Can’t hardly get anyone on the phone, have been handling my case for over a year and all I receive in the mail is the same correspondence verbatim every month from PayerCompass who is supposedly coordinating with Phia. Haven’t received any feedback on ways or how they are working on a resolution but now my Bills have been sent to collection, what a waste of time. Now I’m back fighting these absurd medical bills.

Phia is has it pro and cons but overall they are nice and explain the situation to make it easy. I know it not Phia fault but they are work with my health plan. I’m leave a review for both companies PHIA ND EBAM.I have been trying to resolve a issue with this company and with their other company Phia for little more then half a year. I first talk to a representative (Brenda) she told me a break down of it going to get resolved and how long it will take. She told me it will take about two weeks, so the first thing I had to do is to give her all the documents that needed to be on records which I did on that same day we had that conversation, then she send them to a company name Phia that will make a decision on how to resolve the issue and send it back to my plan EBA&M, then EBA&M let my employer know, I have been keeping in contact with EBAM(Brenda) on how the it was going a week past by she told me that she can’t give me information anymore because I have to go with the other company Phia since they will make the decision. So I try to contact Phia once Brenda told me that, I try talking to a representative (Elizabeth) but since I had a lawyer I was not allowed to talk to them till my lawyer gave them permission to speak to me. Once that happen I talk to Elizabeth to see how everything is break down on how to resolve this case, she told me that they get the documents and that EBAM make the decision not Phia like how BRENDA told me. So now I waited to see what the decision was going to be but now because my case is different I have to speak to Phia attorney(Maribel) which she told me that had to get permission again to speak to Phia even though I already did. Now Im talk to Maribel she told me that by Friday she will tell me what the decision will be because EBA&M will make the decision, Friday come around and she told me that they haven’t made a decision yet but she will tell me. I keep in contact each week and they still haven’t made a decision it almost a month and still nothing. I trying to pay my bill on my own SINCE I HAVE A RIGHT TO but since I can’t, now I’m starting to go into debt because of these two companies that don’t know how to coordinate or organize anything.
