Excellent laundromat. First time ever going to one. Washers are huge and can accommodate 40 pounds or more! They use a card system which was easy. Had an ATM and another change maker. Even a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Very impressed.

Spotless, with excellent machines for whatever you need to wash and dry. Kind attendant eager to help. Best laundromat on the planet. Or drop off your laundry and go play--they do a perfect job!

Would not recommend!!! Clothing item lost, store clerk rude and unprofessional. Did not speak English. Very poor customer service. Refuse to negotiate loss of garment. When you go by for service, she looks at you as if to say, what do you want? Laundry looks as if you are in Mexico!

Would really like for the owner or manager to get back with me on an issue that I had today. Of course it’s the same lady I’ve had a problem with before. First, she threw away my laundry bags...they were nicely folded on top of the washers for each load I had.When I approached her about it, I got nothing, just her speaking to someone else in Spanish. Then she had the nerve to lock me out of the laundry mat when I was taking two bags to my car, meanwhile my child was at the vending machine getting a snack!!There’s three other families in there trying to dry the last of their things... and running stuff out to their car. Why wouldn’t she lock the door on them? How is she supposed to provide professional assistance to people coming to the laundry mat if she is not able to speak their language? And on top of that she’s not even willing to try to help. I use to like coming here... but I really think someone needs to teach this lady some manners!

This is probably the best public laundry that I have ever been in its always clean all the machines work correctly theres always staff on duty if one of the machines malfunction best part about it is they do not use any coins you actually purchase a card to operate the machine and the price versus value is outstanding.best days to do your laundry Tuesday Wednesday Thursday dont even attempt to go there any other day unless youre there when they open.

I do work for them sometimes. They are grateful and work hard for customers and employees

The laundromat was clean. The machines seemed slower than usual. Not very crowded and covid restrictions were being followed.

Watch your heat cycle on your dryers. They are set to low heat and if u dont catch it and change it you could spend all night tryna dry a load of laundry. The little Mexican lady working here has the worst attitude ever!! Dont recommend to even my worst enemy. This place sucks

Really old machines

Its convenient and theres plenty of washers and dryers but the lady who I assume is the owner because shes always there is absolutely rude and has no business dealing with the general public. To me her poor attitude takes away from any good attributes this place has.

Felt safe there. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent amenities. Tidy place and the persons working were continually cleaning the entire time I was there. They really stay on top of things and are there to help, if needed.

The staff do not wear mask. Facility is clean.

Excellent Service!My expensive white comforter was dirtied in the 80lb dryer after washing and drying. So I asked the manager, Maria, for help and called the owner. The owner came to the location to see the damage and the dryer.Even though the laundromat was not technically responsible for the incident, they went out of their way to make it right for me and remove the stain. In this day and age, good service is harder to come by than ever! I highly recommend this location for your laundry and dry cleaning needs.

This is a great laundromat! Washing machines work great and the car wash is a great touch! And the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met!

Cleanest laundry service Ive been too. They are constantly sweeping and mopping and the repair guy keeps everything going. Very well maintained place. And I do believe they will fold your laundry for you but Im not 100% on that.

This place is clean but a bit too expensive and has great machines but the lady that works upfront is extremely rude and needs an attitude check immediately before she loses business.

The major complaint I have is the employees and customers aren’t wearing masks and the building says it’s a MUST when you enter.

Theres a wide variety of washers here for different load sizes. Prices seem alright. The entire place is kept very clean, and theres a dry cleaning or clothes drop off service as well if you dont have the time to do your own clothes. They use a card system for paying for each machine, it works pretty well but you should come with cash to fill it up. (The ATM here has pretty high fees). Theres detergent and dryer sheets for sale if you forget yours.

Ok experience. Would suggest making sure the dryer works before loading. 7 out of 10 on cleanliness. Almost always crowded.

Best laundry mat in Cherokee County. I love the atmosphere, the quality of the machines, and the staff is always helpful. Clean. Plus you can wash your car while you wait. My only wish is that the Dexter laundry card could be used at the car wash also.#FruiitcakeNation

Good quality machines, friendly staff and free Wi-Fi. They do not take coins, though. Instead you load cash onto a reusable card that you scan at the machines. They have an ATM on site as well as a machine that changes $20 bills into $5s and 1s. There are also snack machines as well as a vending machine stocked with different types of detergent, dryer sheets, etc.

Place is clean but the washers dont clean well. Had to come a few times and clothes always smelled after washed, no matter which washers I used. Got my washer fixed and smelling clean again.

Another rip off laundromat that requires you purchase a plastic card to use the machines. Also the so-called high-capacity front load washers are only about 10 inches deep from front to back they wont hold hardly anything at all

You have to get a card and put money on it. If you dont use it all you dont get your money back. Not good.

Sad owner had to disconnect the Wi-Fi due to issues with illegals screwing it up...clean..yet seems like a daycare when the young children run around screaming and uncontrolled...maybe across the border...but show some civilisation
