hasnt moved been sitting in the same spot theres plenty of space to back up to it. Was told I could pay a fee to get it dumped sooner then a week from now. Dont go with this company this is just the first problem iv had with them let alone all the other ones.

They NEVER and I mean NEVER pick up on time. They pick amd choose what holidays they decide to he on time for even though they sent you a flyer. I still put my trash out on time regardless of the holiday and they didnt pick it up. Just like all the other reviews on here, they call you a liar and say it was not there and they cant come pick it up. I live in a neighborhood where the kids are trash and will knock over your trash can because they are bored. My husband is disabled and will have to pick the trash up because it was knocked over. Coming on time will prevent this and prevent him from injury. Be responsible and do your dang job!

This is the worst garbage company I have ever dealt with! They dont show up often and when they do they refuse more items than they take. Only one large item removed at no charge per month and it takes 3 phone calls and two weeks to get that done. No bulk pick up day. 25 bucks per item after one is absurd. When I called for a third time on a day they didnt show up I got the answering service and the woman hung up on me!Horrible!

Just moved into a new house-the previous owners put their trash out and said pick up day was the next day. The next day came and went and the trash is still sitting there. The previous owners said they got a call it would be delayed. Waited a week it’s still there. The previous owners called and were told the garbage wasn’t there when the driver went by…so they lied. Then they said they would send someone out to pick it up. It’s still sitting there. Don’t use this company…they are lazy, unreliable, and they lie. Obviously there is a severe lack of management at that place

I am reading so many negative comments here. I must say they are on-time and very efficient (so far). We commenced service in Nov 2020 and they have never left anything behind. I leave an occasional large item by the can and they grab those (yes, I pay a little more for this service, but its well worth it..). Keep up the good work!

I had them for only a month and in that time twice they didn’t pick up. I called in both times them saying the driver said it wasn’t put out. It was put at 2am when I asked the pick up time they said 8:45am. I was then told I needed to put it out earlier? Even though It was sitting and waiting with plenty of time. I then asked if they would be back to get it this week since I didn’t miss them and it was there error. I was told I had to wait another week. With that being the second time it happened I just went ahead and canceled my service with them.

Avoid KIMBLE like COVID! 3 straight weeks they failed to pick up my residential trash on the pick up day and force me to keep the trash barrel on the street for days claiming a “labor shortage”. Their attitude is we’ll pick up the trash when we feel like it. Horrible customer service!!

Have had Kimball for 3 years. Trash has always been put at the end of driveway. This week our trash did not get picked up. Called and was told that they will not send anyone out to pick it up until next week!!!!! 80 degree weather!!!!! Not appreciating the lack of customer service I just received!!

Do not use them! I called and cancelled my service when I moved six months ago. I received a bill two days ago stating that I owed the balance for those six months! I called and complained and asked them to pull up the recorded line where I called and cancelled it but she informed me only stays in their records for thirty days.. convenient. I was complaining to my neighbor about it and they said the same thing happened to them when they moved. If you ever call and cancel with them MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND WHO YOU SPOKE WITH!

They are never on time. I called yesterday after 5 p.m. because my garbage was STILL at the curb. She lied and said they were on their way but they never showed up until Noon the next day. Im ready to switch services.

I do not appreciate my Garbage can sitting out by the street from a Thursday nite until Sat or Sun. Change the pickup date if need be.

Best service we have had! The drivers are fantastic! My son loves to watch the truck and they let him watch the controls and hink the horn for him. The chat customer service feature is fantastic and if you email a question, they respond quickly. Service is on time. If there is a delay for some reason there website has where you can see whats going on. Cant say enough good things

Not happy I forgot to put trash out and called to see if someone could come back out. They told me no that they cant do that and that I have to wait until next week. This is the sec time I have forgot to put it to road. Last time I called and they told me that because I called on a Tuesday and not on my pick up date on Monday ; that they couldnt send someone out. They told me it had to be on my pickup date. I was also told if I called on my pickup date they would send someone to pick it up. Not happy with how they handled with their customer service. They need to fix this and have a backup plan for people who forgot to put trash out.

Their employees are extremely lazy. I put in an order for a bulk chair pick up and boxes- they failed to pick up the boxes (were set aside properly, too) and refuse to come back and grab them until next week. forcing me to bring them back into my garage and put them back out next week. LAZY, terrible service. will be cancelling and making my voice heard. Customer service cant communicate basic tasks to their employees.

Overall we’ve never had a terrible experience. It took 3 tries for them to actually get our recycling right. I feel like their fees are a little high though. For trash in the can they’re not bad, but every little item outside is a fee which I feel like is unnecessary to a point.

I pay for the extra package to have large waste removed. Three weeks have gone by and no one has picked up a patio table I set out. I scheduled a pick up after two weeks, and it is still sitting outside my house almost two weeks later. I called them and they promised to pick it up. Nope. Called again and the lady just gave me the run around. Still waiting to see if I ever have my table removed. Why do we pay them extra?

JUST THE WORST..UNRELIABLE SERVICE...THEY WILL DRIVE DOWN OUR STREET AND JUST NOT STOP AND TAKE OUR GARBAGE...THEN IF YOU CALL, THEY HAVE NO REASON OR ANSWER AS TO WHY...WHEN THEY DUMP TRASH IT SPILLS EVERYWHERE, THEY LEAVE IT....REALLY HIGH PRICES AND POOR SERVICE...IF THERE WAS ANOTHER TRASH SERVICE AVAILABLE WHERE WE LIVED, I WOULD SWITCH IN A HEARTBEAT!

If you are a home owner that pays for this service on your own, you WILL be disappointed with the service you get. In this case you will not get what you pay for.I went with Kimble because their service was great when I lived in North Canton. But that was a contract between Kimble and the city of North Canton. Now that I am living in Plain Township, I have to secure my own service.My trash pickup day is supposed to be Wednesday, but 33% of the time they dont pick it up until a day later on Thursday. And if they do manage to come on Wednesday it is very late in the day sometimes after 5:00 pm. Sometimes you get a phone call that pickup is late. Sometimes you dont. I got in the habit of waiting till Wednesday morning to take my can to the street. Today they came by early on the morning on Wednesday and I missed pickup.And as others have noted, they do not go out of their way to pick up any trash that ends up on the street because they missed getting the can to the truck. They leave that to the homeowners.

They like to say how concerned they are about their customers but they will turn you into collection in a heartbeat even in the middle of a pandemic for $54 they have no concern for their customers and I could care less about their customers their trash service is a joke and all theyve done was put smaller companies out of the way so that they could treat us like the trash that they pick up

Worst experience ever. I made the same call for over a year. They would skip trash, skip recycling, lazy. The only reason they got one star was because I HAD to click. The last phone call I made to cancel service, the representative said , well yeah, looks like we did all we could to fix the problem and was just fine with me cancelling. LOL. Wow. Like why do you have to call a business non stop for over a year regarding the same issues, not picking cans up, or halfway emptying them..? Silliest thing everYeah I dont have the time to keep calling to complain when Im too busy carrying my full cans back up the driveway unroll next week. U guys suck.

I have had Kimble now for 10 years. Never had any real issues. Trash is almost always picked up on time. When its not it is a day later, which is no big deal. I will continue to have Kimble as my trash service for many years to come.

Zero stars awarded for the absolute worst service. Cant wait to leave but Im paid up for 2 more months and guess what....no refunds. Continually a day late...will also miss you and say that their driver saw no trash in your drive, so they wont come out until next week. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE THE AGGRAVATION BY NOT CONTRACTING WITH THEM!!!

Im a new customer. Very easy to set up and a very satisfying price. Excellent customer service. Started service monday trash got picked up tuesday excellent service all around.I ended my contract with Arrow Disposal due to lack of pickup for weeks.

I’ve been a customer for 6+ years. Monday they missed picking up my garbage. No problem, I assumed it was due to the weather (Crazy snow storm over the weekend). I message them last night assuming it was a delay. No they informed me they were sorry and would find someone to pick it up and call me back. Upon calling back, Im told sorry again your driver said it wasnt out and theres nothing we can do. Really Kimbil, mistakes happen, but not correcting them is bad business.

Youll be lucky if they pick your garbage up. When we first got their service - we were told to come pick up our can. Well, some idiot dropped it off and we got charged for it. Our trash pickup didnt come the first two weeks AND gets skipped every other week. Im close to taking my trash to their door to save their employees the hassle of doing their jobs. The service this company provides is the equivalent of garbage. Calling is pointless because they give you a bs story as to why your trash can was skipped.

My trash was not picked up for THREE weeks and counting I spoke to 7 different people 7 different times and was promised 3 seperate times they would come to pick it up, three of their customers on my street have had the same problem. Now we all have so much trash it’s flying all over the streets animals are breaking the bags. We pay for a service we’re not receiving and their customer service is TERRIBLE I never ever leave reviews but I created an account just to warn customers how terrible Kimble is. Pay a premium for recycling service and pickup. Recycling driver very carelessly spills recycling items onto driveways and roads. They see it and dont bother to pick up the items. Poor service!

This has been the worst experience dealing with this company after paying for trash service they continue to refuse pick up any trash even the ten bags Im owed weekly because they want 435 dollars for a roll off!!! Not today Kimble not today!!!
