Wic itself is great for women, and infants! But the LC nurse is honestly making wic look bad. Wic offers formulas for babies in need, who cant drink breastmilk. My girlfriend is a non stop pumping mechine! Shell do what it takes for our premature son to get what he needs! Unfortunately her supply dropped dramatically! Once making 47oz in a day, to now hardly being able to keep up with our son. It tears her up that she cant make enough. So due to health related reasons she had to stop completely. Instead of the LC nurse respecting her (very hard) decision the LC nurse just talked down to her. Saying things like if you really want to go down that path, or if youre thinking about babys health and yours type of junk. If formula was super horrible for babies, then wic wouldnt help women get it for their babies.

Very grateful for their services. However, I hate that they moved so far away. I live in Magnolia, it’s not exactly convenient.

I transferred from the summit county wic office due my recent relocating to start county and by far my whole experience there was more kid friendly as well as very organized my only complaint would have to be with out the dietician treated me kinda made me feel uncomfortable and didn’t really make me feel to comfortable. I was just sitting there was I had finished everything she needed from me but didn’t have a clue I was done until I had to ask her after sitting there I. An awkward silence but my son was definitely comfortable and that’s all I really could’ve asked for

I always have a wonderful experience with the staff. They are friendly & supportive. They are very knowledgeable. They do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.

Need to update there location

They changed my daughters essentials from breakfast essentials to boost kids essentials(I didnt know that they changed.. in last month.. and never told me about it )When I had hard time of getting this essentials, I called wic office..They said that I need to get it from pharmacy.. I went there yesterday, also showed the picture of that essentials to the pharmacist but the answer was only boost kids essentials they cant order for me...I was like why would wic have provided me that I never could get it ???Once, I spoke with worker over the phone (wic) if I have trouble of getting wic provided like essentials call them back.. (because I called them and spoke with them once)so, I was mad..and I left a message... but they never called me back and today also I called them,, never answered and I left a message again..Do your work right, then say something about it... please..They called me today, and blamed on my daughters padiactric doctor for checked marked on boost kids essentials.. ..And, they told me that I cant switch over to just breakfast essentials because of prescription...Whatever...I only have until next month....Thank you for your not understanding...Even if , there were checked marked on boost kids essentials.... you have to have known about boost kids essentials that we cant get it around in ohio....Okay I am done ... have a nice nice day...And thank you for called me back in 3 days... and stop give me an excuses that was not even make me understood...

Rude!! Kept calling my son she/her. waited for 2 hours when the dietitian and weight/height check up lasted 5-10 mins.

Friendly staff and its nice that they have toys and a large waiting area.

The receptionist is rude as hell. Everytime im in there. I took a number and waited an hour for a paper she wad able to give me she wasnt even willing to listen to what i need shr just kept repeating take a number taje a number!

The staff is wonderful to work with. And open, to all who need assistance.

Everyone is so nice and helpful.

Waiting to be seen is a little long for me. They have toys and a little play house for kids and lots of childrens books.

Dirty place and the staff are very pushy on what they think is right and talk down to you if you disagree with them.
