I had a weekly service from him for cutting my lawn for many years and I just pay him monthly. I have a 24 hour surveillance camera around my house and I realize he does not actually come weekly. One time he charged me for 4 cuts for the whole October when grass doesnt grow anymore and he did not even came once. BTW, this guy got a short temper when you try to complain with anything, so stay away!!!

I have had great service from Murrays this year. Every week without fail I come home to my lawn mowed. Saves me so much time. Thank you!!!!

I bought a seasonal Package, Jack made me pay in advance for the package which I paid in two installments. Per contract lawn cutting once every 10 days and 6 fertilizer applications (which I do not know if they have done it or not). He never came in 10 days for grass cutting, always came in 22-25 days and I have to call him every time for that. He never answers his phone or rarely reply to text messages. He never refund you the money for the missed cuts. Since after I paid him the last installment, he is not yet back for the next cut. Its more than three weeks now. The grass is growing a lot, no answer or reply to my messages. I would never ever recommend anyone to hire him for any services......

I have had nothing but excuses, the work is not done and I pre-paid. Asked for a refund and was told he didnt have it. I prepaid for fertilizer package, which I had to text him for the first service, he gave me an excuse which was not true. He said you had hay on your lawn. No I did not have hay on my lawn. I had paid for fertilizer package, not an excuse package. Then I was going to let him work it off and he did not show up to cut my grass, gave me an excuse he was out of town with family issues, I have heard this excuse before when he didnt fertilize on time, or even at all.

I prepaid for weed and fertilizer service. Jack was so irregular about cutting my grass every week, he was difficult to catch. After 4 months of wondering why the product wasnt working, he said he forgot. I requested he return my money and he got rude. I wish I could attach his email. He wants to continue to cut my grass and basically work until the credit it gone. I wish I had read the reviews before prepaying him.

Signed up 6 steps fertilizer program with him last year. I thought i got a good deal. He did at most 4 steps. Would never hire him again.

We paid up front for snow removel and it has snowed 3 times since we hired them and has not come out at all 1st time was in Nov n his excuse was he was sick. The 2nd time was two weeks ago around Jan 18th n he said he missed us. That he would be right out. He never showed. There r 3 mentally challenged n physical challenged adults living there n he takes there money n gives ZERO service. ANYONE INTERESTED IN HIS SERVICE ...DONT..

Our neighbor paid for 8 fertilizing treatments up front. After 3 applications they just stopped and the lawn is nothing but weeds. Didn’t bother to say anything to her.She also has the lawn being cut but they show up when they want.They have taken advantage of a single mother whose recently lost her husband!Have heard same complaints from other homeowners.In good conscience I could never recommend this company!!!

There very good and reliable price little high

It has been an ujnpelasant experience this year, the first snowfall he did not show up the second was very late and this time he is again late if he shows ujp at all

Jack from Murrays Irish Eyes texted me in response to my phone call. He asked for my address so he could come do an estimate. Four days later and texts back and forth about when he was coming, (he was going to try to get to it), he still didnt come out an do the estimate. I dont mind waiting for an estimate, but please just be honest, dont tell me youre coming out and then not follow through.

Mowing at 9:30 at night on a week night? Seriously, some people have early mornings or kids trying to sleep at this time.
