If I could give it zero stars I would this place is terrible and miserable not professional at all the company is a joke to work for they do not pay people properly or on time they promise false bonuses and promotions that you’ll never get they expect you to deal with not professional employees with jobs that aren’t worth even going to get people can get paid more working at McDonald’s then for Surge the other reviews have to be fake ones made from the company because it is not true at all look it up for yourself before you work hereLook on indeed read the real reviews

Terrible place. I’ve worked with other temp agencies and you’re a lot better going with Robert Half. I had a temp to perm assignment and I was told if I work hard and prove to them I’m a good worker I have a chance at being hired in permanently. I worked at the assignment for one month. I get asked to call iForce at the end of my work day so I call them. They tell me my assignment ended and they tried calling me the week prior. They had my phone number as I called them several times before and they have also called me. They also had my direct email address. They gave me no notice and said i was no longer needed because the project was hauled. Please think twice before applying. I wish I never had.

TERRIBLE. Knew I wasnt able to open the handbook on their computer but still took my pay down to minimum wage for not giving a 3 day notice. They can let people go at the drop of a dime but we have to give a 3 day notice? I have worked in HR for years and I will NEVER use them as a staffing agency again. Thats a promise. I have yet to see this said policy.

IForce is a wonderful company to work for! The office staff is always polite and very professional! I recommend this agency to anyone who is in need of a job!

The owner is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off! His mannnerisms are one of a cocaine addict. His treatment of his staff is illegal and unethical! He is verbally abusive to his staff and belittles them. Mostly his staff is ladies and he talks down to them as if this is the 1920s and they have no place in the working world. I would not request any person from this agency because it needs to be shut down!

Its a terrible temp agency because if you have a bona fide car trouble they want to hurry up and get rid of you.They say its a great place to work thats a crock there are Liars and con artists work for any other place but this place!

IForce is an excellent place to work! The only reason why anyone would have a bad experience with iForce is if they walk off an assignment through them and are terminated due to their choice. iForce holds all associates accountable when they quit without a notice, walk off a job, etc. They treat their associates well by giving them attendance bonuses, referral bonuses and pick an employee of the month; every month. This associate receives a gift from the iForce staff!! Please stop by their office and visit all the smiling faces! :)
