I took my broken night stand glass to the Canton Henderson... Ed was very helpful and was willing to explain a few things. To start with, my table has a curved edge on one side, and I was advised that some patterns have to be sent out. The factory can duplicate the design and create the edges with a polished gloss finish. He mentioned that Henderson has to send the manufacturer a fax with the dimensions and it might take a couple of days to get pricing. My quote was comparable to two other glass shops. I found out that some glass shops can duplicate some designs in house and it might be a little less. However, the edges will have a satin look and not shiny. It was nice to go somewhere and talk to someone and I learned a few things too.

This place is an absolute rip off.We took a cupboard door in to have a piece of specialty glass made for it. The man at the desk seemed so disinterested in helping us. He claimed it would be so hard to cut a curve at the top. The glass was about 2ft. Long by 8in. Wide. Said hed have to get back with us on the cost. after almost a week later, he calls and says the price would be 325.00. Bottom line, I called another company in the area. These people were very friendly and very helpful. What did they charge me for the same door, same glass, installed.........?80.00 dollars. Beware of this place if you need anything more than a windshield.Complete theifs.

When I got my car back, it smelled like cigarettes and I found a cigarette butt in my car. Worst experience ever.

I had a large crack in my windshield, and it needed to be replaced. I chose Henderson Glass because they had treated chips in the windshields of my last two vehicles and done glass and screen repair on my porch. Ed, the manager, was super helpful. He confirmed and ordered the part. I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment, and my car was ready an hour and a half before the promised time. The cost matched the estimate. It was a super smooth experience. Thanks!

Rudest front desk worker I’ve met. I think this guy was ready to fight me because I didn’t know what series of Transit van I had. Actual service was fine but if you would like an overall pleasant experience, don’t go here.

They repaired my windshield in under 20 minutes

They were amazing and did a awesome job would highly recommend them!

A few years ago Henderson installed some mirrors for my company, and everything was fine. Now were moving and we set up an appt with Henderson to remove them and reinstall at new location. We had the appointment on the books for 3 weeks. Now, three days before the appointment WE called THEM with a question and they told us they dont have time to move our mirrors. They never notified us or called to cancel. We explained to them that if we dont get these mirrors moved before we have to vacate our suite in three days that were going to be out $4000, and Henderson said too bad there was nothing they could do. This is a huge expense to a small business, all because Henderson Glass dropped the ball. Theyre probably fine for small jobs, but if your job is mission-critical you can not rely on Henderson. Best to steer clear.

I wanna thank these guys for doing a window glass estimate on my house without a hassle. My wife and I work different hours and rarely can be home together for estimates. I hate that most places force you to spend what little time you have together as a family, and spend it on time with contractors. NOT THIS PLACE. They did quick work of measurements and pricing and sent me a PDF. I look forward to scheduling the work this spring.Thanks guys!

Terrible customer service had a stone chip replaced and I understand that they dont guarantee them, but after 1 week the stone ship came back and they refuse to do anything for me. There are other places that you can go that will be much better for customer service , and quality.....sad

Had a cracked windhsield (1st ever), they had a replacement ordered within a week and repair done under an hour.Very friendly, excellent customer service, a quick on repair. I highly reccomend.

The lady behind the counter seemed reluctant to wait on me. I came in to discuss the options for my windshield. It had a dime size chip in the drivers view, and I wanted to hear what it would cost to replace it since repairing it would not make it disappear. I had to force the information out if her. They ended up repairing it for me. The service was quick, and I am happy with the results. But I will not come back if I have to deal with that lady again.

Was not empressed with whinshield chip repair, both are visible with spider cracks.

Great service and price

Lady at the counter was borderline rude, totally disinterested in my business. I walked into the store on a Saturday morning around 11:00am, asking what it takes to replace a windshield on my SUV, and met with this grumpy condescending woman. She seemed least interested in speaking with me, and directed me to call my insurance company first. I just turned and left, and will not be bothering them for anything again. Ive seen better service at the DMV and the Post-Office.

My experience was with the Livonia Henderson Glass team, the technician was awesome, Eddie, he was on time and excellent customer service. Ill definitely call again should I need any type of glass replacement.

I visited this store because I needed to reglaze a foggy window sash in the bedroom.Walked in the store 6 minutes before closing business with my measurements and I was looking for a ballpark quote and lead time. First words coming of the store manager lips are not friendly greetings but : we are closing what do you need? . I take this as a welcome and calmly proceed with my request. With evident disinterest the manager responds that without looking at the window he could not make a precise quote. I produce then a picture taken with my phone but still he is not straight answering. Rather he start arguing that my measurements may not be correct. At this point I am about to leave the store but with calm I ask what he suggest to do. His recommendation is that I bring in the window to the shop for measurement and precise quote then wait about one week so he can order the right glass then come in again for the real job and finally I can get my window repaired in 10 days. I point out that it is 45 degree outside and it is not practical to leave the house windowless for a long period of time but this seems not to be a concern for him. Since it was evident his lack of interest in my business i greet him and go to visit the other family owned glass store in Canton on Michigan avenue. I am 6 minutes past the closing hour and the sign on the door say CLOSED however I knock on the door. A friendly lady opens with a warm welcome smile. I explain my issue and she say no problem bring in the sash when you are ready and we do the job in one hour. She also very reasonably priced the work on the spot with professionalism. The next day I had a fog-free window that looks like new. Lesson learned: If you need window fix do not go to Henderson in Canton instead go to the other glass shop that is much more honest and efficient.

I have actually been waiting at Rick & Rockys for my car for about 45 minutes, which is right next to Hendersons and i have watched 5 people come in and not be treated friendly at all! I feel very uncomfortable, the lady at the desk either ignores the people or cuts them off mid sentence to tell them to wait. Then there is a guy working on the car and every time she tells him there is another customer he rolls his eyes! Very uncomfortable experience, I would not recommend coming here if you have another choice!

Someone tried to break into my car friday night and left me with a smashed drivers side window. The window tint held the broken glass together so they did not get in but yeah trying to find a place to do my window ASAP on a saturday was impossible but they did it for me! can we say life savers! Dropped it off at 8am and picked it up after work and it was all fixed... thanks guys for doing an awesome job!-Sara

Bad service. Called for a quote, took a day off as they gave me 4 hrs range for someone to come. After the technician came to take dimensions, no one called me for a week and when I called, receptionist said they want to pass this one! No reason!!! Horrible experience and waste of time!

Went looking for plexiglass and found it was special order only.

Went to their Canton location and was very pleased with the service.
