My name is Tanya I was just there today and I have to say Karen is the best. She was so nice and friendly. I have been in customer service for 12 years and it is rare to see great customer service. But she definitely has great customer service. I would recommend anyone that goes there to ask for her.
They are understaffed (obviously since they have hiring signs all over building) but the one lady was extremely helpful & was able to help me out within 20 minutes. It sucks that you have to wait but unfortunately youre going to have to wait anywhere that has to process and approve loans. Id give 5 stars if they had more people to help out, so that way customers arent all pissy at you when youre trying to take care of your business & theyre just trying to send western union or something quick! Highly recommended
Id like to share my most memorable joyful experience I had today at the old CheckSmart. As I walked in the door the teller look like she didnt even want to be bothered today with anyone. And Im pretty sure she was racist. By her demeanor and her attitude toward my Caucasian self. For cashing a check Ive never went through so much it was easier getting a passport but all I had to go through. After an hour Im going through all the paperwork and questions they were asking they finally called my boss who on a Sunday of course on the day off didnt happen to answer her cell phone which then they denied cashing my check for me. I suggest you go anywhere to your aunts house to your grandmas to your uncles Cabin in the Woods to cash a check more than I would this stupid place have a nice day
Only 1 star. Usually there isnt a problem. Yes some days there is a big wait time. The 3rd of January 2019 there was a big problem withe the computers not running. Very Frustrating! even after 3 hours the computers were still not up. Not a good way to run a business.
The staff is always helpful and polite. I truly enjoy coming to this location cause they are always fast and give great customer service.
If you are ever in the unfortunate situation to use this service, go anyone else but here. This is the worst company ever. They call you days before you are due for a reminder call! Its going to take at least 30 minutes, if your lucky, to reloan. The lines are always long. Their process is super slow. Their local offices and corporate office do not communicate with each other. Its a big headache and way too much stress in an already stressful situation! Pick a different company and it is a much smoother process.
The wait is ridiculously long if ONE person is in front of u. They really nice but slow, count on be there at least 30 minutes if one person in there in front of u smh
