I was lucky enough to be able to schedule same day service!! 3 incredibly friendly and through women arrived and quicky got to work! I was impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got my home back into order. I will absolutely be calling them again.

I am not one to leave negative reviews. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but because this is a service-based experience, I feel compelled to share in hopes that youll look elsewhere for cleaning services. We had some family coming in town and I hired Image Maids for a one-time cleaning, set for the day before our company arrived. I was told they would arrive between 1-3pm. At 3:30pm, we called just to ensure that they were still coming and the lady said it would be closer to 4pm. They showed up at 4:15pm. I totally understand if they were running late, but it would have been nice to receive a notice earlier in the day considering that I have a 6 month old and was planning our day around them being here. Upon further inspection after they left, they did not even TOUCH the showers in our bathrooms. There was still dust in the bottom of our upstairs showers and the ring from the soap bottle in my babys bathroom was still on the edge of the tub. Not to mention, the day before, I noticed a small dead spider in the corner of the bathroom and figured theyd get it when they vacuumed/mopped... still there when they left. After paying them a fairly high price, I had to clean our bathrooms again that night in prep for our company coming. We called the next morning to inform them of the job their employees did. They were apologetic and offered to send someone out to re-clean. This wasnt going to work for us since our family was on their way. They refused to refund us a portion of the price we paid. Its a shame when companies dont do the right thing! I am sure there are others who were happy with them, but just wanted to share our experience.

Image Maids did a fantastic job of cleaning my house. My house smelled so good when I came home. The floors looked cleaner than they have ever looked before. All the surfaces were clean and the bathroom and kitchen looked spotless. Even the air vents looked cleaner! I highly recommend Image Maids.

When I got my estimate over the phone with Image Maids the one thing that stuck out to me the most was a line in their sales pitch that said, we are insured and bonded, that was very important to me in choosing a company. I was looking for a company that not only stood behind their work but protected myself and their employees. I have always had a positive interaction with the office staff and each individual who has cleaned my phone. I am very particular about how my home is cleaned and that I want my items put back exactly where they were originally. Image Maids continues to provide me with consistent and thorough cleanings.

Ive been using image maids for 2 years, every other week and almost always 5 stars. The few times I have been unsatisfied the management has come and fixed it. I love coming home to a clean house from my crazy day at work.

I have used Image Maids for over a year and my experience has been fantastic. Over the years I have used maid services, each service company would start out great but after a few months the quality of the cleaning job would deteriorate to the point that I would terminate my service. This is not true with Image Maids, each cleaning was as great as the first. I highly recommend their service.

Today my husband threw some clothes on the bed and I was going to fold when I got home. What a nice surprise to get home and the Image Maid crew folded them for me. Sadly, they dont take responsibility for damages they did to my flooring by leaving puddled water standing on it When I called about it they ignored my complaint saying I sent the picture in on a date they didnt clean my house. Goggle dates and time stamps all photos taken with a cell - the date and time stamp clearly showed the puddled water on the day they had serviced my house. Like any service business, they are going to have problems with staff performing as they are trained. The difference is in how these customer problems are taken care of. The management team did not handle this correctly. I do not recommend them.

Ive enjoyed Image Maids since I first started using them years ago, and still do today. They are prompt, friendly, thorough, and fast. No need to fear they will cancel the last minute because of a sick child, they always have it covered. No need for me to hang around all day, they are a team, in and out quickly. Ive had Image Maids clean my house regularly for 1-1/2 years. They are always on-time and professional and friendly. They are competent and fast. I really like their work.

Most of the staff is currently on meth, hired out of their canton office. Which, isnt surprising knowing canton, ga 😂 Andrew is a creep who hits on all the girls despite being their supervisor and is constantly rejected and angry because of it. Ive seen the owner Gary curse a girl out because she tapped another vehicle while backing up in a work vehicle (no damage was even done. But the girl was cursed until she was in tears). They force employees to work while off the clock at the end of the day everyday!! My personal advice after being inside this company and meeting and knowing these people... I wouldnt have them over to my house!! I WAS an employee here and thats why you should trust my review! And the only reason i threatened to punch someone was because Andrew the supervisor created a hostile enviroment for me... So i responded to the hostility with hostility. Ive never been happier to lose a job!!!

Horrible business!!! The owner is rude and very disrespectful. The workers are incapable of understanding directions on what you want done because they cannot speak English. I will NEVER use image maids again. Worst mistake of my life and a complete waste of money. Lesson learned.

This company may get good reviews for their cleaning services, however, I have a serious complaint about their office staff. A friend of mine went to the Alpharetta office to apply for employment. The door was locked when she arrived around 8:30. this young lady knocked on the door which went unanswered. She walked around the building to see if there was another entrance. Through a window she was able to see someone sitting inside. My friend knocked on the window. She was not acknowledged. She went back to the front door and knocked again. After the second knock, the person on the inside came to the door and said What do you want? in an irritated tone of voice. She then made the statement to my friend that you look like a criminal walking around the building like that. My friend stated that she came to apply for a job. The person in the offices told her that no one was going to give her an application when she was circling the building like a criminal. Of course, my friend got offended and told her she was not a criminal and not to talk to her like that. An argument ensued from that which ended with the office person threatening to call the police. Being an audible witness, I was abhorred. I believe the treatment of my friend was deplorable and was uncalled for. Since I was a witness on the phone to the situation, I advised my friend to call the home office. When she called me back, her report of the treatment she received on the phone seemed to be no better that what she received at the office. I took it upon myself to call the home office to file a complaint regarding what I witnessed audibly on the phone. Needless to say, the treatment I received was very unprofessional, as well. Based on the treatment that I personally experienced and the treatment I witnessed my friend experiencing, I will never use their service nor will I recommend their services to anyone. Professionalism is not just how customers are treated, it is also how employees and prospective employees are treated as well. Professionalism should be shown in the office and on the phone, as well as in the customers homes.
