Products miss plated, chrome stained from not being inspected Correctly or wipe clean by inspection team painted parts to look like their been plating not having the right thickness of plating put on them and this company also lets racism to go on and when u bring it up to them they take the victim and make it to be their fault and victimize Them all over again and they. Won’t promote you if u are a Minority even if u deserve it by being loyal 15 + years this is all my opinion and I have the freedom of speech covered by The First Amendment of the Constitution of The United States of America

This company took on my job of black chrome plating 200 socket head cap bolts. They took 3 weeks and they spray painted them black and sent them back to me. I am most extremely disappointed in this company and am out over $300, which is their minimum lot charge. They would not reimburse me for the money I sent them for plating, which was not done. The coating on the bolts comes off completely in acetone. I would recommend anyone else but this company, they will take your money and they will not deliver. The people you get on the phone sound extremely un-knowledgeable as well.
