Overall, the man did a decent job with performance and with listening to my requests. However, I was charged an additional $2.50 when using my card to pay. Since my manicure was finished, I just paid and am disappointed I was taken advantage of. If you decide to come here, I suggest you bring cash and discuss pricing before you get your nails done by the technician. Wouldve gave a tip but apparently he took his own.

I personally didnt get mine done. But my daughter did get hers done.and hands down tommy nailed it (pun intended)she is really shy and doesnt like cutting her nails he made it fun for her.and there price were even better.

Steven is one of the best! I either see him or B. I hate that you have to get the gel polish now though cause its 10. But its nice its dry before you leave. So its worth it.

Paid 35 to get my feet done and my feet was still rough after getting out the shower, so i had to do them myself. They are very affordable though !

Been here waiting since 10:50 am it is now 12:30 pm still waiting to get my nails done. This new system is definitely not working for you guys. Your front desk boy forgot about me and yet since I spoke up have seen 4 others go in and get their nails done who have not been here for more than 20 minutes

I only see two ppll in here one man one lady man dose nails lady do browse .but place is alil iffy anymore. The lady at front desk is rude an dont speak very well .an they need to better make time and be nicer to their regular customers thats been coming there for years especially the people that spend over $100 every time they come in there no matter what is being done can I do not believe that if you have an appointment and have called in ahead of time that you should have to wait 2 hours or 3 hours or all day and still never get a phone call to get your nails done because they put a bunch of walk-ins before you and I think its rude that every time you call this place no one ever picks up the phone and they do not have a voicemail setup to leave a message and it is the nail salon I do not believe that they should be packed and full of children running around screaming and crying supposed to be a place for adults to go beautify and relax not a daycare where you go get your nails done

Went to natural nails a week ago for a new set and i already lost two nails. First one fell off on Wednesday and i lost the second one this morning.🙃 a third will be soon. Knew there was reason I stopped going years ago. Never again.

Got the dip powder manicure in bubble bath by OPI. Reasonably priced at $45. Not the nicest shop in terms of chic, but friendly enough and they do quick work. No person specific hygiene supplies that I saw but everything appeared clean.

I went there for a manicure, they did a horrible job. It looked like a 5 year old painted them. He did not care what he was doing and i ripped off the paint as soon as i left. Will never be back. And many would say why didn’t you get them fixed, they were so bad that I did not want anyone from there touching my nails. I have gotten full sets from there and they were trash too. Thinking of being a nail place , you should know how to do nails? lol

I’ve been to Natural nails 3 times since I been living down here and Lisa is the only one who can get my nails right! My nails look like they are growing out of my natural nail bed! I let her pick my color and she picked a color I was exactly going for. From now on when I go I will only let Lisa do my nails I’m happy I found someone who had finally got it right!

Wish I could give them no starsGot my nails done the other day and had to go back the next day because the white I got on my nails had black dots coming Thur. The lady try to tell me it’s because I smoke 😡 definitely not true because I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time and usually get white other places and that does not happen. So they took top layer off and painted them again and did the same damn thing. I got gel nail polish so it’s last longer and already chipping after 2 days 😡 waste of my damn money

Very great work for a cheap price! I went in for a fill and my nails stayed on for a whole month without needing a fill.. My nails never chipped and he was clean with his work.. Definitely worth the drive from Akron!

Just got mine and my daughters nails done yesterday and my nails chipped after 2 hours with gel. I don’t know if it’s the quality of polish or not thick enough or not enough coats or what but I’m not happy. They try to squeeze so many people in that when I went to wash my hands I came back and she was working on another girls nails and I had to wait. She shaped my nails all jagged and pretty much just slapped it on as fast as she could to move me along. Now I am going on a cruise with chipped nails. I won’t be back or recommend.

The customer service was terrible. The please was dirty. Johnny Lee overcharged me and messed up my nails. I actually asked him to stop give me my bill so I could leave and get my nails finished somewhere else. was my first trip to natural nail in 3 years. I have used the place 70 times in the past. It used to be the only place I would go.

This place is terrible and the owner makes customers call him “Big Daddy”. Got a fill and left with dirt and hair under nails. Tried a new place and was told that 5 of my nails had fungus under them because “Big Daddy” did not properly fill or lift my old acrylic! Will not be back and if i could file a report with the Ohio Board of Health I WOULD!

I have gone here 3 times. the first time I went it was an alright experience but I felt uncomfortable with the staff. Did not get the length I wanted..... then the second time I took my best friend. Now we had a great time there it was better but the quality of the nails was pure crap. Our nails did not last more then a week in a half. And they were just horrible. Now the 3rd time I went like a dummy (I did not know of any other places to go at the time) I got a HORRIBLE nail paint job with even worse service. I would not recommend anyone to this place. Just awful. And to top it all off they REUSE all their equipment on everyone. Just gross.

There is a lady in there that wears a lot of makeup/ long hair. Middle aged. She has never done my nails before and she will never do them again! She has a heavy hand and an absolutely horrible attitude. She needs to be in the mall getting her pretty on, because she is far too cute for menial work...

I read the other reviews and decided to take my chances and go here despite the bad reviews. As it turns out, it was a good decision. I had a very nice girl do a great job on my nails. I called ahead and made an appointment and they took me as soon as I walked in the door. So I dont know what you ppl experienced, maybe its you?

The last time I went here for nail service, I changed my routine, and git the gel nails with gel color. Top dollar nails, and the woman doing my nails suggested this due to my job. Said the polish and nails last a lot longer than the acrylic. So, I took her advice and went with her suggestion. At the time I was a server. Well, needless to say the nails lasted one week. I had been going to this salon for 6 months. The acrylic nails definitely lasted way longer. Just because the price is higher doesnt mean the quality is better.

Loved my nails the first time but took 3 hours to get them done. went in for a fill and the girl made 2 crooked. when I asked her to fox she said the last person did it. they didnt the guy did great

I had to wait twenty five minutes, not bad at all. But when it came to the polish I told her and showed her I wanted a nude color. She gave me pearl glittery pink. Then put a flower design on my finger that looked like a four leaf clover. I told her I didnt like it and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault and to come back in two weeks. I was so mad but didnt wanna be the difficult customer so I kept quite and was gonna go somewhere else for them to fix it. Instead I spoke to the manager and he fixed it but it was like a rude vibe. They do a good job but I was pressured into getting something I didnt want. If youre not picky then theyre a good place.

I got a full set ... one color & some glitter and they charged me $60.. actually plan on going back and asking them how in the hell it was $60?? The guy that did my nails was super shady & his his receipt pad from me so I think he purposely overcharged me. The more I think about it , the more upset I get. I wish I wouldn’t have paid & would’ve asked why the hell I was paying $60 after I got them done.

This place is DIRTY. The girl that did my nails was nice and did a good job, but the product they use is cheap and poor quality, and everything is disgusting. The tools she used werent even sanitized, she cleaned them from the previous use as she went using a spray bottle and paper towels :/ I feel like I have to take antibiotics after leaving. I doubt this is a legit operation. I wont be back.

Would give 0 stars if could. Eyebrow lady completely took off eyebrow hair when I asked for SIMPLE clean up on eyebrows ran out crying... Do not GO here EVER. Ruined my eyebrows and made me wait and let others go ahead of me.

This place is horrible. I went here to get my nails done recently and the person that did my nails filed my one nail to the point where it started gushing blood by the cuticle and TRIED to cover it up with nail polish.

I gave one star because I had to. I took my daughter there today. HORRIBLE. The nails are misshapen, off center, crooked, uneven and thick. the worst set of nails she has ever had. The lady doing them had no clue what she was asking and Had to ask the tech next to her for clarification on virtually everything.

I went in today 3/12/18. Before I sat down I showed a picture of what I wanted, which was Chrome An Matte . The guy at table 4 told me sure he could do it no problem he told me 5 for every Chrome nail an 3 for Matte (mind u I was getting a fill). So as he begins to do the Chrome which I loved he completely left the Matte out so when I asked why he didn’t do it he got mad like I DIDNT show the picture 3 times. So as he finish my UNWANTED nail he prices me at at 48 how the hell it came to that is passed me . He did not tell me that it would b a 3 dollar charge to use my card, then when I get home to check my account it says 61.27 is pending for Natural Nail. Listen I work hard for mine An being OVERCHARGED for some UNWANTED nails really eats me alive. NEVER AGAIN will this happen cause I did learn from my mistakes.. oh p.s went there 2 weeks ago got the same thing just a different color an a nail fix An my total was 38 nothing more. Just thought to share my story
