I have used them for 4 years and was happy with the service until today. They did not take all of our trash and did not let us know why. I was upset about it and left an upset message and sent a text. They responded by coming back to pick up the trash they left and took our can. Instead of calling us and telling us they were canceling, they just took our can. I called a second time still with no return call. They responded to a text stating a refund check was in the mail. Very unprofessional to just drop us without talking to us. Communication is easy. Basically dont care about customers. They can purposely leave trash and you cant say a word about it. We even pay for a year in advance.

Never missed a pickup no matter weather ,mechanical issues or staff issues in 25 years! Also has helped out with extra pickups not included in the monthly price ! A lot more I could say but I’ll leave it at this you will not get any better service than this anywhere

Awesome service. They never disappoint. If we forget to take the trash up to the street they will come down and grab it. A big Corp ain’t gonna do that in a million years. That’s real service I’ll pay extra for!Also great customer service!

I have had no trouble with them. On the rare occasion I forget to take the trash to the top of the driveway, they will walk down and get it. Great company, very professional and extremely fair priced service.
