The auto wash is nice but business hours are to short, this place is closed most of the time when I want to go through the car wash.

I was at the local Culvers and wanted to clean my car after dinner. I went through and paid the $15 to get my car cleaned at 7:55 p.m. As soon as I get out and start vacuuming they shut off the vacuums and leave for the night. If I would have known I couldnt use the vacuum I never would have patronized this business. You had multiple people who were vacuuming and the workers just shut off the switch and left while paying customers couldnt use the services they paid for. Wont be going here ever again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! We went into the wash today and the Decorative insert on the hood of my girlfriends H3 was ripped off the car. It smashed into her windshield and chipped it in the progress. We were asked if we wanted a damage report. We were told someone would call us today or tomorrow. Tonight at the end of business when they made sure we couldnt call the district manager Tyler emailed us saying our car already had the piece loose and they werent going to cover the damage. The video shows nothing of the sort. He also said an employee noticed it and adjusted the brush so that it would not come into contact with the piece in question. This is a LARGE piece. If the employee noticed this they should have stopped the wash because not only did this damage our vehicle if the part would have struck the vehicle behind us their vehicle would have suffered damage as well.

In town for the hall of fame. Staff was friendly and the vacuum area was nice. It’s great they don’t charge for the vacuums

The wash equipment is adjusted properly for a good car wash. I enjoy the monthly service rate and the employees are friendly and customer oriented.

This review is for the business owner. I came by today to try the new wash and assess whether I wanted to sign up for a wash pass for both of our vehicles. I was driving a loaner and thought it would be a good chance to determine if the track might harm the wheels of my lower profile tires. Before I could pay for the $8 wash, the female attendant came out to let me know that I could only go through if I paid for the $15 wash because for $8 there is no pre-spray included. Huh? The loaner had a little bit of snow on the hood but not much. So I asked if I could JUST get a spray since really all I wanted was to try the wash. Nope. $15 or see ya later. I opted to leave. Hopefully with a bit more training this wont happen to future customers.Word of advice: Opt to spray off the snow during the winter months. Youre a new business and charging almost double the wash right down the road... which does a fine job and allows you to use their wash even if you have some snow flakes on the hood.Update: Thanks for the quick reply. Ive attached a photo of the covered in snow vehicle. My review was to let you know that it might be costing you business to not support vehicles with snow... in an area that receives snow. I pay $9 per wash down the road regardless of snow cover which Ive never had but with the loaner it wasnt really my choice. Compared to $15 for a one time trial, I thought almost double was a fair summary but maybe it wasnt. Thanks again for the quick reply but doesnt sound like youre excited about earning new business. Ill go down the road.

Best of its type in Stark County!Unlimited monthly packages, entry month 9.99 for the top tier package, then it automatically bills 35$ a month reoccurring charge, the following month. Surprisingly, standard rates considering it’s the only car wash of this type, style, or caliber around! 1st wash was in a Ford Edge, very dirty, but not heavily caked or super muddy, and it came out sparkling! Plus, if you turn left as you exit the car wash bay, you’ll be in the complimentary area to clean the inside of your vehicle!! Free to use, really powerful, vacuums, space between each spot to work round the vehicle, and trash receptacles.

Why not get a real Car Wash? Good prices and my SUV is really clean top to bottom. Take advantage of the vacuum and a place to spot detail if you want. I drive from Louisville to Belden Village because Froggys makes me and my SUV look GREAT!

I think the monthly subscription is worth the money. Sometimes the car isnt completely clean, or rather I should say its not spot free.One odd thing to mention, an attendant will motion you forward forward forward until it looks like youre nearly on the bumper of the car in front of you, and they dont often spray your car off on all four sides the way you just watched them do to the car ahead of you.Update: Ohhhh...that makes sense. Pay more, get more ! :)

Decent car wash. Nothing special. My car came out just as dirty as other drive thru washes. Only went because I get free washes from services at Waikem since they dont have a wash.

This facility is clean and professional. I signed up for unlimited washes and used it right away. Although I paid for the wash level cleans the wheels, they were still pretty dirty, even after going through again. I am still very happy with this place. Automatic car washes are rarely perfect.

The car wash was perfect! Very soft shammy wash and powerful spray which was phenomenal with getting all the dirt off the vehicle. Highly recommend the tire shine! Then to top it off, free vacuums to use for the inside! Will definitely be getting one if the monthly memberships come spring!

Love the new location as I drive by almost daily. Employees are always efficient and courteous. Car looks great each time. Also, I am very glad they now have license plate scanners as I am not a fan of stickers or anything like that on my car. I recommend Froggys all the time and will continue to do so. As I stated in my similar review for the Massillon location, I wish there was a wash tub for people to scrub their floor mats too. That is about the only thing that could make Froggys better!

I went to Froggys for the first time yesterday and went back today to sign up for a monthly unlimited. Both days someone came out to check if I needed help. Today they got me signed up easy peasy - never had to leave my car. I also like that they have 2 locations near me.

$28 a month for unlimited washes is a good deal and the car is always clean

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance at the payment terminal. Did a great job on my car and was the foamiest, trippy experience Ive ever had.

Nice job washing the road salt and winter dirt from my car. Reasonable prices for the monthly wash services. The wash is quick. During peak there is short wait time for the wash. Access to the wash is sometimes a little bit difficult because of heavy traffic on the roadway near the wash. Easy access to Belden Village and I 77 from the car wash.

Scratched my vehicle and it looks like many others had the same problem.I now take my business to Patriot car wash 👍🏼 way better in my honest opinion. That one does not pull my mirrors out while they are folded in either!They even give free air fresheners!Very valid. Thanks.

Great new car wash in the Belden Village Area. Nice area to vacuum your car and clean out the interior. State of the art cleaning system as your car rolls through the wash. Single or Monthly plans available at a great value.

Started my monthly wash package on opening day and have enjoyed it greatly. It’s very convenient and does an incredibly good job for an automated wash - definitely one of the best I’ve been through for my SUV.

Just hoping that one day they might accept cash as payment here in North Canton... but hands down its the only car wash that actually does what it says... washed my car... sparkling clean every time
