Great location and ease of getting elderly labs performed but staff needs an attitude adjustment! Front desk employee rude and unfriendly and Nicole the tech was simply rude and condescending! Hoping for the nice staff next time. Their supervisors really need to address this issue.

The entire staff that we interacted with from the front desk to the girl who drew my sons blood were cold and very unfriendly. My son had a large blood draw order and they acted super annoyed and were very insensitive to him. Getting blood draw can be an uncomfortable experience for people and they showed zero compassion, the front girl even shook her head at me as she walked by me like we were putting them out, not to mention that we waited forty minutes to be seen. The experience was extremely poor, the girls were extremely and almost intentionally rude. I would not bring my family back to this lab and I would encourage management to address this issue of far less than adequate behavior from their U of M staff. Pretty disgusted.

Im so thankful to have Canton Health Center so close to home as it meets my family needs provided by excellent staff. They do a great job of not having to make you wait long to be seen and if youre mindful of being there on time for your appointment its even faster. I highly recommend them as they offer so many services and have plenty of free parking!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I took my 5 yr old in for labs. The desk staff was rude at check in. They said they couldnt read the lab slip I had (which was printed and could be read), they gave me a hard time about having ordera for multiple labs and while I was standing there talked about the problem of my lab order. Some labs had to be fasted for so my little hadnt eaten yet. I asked for a restroom, she didnt even look at me and said just go down the hall and look around. After 15 min of waiting a lab tech came out and said that because we had so many tests ordered it was going to take at least 20 min because this kind of stuff takes forever to enter with a big eye roll and sigh and then she said it would take even longer because they were waiting for a fax with the lab order so they could read it - even though we had already gone through the labs. The staff was not friendly and they were obviously annoyed that we had a large order. I ended up leaving because I wasnt going to allow someone already upset with us touch my kid that was scared. Absoultely disgusting behavior from this lab. We will continue to us the IHA labs in the area
