We use Exact for spring clean-up every year. Great service, convenient, and they take their time to get it right. Recently, we had them treat our roof with a special concoction to get rid of moss, fungus, or other things that left black streaks on the roof. Before they left, it looked great. Brent showed up on time. The concrete pavement was extremely oil stained with patches of rolled in asphalt. First attempt was not effective, though the. solution was using a lance wand. Very professional and courteous. Tried contacting another larger company prior to Exact and had a bad experience trying to just get a quote and schedule service. I would liken it to pushy car salesman tactics. However, Exact was upfront and no pressure with selling their service. Their pricing was better and my house looks really good. Even the spots that were extremely dirty from having a deck attached to the house for 30 years (recently removed) came out clean and look very good. The employee that came onsite took care to move decorative items around the house and place them back when finished. He was also very friendly and took his time getting everything clean. Overall a really good experience.

Everything looked great when they were done. No damage to the landscaping fauna or any of the planting beds. I have a wooded property so I got a lot of growth on my roofs. Exact Prowash just finished pressure washing our house, driveway, and paver-stone patio. They also put down new sand and sealed our patio space once they were done with the washing.We worked with Brent throughout the process. He showed up to give us a quote and then returned with his team to do the bulk of the pressure washing. Here are some of the great things that we noticed:- Showed up when they said. Did what they said.- Took great care while performing work. It isnt often that we hire somebody that takes as much care as Exact. It certainly felt like they were treating our property as if it were their own.- Answered all of our questions during the quoting process and was great about discussing options and services without the hard sell.- Im not sure if its typical but it was great that the same person that quoted us also showed up to make sure that the work got done correctly. I think its always frustrating to get a quote from the sales guy and then have complete strangers show up with no context for what needs done.Everything looks great and we are very pleased! My only regret was that some of my plants got impacted by the cleaning solution, but they are springing back.

Exact Powerwash pressure cleaned our patio and deck. Both were In Need of a good cleaning. Our patio faces North and had green stuff and black stuff all over it, the deck about the same.
