Love this place especially for well-planned construction and prompt service from leasing office.Harry is very prompt and fixes root cause for almost any problem that we report.The other people at leasing office are also prompt in responding.

Current resident, and these apartments are no where close to being considered Luxury. Roof leaks from all sorts of locations every time it rains. They do patch work instead of replacing the entire roof. Walls are super thin , and you can hear neighbors at 2-3 AM talking. Downstairs neighbors smoke all the time inside the apartment and my apartment smells like an ash tray.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. CHEAP MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!

This is a very pleasant, family friendly community to live in. The staff is excellent and maintenance addresses needs in a timely manner. I particularly enjoy the quiet and privacy. The close proximity to the library,shopping and the highways are a huge plus. Highly recommended!

Everyone in the leasing office is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have lived here for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The community is also located close to many good stores and restaurants.

1 want highly recommend David to his boss and others concerned.David entered my daughters apartment this week and covered his shoes as soon as he entered, to not track in dirt. He was skilled, competent, friendly and matter-of-fact about his assignment which he completed in no time at all. He had to get some supplies to complete the project and returned promptly to finish the job.Summit Creek Apartments are in good hands with David as a maintenance man.

Justin and Angela in the office are great. The complex is neat, quiet and safe. Its close to just about any store you might need. The added feature of a garage for each apartment is fantastic. I am looking forward to moving in soon and making Summit Creek my home.

Angie (the leasing agent) answers my questions and request in a friendly and timely manner. The neighborhood is safe and pet friendly. The Everest floorplna has more storage than other properties.The maintenance crew is courteous and professional. The clubhouse is clean with an inviting fireplace and. View of a swimming pool. I especially like the grassy courtyards where kids can play and meet neighbors. Lots of songbirds too! Come by and see for yourself! -NH

They have great office staff, great management, great maintenance workers and all around great neighbors here. They have been timely with resolving any concerns I have had (which have not been many) and have never made me feel as if I dont matter. This is how a community should be run .

I had a great experience while visiting Summit Creek. Dawn, the property manager was sweet and super helpful. She was patient with answering questions while showing me the property.

Lived here since 2014, moved out recently due to work change.I-275 and Michigan Ave are close by. Its one of few communities that provides garage in Canton, it is a well maintained, VERY clean apartment, and the clubhouse people are very nice too.You might think the rental price is higher than average in this area, but you get what you pay for in terms of the convenience and living quality. Enjoy the time living here.

They look like condos very high class and the inside looks like a luxury apartment. My friend that lives here loves the place and had a lot of space for just having a one bedroom!!

Went to tour/view the property today. The person showing us the area wanted us to sign forms regarding application information such as background check, etc. Also they quoted over $1400/month and property was poorly maintained. Needless to say we were disappointed with the presentation and walked out of the meeting. Will not be considering any other Singh property in the future as they said that this was standard policy.

We moved in last August and paying over 1550 for 3 bed apartment. Leasing office never shows actual apartment so finally when you walks in the actual apartment on the day of move in, you find all bathroom doors opening in a way blocking the passage or other doors. Apartment was not worth the rent. Porch and Garage had spider nets on move in day, when we asked leasing office to clean up, they said - you better do it, we wont clean. The apartment had other issues as well, which maintenance was able to attend only after a month.So every time you complaint they take weeks to respond and multiple follow ups to actually repair. And most of the times they want you to create a single work order for multiple maintenance issues and close the work order after even one of the issues is resolved(after weeks). And this did not happened once or twice, it is happening to me from August and even now. This prompts me to write this review.All apartments are very poorly maintained or at least our apartment falls under this category. Their heater and a/c are too noisy and maintenance says they cant do anything about it. A/C for my apartment is placed just outside my mater bedroom, and it becomes impossible during summers. Heater makes so much noise that it become impossible to sit in Living Room when Heat is running. Complained multiple times about all the issues but no resolution.On top it if you reach out to leasing office for any unattended maintenance request, they are too arrogant. I tied calling corporate office of Singh Management and they are will never respond.If I could rate this place negative, I will do that. Simply pain in A**.

This apartment complex is advertised as LUXURY. There is nothing luxurious about Summit Creek in Canton, Michigan. The only perk to living there is the Plymouth Canton school system.My friends live there and they have had nothing but problems since moving in. Faucets leaking, mold, broken doors, etc.... If you can think of a defect, it has happened in their unit.The rents are very high because of the PCCS school system and Cantons good name. The management company and owners should be ashamed of themselves.My friends didnt want to stir the pot but Im disgusted every time I visit them and SEE something else broken or leaking.Summit Creek needs to do a better job at maintaining units properly or they will continue to receive poor ratings.

The office staff is friendly.What I like the most is the location, which is very convenient. Very close to the library and Heritage Park.
