Had an unexpected funeral to go to. They got my clothes ready for me to wear super fast. And so nice. They will ALWAYS get my business.

The manager at this location has a terrible attitude! I have extreme patience, but she is just not a friendly person. She is inconsistent with pricing of my items. She cannot determine a shirt from a blouse. I have patronized this cleaner for the past 20 years and I am in the process of looking for a new cleaning establishment. I would very much like to have a conversation with the owner, but she assures me that John is not available. If owner actually reads these reviews, I would love to have a conversation about my experience(s) at this Blairs location. Ive even taken my 24-year old daughter in with me to witness this despicable behavior and unprofessional service. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

Couldnt use my Entertainment coupon at this locationHad to be on dry cleaning onlyI had brand new sheer curtains that needed pressedIt was $ 34+ - Paid for the the press then the sheers themselvesVery expensive and after I got home and hang them; were not press nicelyTwo looked like they missed doing them all togetherI would not go back again.

The manager at the 1913 Cleveland Ave location has a terrible attitude. Spoke to myself and another customer with so much attitude. What happened to the customer is always right. The people under her are genuine and look out for the customer but the manager needs a new job. I will not be using that location. My dad said the location on 38th St. and Cleveland Ave. is real good people. Maybe Ill go there.
