I cant say enough great things about Doug and his assistant they day they came to do the work. We had great communication leading up to the day of, they were punctual, polite, respectful inside of our home and were so efficient! Wed never had our recliner professionally cleaned before, we just assumed that being neat and tidy people in general was enough. I was stunned to see how much they pulled out of it, and it looks like a brand new recliner now and smells so fresh! Same with our sofa and our rug. Weve already referred them to so many family members and will be using them on an annual basis now, just to keep things fresh! Thank you so much!

Really horrible communicators. The inability to get a hold of anybody or get a callback from somebody to confirm an appointment really put a bad taste in my mouth.

I used Personal Touch recently to have my floors and upholstery cleaned and received great service. The guys were friendly and the price was unbeatable!

My wife and I had these guys come to our home to clean our floors. We have dogs and they were able to remove the stains in our carpet better than anyone else. The guys did a great job, we will be calling them again!

Horrible company! After waiting a half an hour past my original time slot of 2-4. Guy gets here very detached asking me the same questions over and over. Then gives me a number $40 dollars over the original quote of $156. Horrible!! I told him to leave.

Guy was really nice and did a really good job on my carpet.

Was charged more than originally quoted. Complained about having to move furniture that I was told they would move.
