I was able to work with Pete to get an appointment very quickly, he arrived on time and worked very hard to remove all dirt and stains from both the carpet and area rug. I used Cyclone to clean my whole house. It was a big job and we had some tough challenges for them. When they finished, the carpet looked brand new. They were able to get out every single stain that we had, including some sticky adhesive used by some home contractors we used when they put protective film on our carpet. Pete was meticulous. The most impressive part was that my carpet was not wet when he finished. He ran over 50 gallons of solution through my carpets to clean them, and I was walking on the carpet in my socks an hour after he left. Last, I will say that the price was better than the other quotes that I got and Cyclone didnt try to sell me a bunch of add ons. I will definitely use them again.
