I have spent the past few months regrowing my beard from scratch with no trimming (just product care) so i looked like a homeless guy when i walked in. I was originally going to go to great clips just for a quick beard trim but they refused to do beards due to covid so i googled barbershop near me and The Classic Man Barbershop was the first result. i gave them a call, and asked if they still do beard work. they replied yes. so i cam in and had to wait a few minutes as it was just 2 people. no worries, who goes to a barbershop not expecting a wait? well, i sat down finally and Kelly gave me my beard trim. and i never in my life thought id be so impressed by a basic beard trim. there was nothing basic about it. Kelly went over every last hair, mm, and angle of my beard meticulously literally with a fine tooth comb, and straight edge razor making sure it was absolutely perfect. Yes i could have gotten a beard trim for $5 at great clips, but you get what you pay for. i have never been so impressed with a beard trim in my life. I will most certainly be back, and thanks again Kelly for the great beard trim! i had a job interview immediately after i left the parking lot and got the the job. so i have to give yall kudos on that as well, as you probably helped me seal the deal. I have nothing but praise for this establishment.

Great service, great attitude and costumer service. The hair cut was phenomenal! Small place but service its huge! They even have a pool table in the middle of the shop!

My super picky 17 yr old son swore he wouldn’t go to school if the haircut looked crazy. His last two cuts, the barbers took liberties, heard our wants and did their own thing. Kelly was wonderful. She listened and showed him lengths she took off his long curls, as she went, making sure he was happy. She’s my new barber now too. Love the shop, clean playlist and the special care they took per all the Covid restrictions.

After my husband had heart surgery and was not capable of cutting his hair or a shave, we decided to find a quality barber to get that done at. Andre was excellent! He had a lot to work around, and did it all with a good attitude. We first went to the wrong barber shop that is on the same street, and after figuring it out and being 30 minutes late; Andre still made time for my husband and was very kind to us despite our tardiness. When you come home after getting your haircut by Mr. Hicks and your wife of 54 years tells you that it is the best haircut she has seen and then your daughter agrees with her you then know that you have found your new barber shop to go to get your haircut. Due to my age and lack of hair it has been hard to find a barber that can cut fine hair and have it so it is not scalped or just blowing in the air when there is a breeze. Mr Hicks cutting technique was the best I have seen in years and now I know where I can go to get my hair cut without having to put something on my hair to keep it down! Thanks Mr. Hicks!

I came to this shop for the first time today and I was so amazed. Usually as a woman, it’s awkward being in barbershops but the environment was so comforting. I brought my son in for a haircut and Hicks showed so much patience with my little squirmed. He even let my son watch his favorite movie on the TV to keep him occupied. Great shop.
